Fun place, nice little arcade area. I had fun throwing axes.

Took my phone in to repair the screen and they didnt hook the front camera up and they broke the Sim card reader. Took it in again for them to fix the Sim card reader and it still doesnt work. These people are completely incompetent when it comes to repairs. Do NOT trust them with your electronics. They dont do refunds either when they mess it up more than when they got it.

About a week and a half ago I gave them 2 controllers to fix/see if anything was wrong with them. They never called or said anything regarding the controllers. Today I stopped in to see if I there was any word on the controllers, they gave me both back in different conditions than when I gave them, one was green with camouflage and the other the same but blue. Now the serial number was scratched off of one and the other one is all green. Don’t know why but they didn’t give me the right controllers back, bad service and definitely bad business.

This is a fun little place with a cool little arcade they sell dnd, and a bunch of different things.

Retro gaming, board games, D&D, etc. It is 5 stars for the Warsaw area, but 4 stars out of all of the retro gaming places I have been to. The selection is pretty minimal, but the staff is great and they have a lot of fun activities other than shopping.

Axe throwing is so cool!!! Very nice and the staff is more than welcome to help you practice, and they have a league on Thursdays.

I love this place. Board games, need and retro video games, table top role playing EVERYTHING (maps, source books, miniatures, painting and crafting supplies, etc.) and a staff that isnt just asking these things, but that are passionate and personally knowledgeable about them ALL!

Super Geeks is not just for adult males. I took my 8 yr old and we had a lot of fun. They have fun arcade type games, computers for other gaming, board games, and even virtual reality. They also have some snack food and drinks. They were very friendly and I felt welcomed by each person who worked there. How refreshing.

Awesome new gaming store for everything from tabletop games, board games, cards, and video games. Repairs phones, tablets, computers, sells accessories, installs them professionally. The gaming room is almost ready, lots of comfy chairs and table space, and they have escape rooms too. Awesome establishment!Edit: As of May 4th, the gaming room is fully active. Online play, good selection of popular games. Use your own account for games, or if you dont have one and just want to test/play around with one, the store has multiple accounts for you to utilize!

I dropped my laptop off for an estimate to replace the monitor cable. I called back three business days later to find out their suggested course of action. They said they needed to order a cable and then told me the probable cost. I gave them permission to order it, picked up my laptop since the cable was going to take a week in shipping, and waited for their call. Ten days passed and no call back. I contacted them and they said the cable is still not in and to call back next week. I did so, but still no cable. I called for four weeks straight...but still no cable. It’s now been seven weeks without them contacting me at all. Needless to say, I gave them one star and will take my business to a professional.

Awesome place for games

Brought my desktop in for repair. After a week of me calling them trying to get updates on it, nothing. They never had an update for me, they always just said they would keep trying and call me the next day but they never did. One week there was a waste. Take your computer in to a more professional place.

What even is this place anymore?

So glad you guys are around. It’s nice to be able to come to a location to meet with like minded people to make new friends and build a social network. Ever since I joined the D&D group on Saturdays I’m not going to lie a bit of my depression left me when getting involved with them. I would highly recommend anyone here, and if for some reason games and our “nerd lore” aren’t your thing to find a network like this somewhere that is your hobby and get involved, I can promise you doing so will be life changing and healthy.

My phone was shattered. They fixed it in less than 1 hour, super sweet service, and $80. I hope they stay open, great place. So happy right now!!!! Edit: its only been two weeks ans Ive had to go back cause my screen keeps falling off, cause apparently they dont know how to apply adhesive glue. I just lightly pushed my screen down and it cracked, im so frustrated.

Fun store with big plans! Big assortment of gaming stuff. Video and board games, Pops, Games Workshop, Magic the Gathering. The store is clean and the construction of the gaming tables and gamers lounge is well on the way. Its looking very promising. Good store hours! Ill be going there again.

These guys are really unprofessional in handling customers. I wanted to replace my broken iPhone X screen. Went to the store and enquired about cost and lead time for changing it. They said it would take 3 days and I was fine with it. It’s been now 15 days and the job is still not done. I have made many calls and everytime I call, I am given a reason stating the screen is delayed from some supplier at their end and it’s still on it’s way. They can simply say they can’t do it if they are not capable or not interested. I have a feeling they care less for people of different race. They don’t even care to respond back. Very unprofessional service. Never going back here again!

I called to check on it and they said they were sorta stumped but would keep trying. 10 minutes later they called for the password, again letting me know they would call Monday. It felt like they may not have even begun to look at it until I called. By Monday about 5 I called to check since they hadnt called. I was told the battery died and I could bring in the charger if I wanted to. Needless to say I just picked it up instead. What a waste of $10.

Super friendly and polite and left with a working phone! What I thought was a bad charger port was not- they cleaned it out and sent us on our way free of charge.

I got a good appraisal for my old games and ps2, they had a big selection from games, to comics, to toys to board games to so many other things and have energy drinks and soda too. Theyre having vr systems set up and retro consoles you can play if you dont have your own.

I gave them an old ps3 i found to fix and clean it i was told the ddisc drive was broken but they cleaned it out for me when i took it home and opened it up it wasnt cleaned and i fixed the problem tooi me an hour took them 2 days to hold in the office cost me $10 10/10 best service
