We were told that our repairs were going to be $5,800. We then were asked to participate in fraud. We were told that we would be billed $5,800 for the flood clean up services performed by the company, but the bill to the insurance company would be $7,400 so that they could make more money from the insurance company. We refused to participate. The company then sent us a bill for $7,400 and harassed us until we paid it. Do NOT work with this company.

I would definitely recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs. They came out on the same day and cleaned my carpet. They did a phenomenal job.

Cancelled same day texted “ cant today” did not offer different day. Will find a professional company that does not cancel last minute and text two word responses!

Chris and his son came out promptly for an evening call on a Saturday after our toddler had an accident in the recliner in her bedroom, chair looks and smells much better, and I am hopeful that Chris was able to catch it in time so that the chair will not be ruined. We appreciate the responsive and personable service!

Gave this company a try based on good reviews...and unfortunately was not satisfied... over the phone they have gave me an estimate of starting at $150 for couches stools and 5 area rugs..when he came he did my couches stools and 2 rugs for the price of $225. Which i know shaggy rugs are hard to clean. We told him in the beginning before he started what was needed when he finished one room he started to put his equipment away and my husband said wait you have this room and he proceeded to get a little upset. I have photos of areas which are not clean and actually look worse than before. We are a smoke free house hold and have one little Maltese/yorkie mixed! And 2 new born sons!

We have had Mr Madison Carpet Cleaning clean our carpets for a couple of years now and they do a fantastic job. Chris is a personable and professional guy, and the work speaks for itself. We havent gone with another company for upholstery or carpet since.

My boxer had an accident and I was unable to eliminate the stain. I called and Chris answered immediately. He offered some other treatment suggestions, but he came out the same day to clean my area rug! Chris and his son were very thorough and tidy.

Chris is professional, and by far, the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. My carpet is older, I have 3 kids and a dog, it is very abused, what a difference a cleaning makes. Fast, Professional, Friendly.Chris came over like a friend lending a hand. He hung out chatting like we were old friends (while working) and before I realized it, all the furniture was done and he had packed up. It felt like he was here only 5 minutes but it was actually 30!He got EVERYTHING done and new looking again!! A great experience.

Really disappointed with Chris. We scheduled a carpet cleaning at my house 11-1. Ive been trying to call him MULTIPLE times around 12-1 to see if he is still coming. At 2PM I decided that he is blowing me off and got someone else to come out. Txted him little after 2PM saying Really disappointed with you. You wasted of of my time that I dont have. Already found someone else that is coming. Hope you dont treat all of your customers this way. All in response I got was Ok. No apology for not communicating and wasting 3 hrs of my day, day where I was moving and NEEDED the carpets cleaned. Hope you think twice before hiring him to do your carpets.
