David was amazing. He was alone at the store and while helping me he was able to multitask and also take care of other customers as they were coming in. He did this by using moments that the system needed for my issue. So without forgetting me he kept the queue of new customers to the minimum.He was also very courteous and friendly.A welcome experience for me.
Ive gone 3 times during their stated business hours as this is only 1 of 2 stores listed where you can return equipment in the area and theyre never actually open. Ive tried calling to get clarity on when theyre open, and just get an automated message about them helping other people. I can clearly see the inside of the store and see that this is not the case. Dont waste your time.
Getting setup with internet can be a stressful part of moving to a new place. David made it quick and painless. The store was busy but he was able to provide great and fast customer service to multiple people at once. Highly recommend this store.
Amazing service and extremely helpful. Spent hours on the phone and in chat rooms with robots and once arriving at this store they were able to do what Verizon corporate help center was unable to help with. I recommend everyone go to this store for assistance as it is far superior than any support you will get from the Verizon customer service helpline.
NOT OPEN this store is not open even if hours say it is. we tried to go when they said it was open online and while lights were on, the door was locked and no one came for hours. This store has multiple 1 star reviews about it being closed with no staff during working hours. The replies to these reviews say “sorry we’ll try to improve.” Clearly no improvements have been made because we have been trying to return a Verizon router before we are charged and yet the store is always closed during the publicly stated open hours. We have to drive 30 minutes from DC just to get here. If your hours have changed, update that. Otherwise learn to manage your store better.
I received the best service from Parsa and David. Parsa helped me with switching from my previous wireless provider to Verizon wireless it was a seamless experience with out issues. David helped me with my internet issues. Both gentlemen were a great help and really know what they are doing!! I will visit this location again in the future.

Arrived to return my router during this store’s posted hours to find the door locked and empty. Hilariously, the “open” light was on, as well as all the lights in the store. I tried calling the local number associated with the store, but it sent me to a full voicemail box.The higher-ups at Verizon may want to investigate why this store appears to be consistently wasting their customers’ time and money.

Ikea and a gentleman that I didn’t catch his name were super helpful! There were some issues switching over my phone, but they were super attentive and patient with me. I think the place needs better wifi to help speed up the process, but the staff are great!! Staff get 5 stars, wifi speed brings the overall review to 4.
I have tried to return a Verizon router 3 times this month within the posted hours of the store. The first time I got there around 7pm and there was no one there despite their posted hours stating they were open until 8. I figured that they might have adjusted hours due to covid and hadnt updated their hours on google so I attempted to go TWICE more in the middle of the day, taking time off of my job only to be greeted by locked doors and no answers to their phones. I still have the router and Im about to be charged a late fee because of this lazy establishment.I called their corporate office and explained my situation and they assured me that the posted hours on google supposed to be their actual hours. It seems that these lazy people are closing the store whenever they want regardless of what Russel Wireless has set that locations hours at. I am beyond angry.
Worst customer service experience in my entire existence of doing business with any service provider. If incompetence can have a billboard, they should put it right on top of their entrance. Verizon should remove their name from having this branch as an authorized dealer. They need training and new management. I’m ashamed to be a Verizon customer solely because of this store. Worst place I’ve ever been too.Went once, and was told to cancel my order so the store can do their own order. (Obvious scam in order to secure their own commission instead of the original online assistant) They were did this to every person walking in causing crazy long wait times.They then give me a box and router that doesn’t work. Takes 5 days to get someone to fix it even though I was priority.And now today March 21.... sitting outside the store at 12:30 with multiple customers wondering if the store is still open. The doors are locked and no products are on shelves. Even though google says open time is noon.
The young lady who helped me was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me to make the best decision and offered advise on getting the right phone for my mom. I will go back just because of her!

I took my equipment back here in April. When i got to the store it was open with no one inside. Store working finally came. He told me to drop the equipment in a brown box. I never received the equipment return email. June i got a email saying my Fios service was successful restored and im still getting charged smh.
When you walk in the store ask for Mauro, he is a one man show and walked me through my entire Fios process without a hiccup. All while handling two other customers, he answered everything to a T and made the transition seamless.

Made a long drive to return my equipment and arrived 15 minutes before their posted closing. Surprise, they had closed up early and wouldnt answer the phone. Doesnt say much for the reliability of the store or its employees.
Tried to drop off Fios equipment since you can only do that at 3 stores in the entire DC metro area. Drove 35mins for them to be closed before the posted time.
If you were wondering if they actually open at 12 on sundays, they dont! And they dont answer the phone. Verizon makes it virtually impossible to return a cable box, as we have now gone to 4 stores who say they dont accept them. This store is no exception since their hours are posted wrong. Essentially they want you to return your cable box at the last possible minute so they can keep your money. Poorly run, poorly advertised return process. Would never sway from Hulu live again.

After going to several other Verizon stores to return a FiOS Network Extender I purchased online, as previously instructed by a Verizon representative on the phone, and being told that I had to return the equipment at a different location, I was finally able to make it to this location on a day that it is open. The staff at this store took my equipment and told me that I would receive a confirmation email after they scanned the equipment. I never received a confirmation email, so I called this store twice to inquire about the status of my refund, asking them if they could provide a tracking/confirmation number or just give me back the equipment I purchased. I spoke with a manager twice and was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. They did not provide any information confirming that Verizon is tracking the equipment this store took from me, despite the fact that the staff previously told me that they would be scanning the equipment. For all I know, someone at this store could have simply decided to keep the equipment for themselves, at my expense. This is the worst customer service Ive ever received from Verizon. As of now, the issue still hasnt been resolved after multiple phone calls and online chats with various Verizon departments. Im now considering switching to another provider.

We were directed to this store by Verizon corporate to pick up FIOs equipment for a move. We drove across DC in the freezing rain and arrived at the store at about 2:30pm.The employee was sitting inside with his feet up on the desk, the door was unlocked and all of the lights were on; however, the employee told us that they were closed just for today. The phone was ringing as we were in there, and he would pick it up and hang up. Despite all of the signs on the door noting masks are required inside (there was no closed sign), the employee wasnt wearing a mask and made no effort to put one on when we walked in.When we asked about why they were closed, the employee told us we should have called to confirm they were open - it is unclear to us why we would call during normal business hours, but further, he was hanging up the phone as people called, so we wouldnt have gotten through. We did call after just to see what would happen - there was no message indicating the store was closed, and the voicemail for the store was full, so we couldnt leave a message.We will be inconveniencing ourselves and driving to another Verizon location out of town rather than giving this store our business in the future. If I could give zero stars, I would.UPDATE: We contact Verizon and learned that the store never notified them that they would be closed, so Verizon was sending other customers there to have the same frustrating experience. Poor customer service and poor management.

Verison corporate give us this location to send back our boxes to, and they said they will be open till 7 pm. we did get there 5:20 the worker still there but he was the most rude person i ever met. if he just told us that he closed there is nothing wrong with that, but his attitude was the worst and after all of that he said well i’m not the manager. probably they should put their stuff in training how to deal with costumer. or even hire nicer people.
Attendant Ahmed went beyond his duty when I went to pickup new router and order had been cancelled. Ahmed stayed until order was restored, process not handled smoothly at business end and taking more than half hour.

I drove for over 45 minutes only to arrive and they closed up shop 45 minutes early.
The staff here are friendly enough, but they charged me $53.00 for a single screen protector that can be purchased for less than $20 anywhere else. Their Pro did the install which left a few small bubbles between the screen and the protector which I didnt notice until I had already gone back home. On top of that, Ive had the screen protector on my phone for less than 24 hours and its already chipped from a 2 ft fall onto padded carpet. A complete rip off! Go anywhere else.
They dont open the door during business hours. When I call, they always say that there are customers and ask me to wait. Seriously, Im right in front of your store. When can you open the door?

I usually don’t leave reviews especially bad ones, but this store needs to work on its customer service.We needed to pick up a router and it would take hours on hours to get in touch with them to ask if they had a router in stock. When they’d finally pick up, they would tell us to call between 12 and 4 the next day to check, but they would refuse to pick up the phone between those hours. If our building wasn’t particular about having verizon tv/internet, I would have stayed with Comcast.We ended up going to another retailer which was 10 miles away from us.

This is a Verizon WIRELESS store, not a Fios store all they do is pickup and drop off equipment, which many customers such as the ones who have reviews on here mistake. The service here is amazing. The reps take very good care of you, and make it effortless to upgrade or get a new phone or anything.
I came in store after lots of chaos trying to figure out where I can return my FIOS equipment. The workers were very understanding and made sure my equipment was returned properly. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Quick and easy!
I worked with Corrine Frank this afternoon and she was extremely helpful,patient and courteous. She was the manager on duty and the store was quite busy but she remained intent on helping me with my problem and seeing it through. I have visited this location several times and have had great outcomes with the help.

I was told by a over the phone rep to return my router to this store because I cancelled my service. They gave me a manual invoice, and I went on with my day.Well, two weeks later I got a bill for the missing equipment. I called the store, no answer. Left voicemails, no answer. The nice lady over the phone in tech support/billing has been calling everyday. No response or help. This is crazy. I have a pending bill which could eventually affect my credit. I am not sure what is going on at this location, but some help would be nice.
Went to returned a router, receipt email was prompt and came within a few minutes. Employees were helpful, friendly, and courteous. A good place to pick up or drop off FiOS equipment.

I have called the number listed for this location for several days consecutively and get the same recording each time. The automated directory states that you may leave a message and someone will return your call but, the box is full and has been full from day one. Is this a business or just a walk in only location!
Dont ever, ever, ever, ever, EVER go here . After giving me incorrect information (either lying or so inept they didnt know) about my account and an upgrade, they saddled me with $25 in extra fees/month. Went to return the phone and the case they had sold me. When they said they couldnt return the phone case, I said I was happy to accept an exchange instead (which they offered.) The guy then changed his mind and said he could return the case - except he never did. All told, they took $80 from me, and I ended up having to visit the real Verizon store at Farragut North to have everything fixed. Save yourself the headache and the money, and avoid this place at all costs.

Its not a real Verizon store. And I dont mean that as in it isnt a good store, it is legit not a real Verizon store. It is like a Verizon phone sales store. So I didnt expect much from it and thats exactly how much help this location was, not much.
Classic bad service. Call and leave message because no one answers - and no call back. Show up for simple SIM card change. No SIM card for iPHONE. Told by lazy store associate to go to the big Verizon store down the street. I asked if it was open and told yes - except it was not. Thanks Verizon.
I went in to upgrade to a new phone and Stephone was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me get my new phone, and transfer all the information from my old phone. Not only did Stephone help me, but the other workers answered any questions I had throughout the process. They were very busy, and still got me out of there as quick as possible! Will definitely be coming back to this verizon in the future.

Do not go to this store. Verizon representative sent me to the store to get a HD box. When I arrived, found two gentlemen hanging out. They were not too helpful and even took a phone call while waiting on me. One of the gentlemen handed me a shopping bag with the equipment in it and said that was what I needed. When I got home, discovered theyd given me an old HD box that Verizon was no longer using. When the Verizon representative called them to find out why, they said I had never been in the store. Verizon didnt feel comfortable sending me back to the store to get the right box given that they had lied about me being there in the first place. Going to get the right equipment from a store a little farther away but at least Ill be getting the right equipment. Worst customer service ever.
Absolute worst customer service. I ordered an iPad Pro on 6/16/17, was told it would be delivered on 7/11/17--didnt happen. I called on 7/11/17 to be told that there wasnt a tracking number, that the previous order would be cancelled, re-order put in with a 2nd day air delivery. Once again, no delivery. I went into the store 7/14/17 to find out what was going on with my order, only to be met with a rude, incompetent clerk who gave me a hard time regarding the details of my order. Said clerk then proceeded to ignore me and played videos on his phone vs. calling for assistance, which was available via another clerk. The other clerk told me my iPad would be delivered today by 6 PM. Once again, no delivery, clerk (Joe) had no idea what the status was, nor was he able to provide this information to me despite his best efforts. I ended up having to cancel my order. Theres a real issue with this stores direct warehouse--poorly organized, poor communication, and zero follow-up. On a positive note, Joe was very professional and tried his best to help me.
The employees at this store were very helpful, and the service was amazing! Most of the negative reviews are people reflecting their bad experience with fios. However, they’re a Verizon Wireless store that also happens to be a pickup and dropoff location for fios equipment. Overlook the negative reviews they’re a greatly staffed store with wonderful service!
I was dreading going to get my cell phone upgraded and I was wrong to worry about it! Very nice and made the process a breeze. We even decided to get accessories here too. Lots of parking near by. The bad reviews are here are angry VIOS customers.

Horrible place. Would prefer to give 0 stars.The people have no idea what they are selling and cant answer any questions. A year and a half ago I bought insurance through this Verizon store and now they say they switched their insurance provider, so problems are up to me. I will NEVER go back.
I dont think they even deserve a 1 star!! I have the samsung Galaxy note 7 that has been recalled. I have made several attempts in the store that I purchased it from to have it replaced (3 attempts). I have also called samsung regarding this issue 3 times and they indicated each time that I would have to swap it at the store I purchased it from. I finally tried a different verizon store and was told there was nothing they could do. This store REFUSES to follow samsung exchange program and my phone could blow up any second!
