Definitely can not recommend these guys. They dont know there stuff. My phone bill is 50 a month higher than what they told me it is and they will not fix it. Very disappointed. And the manager wont own up to it.

I am a very happy customer! I had an issue with a phone where my touch screen malfunctioned due to extreme warehouse heat and got a replacement. I couldnt find a way to transfer since all my VERY IMPORTANT data to my new phone since the old ones screen was not usable. Dalton Treece was working and got me set up immediately (give this man a raise) and transfered all my data even with 1 phone having a malfunctioned touch screen! I have only good things to say about the employees who work there. 5 stars!

Tyler at the Warrensburg Mo store dug into his own personal time to get me a $723 credit. He was patient and kind when I was not. The staff are always fast, accurate and friendly. I’ve been with ATT for at least 10 years, obviously I have not been unsatisfied yet.

I went on Friday and with everything going on I called to see if they could help me from my car. A girl came out and helped me set up my moms phone as well as switch over my phone. I asked about a screen protector and she offered to go back in the store and put it on for me and ring me up from my car. She was so friendly and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. This is the store I will start going to from now on!

Whatever you do...do NOT go to this store. The manager is rude and does not do her job correctly. I have had to call customer service about this store almost every day for 2 weeks then I get told I have to deal with her again and she lied to my face! Go to Sedalia, Clinton, or Lees Summit! Anywhere but Warrensburg store!!

The service here is absolutely amazing! This was my first time coming to this AT&T and all of the reps where upbeat and looked like they were actually enjoying working there which you hardly ever see. They were busy when i went in and some customers were being unnecessarily rude so i kinda felt bad for the workers, when they did get to me you would have never guessed they just got done working with a terrible customer they were all still happy. Kate Richard and Summer are amazing and I would recommend them to everyone!!!

I had to put a star, to be able to comment. But honestly they dont even deserve that. Also this is not an actual AT&T store, they are an authorized dealer. This is something you notice, just by walking into the store. My daughters phone was having problems, and were told that it was not fixable (by someone whom Im sure has no idea about phones), that our insurance would not be able to replace it. So of course we had to purchase another phone. I decided to turn it off, and leave it on the charger for couple of days. Two days later I turned it on, and what do you know phone works. So I took the new one back and they refused to return my 45 dollar restock fee. I asked to speak to a manager, and Summer said she was the manager. She went to the back, and I asked the guy that was their Richard, he said she is not the manager that she was training to be one. I asked for the number of the area manager, they said I would have to leave my information and they would call me back. So I left and Icalled the At&T store and advised them of the problem, they credited me my money. So please make the long drive and go to a real AT&T store.. Blue Springs is one I would recommend..

The woman who is manager refuses to help, AT&T is literally throwing their money out the window with her! She doesn’t even make an attempt to help you, nor does she care to. Highly recommend going to Columbia or Jefferson City if applicable all employees at both locations meet you at the door ready to help you with anything and won’t stop until they have answered all your questions and or solved all your problems!!!

They are always very friendly and knowledgeable but you may have to wait awhile to get help. Very small store with usually only two people working. Therefore it may take awhile. They may be busy with setting up a new sale and you just have a quick question but have to wait awhile for them to finish everything with the new sale before they can get to you.

The staff here are extremely helpful and courteous. I got my new phone set up quickly and with all the accessories I needed without having to wait for it to be ordered into the store. I definitely recommend the glass screen protectors they have. Its saved my phone more than once!

Was not greeted or acknowledged after walking in the door. There was only one person working. There was not even a courtesy, Ill be with you in a moment. After 10-15 minutes there was still no acknowledgment. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Worst experience with an AT&T store every.

I went here with a friend to fix his phone that wont turn on anymore. After about five minutes of trying... she referred us to Smart Fix (also in Warrensburg) and low and behold, that store has been closed for some time now. Thanks for nothing AT&T. I see how you want your customers treated. Ill be swapping to Verizon as soon as I can.

Worst customer service Ive ever had. They signed us up for the wrong plan and then tried to make me pay for it. Our bill was never right the 6 months we had service with them and they never got it straightened out after countless opportunities. My suggestion is to go to any other AT&T store to sign up for service or just go to Sprint like we ended up doing. Weve never had an issue with Sprint.

This store tells you one thing, then you get your bill and its double what they tell you its going to be and theres nothing they will do for you. This sadly has happened to many I know. My mother, me and well then my grandmother went in wanting the simplest of simple phones bc she only uses it in case of emergencies when they go on out of town dr. trips which is like 6 times a month and then got stuck with an $150 a mth bill to after they told her it would be 1/4 that each month. But I guess once the contract is signed unless you want to pay even more to get out of their lie theyve already got you and made their money. This is the world we live in though I guess.....
