My wife and I had an appointment today, June 18, at 3 PM to upgrade our phones. I set the appointment yesterday and left the lady my phone number. I will not use her name, she was nice. My wife drove from Greenville to Washington and I drove from Belhaven to Washington. When we got there we discovered they decided to shut the store today regardless of any customers that may have had appointments. No call, no nothing. I am extremely disappointed in U.S. Cellular.
So well please with the service i got today at us cellular. The young man that waited on me wad so so nice and had Patience, he needed to be rewarded.

Unspeakable customer service 1 guy has been standing at the register to make a payment with no one there for 20 minutes. 1 of the staff stood there looking at people for 30 minutes before helping anyone. It usually takes us about 1-2 hours to get service and they renewed 1 phone on my plan for another 2 year contract and we werent even here for that phone. Sick of this place!
Went in to helpan elderly family member get on a cheaper pre paid plan. Shaq was the customer service person that helped her. He was outstanding in his patience and took up alot of time with us. Great customer service.
