I have been a loyal Verizon customer for many years. Due to remarriage, it made sense for me to switch to my husband’s acct due to him having multiple lines. On July 2, I went into the store to inquire what I needed to do to port my number and the cost. Due to my acct being suspended due to an extended assignment overseas, I was told I had to deactivate for one day. No worries. THEN, we get to other store where we didn’t have the code. The other company would have paid the remaining phone costs, BUT your rep said there were none. Imagine my shock when two days later I got a nearly 500 dollar bill. 6 hours on customer service line and nobody could help. I called TMobile who said that they could pay part or all even though it was too late. I needed an itemized bill. Online customer service for Verizon sent me back to this store for it. I went during the appointed time to be told that they were not part of corporate and could not help. I am not sure if it is lack of knowledge, lack of customer service, or what, but if this store is the only store for Verizon around, go to TMobile. I am no longer a 20 year loyal Verizon fan due to this store. I did try calling and I emailed my phone number for the owner to call me

Very knowledgeable about the phones and was very patient with us in answering our questions. Would recommend this Verizon store to others.

I drove one and a half hour to this store for one reason. Their customer service is better than Liberty, Mo. They take the time to assist you, not refer you to the 1-800 number.

Went in this morning July 18 the young men working were very polite and helpful I had an issue transferring my phone and got the help I needed and he did it with no issues and was very quick about it, my new go to store!!

Over billed, phone is shut off because I wont pay until issue is resolved and cannot talk to a real person to fix the issue. Signed up for auto pay in store and online three times but it didnt go through. I just switched to verizon and I wish I had not. Save yourself a headache and go with a different provider. Ive spent three hours trying to get the issue resolved. I would put zero stars if I could, hopefully someone from the company calls me and gets this resolved.

I have never had an issue with the service until upgrading my phone in march. I have made several calls to tech to support to try and fix it and this week has to be the worst. I was never able to get through to an actual person, ended up settling with a chat service. After 3 hours of back and forth texting and not getting the issue resolved. I called a local store and they said they would be able to help me. I went to the store yesterday and in store for nearly 3.5 hours. I was needing to back up my photos so I could do a factory reset that was advised by tech support.. my phone was not allowing me to do so. The lady at the store spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how to back them up before realizing I had to be signed in on something. The back up was going to take some time. She said I could go print them off so I would have them just incase and another time stated she just sells phones,tech support is someone I need to call. I had to delete a lot of files and photos to make it move faster.she went to help another customer as I was deleting photos. Once completed I had to do the factory reset on my phone myself and do the start up stuff on my own. They sent me on my way and said it would finish setting up when I got home and connected to wifi.Going to a store to get assistance, for someone to not know how to help you is not ideal. She saw the service problems I was having and suggested on a higher plan of unlimited instead if what works for us and not resolving the issue that did not arise until I received this new phone.. I had to figure out how to set the phone up and get all the stuff transferred over by myself when I got home.. for as much as I pay to have verizon for the network not to work and for spending HOURS on the phone with tech support and in the store to not have issues resolved and have them create a bigger headache afterwards. I have lost a couple of things that I will never be able to get back. I strongly suggest better training for all situations that may arise, or train them to have the knowledge to point you in the right direction to get the issues solved.

Haley A was totally amazing. When I spoke with her on the phone her energetic and great attitude inspired me to drive 25miles to get a phone from her. She was great at helping me get it set up and taking stuff off that I didnt need. She made you feel welcome and glad to help you. Thank you Haley

I wanted to give this service a couple weeks before I wrote a review, and I’m so happy to say that this is the best phone service I’ve had possibly ever. I switched from Sprint/TMobile in early March, and I don’t regret it a bit. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Haley A., who quickly noted what I was looking for and walked me through the basics of the plan I needed. When I came back to finalize everything, she had everything ready with an assortment of accessories available for the phone I chose. She paid attention to the fact that I needed very practical choices. She was efficient, friendly, and made the whole visit seem more like a chat with an old friend than a trip to the store. She was quick with answers to all the questions I asked her and never acted like spending over an hour with a customer was a chore. If I need anything, I know I can get ahold of her and she’ll know what to do, or she’ll find someone who can help me quickly. I can’t say enough great things about this visit. The phone service is great too- I have service almost everywhere, which was my main reason for switching to Verizon in the first place.

Our phones had to be ordered but it only took 2 days and then Tara called us right away when they came in. Since the COVID stuff was going on they only allowed one person per account inside the store at a time, but we understood. Overall great experience and would recommend.

This place is WONDERFUL! The staff is always helpful and honest. They really take pride in what they do. I was having issues with porting my number in since I did it online so I came into the store because the call center was not extremely helpful. I was met with a smile and several of the employees worked together to help solve my issue as best as they could. I will definitely be back to upgrade with them!

Sold me a phone that didnt work after sitting on call with tech support for 2 hours. Went to take it back and still had to pay 50 dollar restock fee? How does that make any sense at all, I get a phone that doesnt work and have to pay you to take it back? And tell me there is nothing you can do about it. Very disappointed in verizon and the help they give.

If your time dont matter to you then by all means come to this store. Time is valuable and time is money. Had to call Verizon corporate to fix my bill from my last visit due to a screw up here. And so far this experience today isnt looking any better.

I love my verizon service. Being a realtor, having to go to places that have often been neglected by other major carriers (at&t), Im pleasantly surprised that I have service. It makes me feel safe knowing that if I find myself in an emergency situation, help is still just a call away. Logan, the local sales specialist, went above and beyond to ensure that we were educated and happy about our purchase. She told us all the ins and outs of the process, what to expect and how to handle common issues. And it was 100% accurate. I have since added a tablet, and soon a jetpack for my rural internet needs. A huge thanks to Logan for her knowledge and bubbly personality for making the process easy and enjoyable.
