Very easy change from Verizon to metro. I do not regret the change and the service is much better. The customer service here was also very helpful and polite.

Ordered my phone 4 weeks ago and I’m still waiting... Kurtis at Warrensburg location was super nice and polite and the situation at hand was not his fault, however management above him is absolutely terrible. Very rude, arrogant and inconsiderate.

It was a pleasant experience. The gentleman working there was extremely helpful; he took the time to explain everything and made sure we were satisfied.

Highly recommend. Kurtis was very helpful and capable. Made changing our familys phones to Metro PCS easy. Really outstanding.

Literally just tried calling and asking about the promotion they have going on right now. The guy was extremely rude and unwilling to help and in a hurry to get me off the phone. Someone needs to explain to him that that is not acceptable not is that attitude okay when dealing with customers.

Never had i problem with them till today and it was only with the man working. I come to this store only cause it was the closest. I think its worth the drive to blue springs next time
