I am here on a Saturday morning at 10:20 and there is still no one at the store. Doors are locked. I have been here since 10 a.m. My rating would be better if they were actually open when their posted hours are.

I had a emergency I lost my phone and needed a quick solution, what to do so I ask my phone carrier there solution was great I brought another phone I had,and not using and nd they made a new Sim card for 10.00 now I have a phone again thank you so much cricket. The right solution

Dalton was such a huge help! Ive never had good experiences with phone service providers before, but this trip was such a breeze. I went in to get my phone transferred to my husbands plan and he was super friendly and professional and answered all of our questions. He even advised us about a new plan option to better fit our needs which was super helpful. Overall a quick and painless transfer to Cricket all thanks to Dalton.

Thanks to the employees of my local Cricket store! My old phone company messed up my phone number and they worked almost 6 total hours on my phone trying to fix it and when that didnt work, happily helped me get a new number... I appreciate you guys, Dalton and Michael...

I love the company cricket but the store in warrensburg is really upsetting me. They refuse any customer who doesnt have a mask even if there is a medical reason why they cant wear one

Sold me a phone with warranty..phone lasted 1 month..store would not exchange..call there customer care rude unpleasant service to many hoops to jump through..call and canceled service then they deleted my old number..stay away from this company ...

Dalton is a great tech. He really helped me out with my current phone when he could have been pushing me into a new device like most other techs automatically do.

The lady or should I say girl was soo friendly and easy to talk to answered all my questions and was very up front about everything.

Just asked questions. They were eager to help and knew almost every answer. Theyre more affordable than competitors for a family with 4 lines. Has service in parts of Kansas that many other companies dont.

Cricket has much better service in this area than others (especially T-Mobile). They also have better prices. I bought my LG Stylo 4 here and Im very happy with it. The salespeople are very helpful without being pushy or trying to upsell you.

I ordered a phone on friday and still havent got it..

I would give a negative star at this moment. Ive been with a different carrier for 16 years. Got engaged and we are starting to combine bills ... discussed it and decided Id go on his plan for a trial and leave my kids on the other plan. Went in Saturday. The store manager herself took care of us. Said itd be easier to pay his phone bill first then do the add on of my line. Cool. Paid cash for his bill. Picked out a new phone and case for me and changed my number over. Paid 60 for his first. Then for my 180 phone 30 case 25 action and 110 for phone bill. She then told me we had a 55 credit for next month (i assume bec we technically paid for his service twice - once when we walked in the door and again when she charged the 110). 48 hrs later I get a text saying our phones will be shut off if a payment in the amount t of 65 is not applied to our account by midnight. I decided to wait till today to go in and see her to ask if its a billing error something entered wrong etc. WeWaited 30 mins in the parking lot for them to open to be told she wont help me ... to call customer service as thats what its for and if I didnt like it to bad because thats how it is. This is the store manager! I was shocked. How do I go from a credit to owing again (for the 3rd time) on the same service? Called customer support and they cant access the transaction s from an in-store payment we paid in cash.... makes me wonder how her dinner was last night. And they cant give me her supervisors info because they dont keep track of individual store management. Ive done some research and if Im not happy I have 7 days to cancel with full refund
