Wonderful coffee, atmosphere, and employees. I use to come here all the time when I lived close by and was never let down. Now when I am close to Washington this is my first stop. Their original ice coffees and wonderful hot coffees are to die for. I also bring my dog here with me for a free little pup cup (she loves it!!). A great spot for doing homework, meeting friends, or just sitting on the couch to sip coffee and read. If I could give this spot 100 stars I would!!

This place has the best coffee in town except for my house of course, mine better, but nobody else is. Wait, then why do I come here. I guess they ARE the best in town. The have I drive through, ample seats inside and outside seats. This is a true coffee shop.

Giddy up coffee is a very nice clean and has a rustic them coffee shop with a wide variety of options for coffee to smoothes and with different options of stuff you can add and the people that work there are very friendly and inviting they my be a bit pricey but for what you get its well worth it I wud recommend this place to anyone who enjoys coffee/smoothes Im giving it 5 stars but shud get more

Doughnuts are meant to put a smile on and Giddy Up does not disappoint! Captain Crunch, Oreo Cookies n Cream, even a luscious take on the glazed style with a few extra ingredients you wont find anywhere else. And the coffee is smooth, tasty and just sings in my Doctor Who Tardis French Press. Woman owned please support a really great small business that is a little on the pricey side, but extraordinarily delicious!

This seems like a really cool coffee shop and the seating area is super spacious and cute!My three stars are because I ordered an iced chai tea latte and I seriously have no idea what they made but it tastes nothing like a chai latte and cost almost $6. I don’t live in this area, if I did I might try getting something else, but I would not order their chai again. Very disappointing.

Im new to the area, I do get mixed up with the entrance to the coffee shop drive thru. I want to give giddy up three and one half stars because 1) my three or four visits have taken a while to get through the line, 2) the coffee seems to be lower octane than Im accustomed however, the price is reasonable and staff has been consistently friendly. My wife loves it but she doesnt like strong coffee.Ill give giddy up repeat business bc our small business owners need our support.

This coffee shop has great coffee, great environment and the absolute best customer service. The customers are always welcomed and feel at home. The environment the owners have created here is excellent and homey. People just go here to get coffee and stay for hours hanging out with their friends or church groups. And it’s obvious the owners care and are constantly reinvesting in there small businesses.

So I came here with a friend a few weeks ago and loved it. Came back this morning and got some ice coffee and later on went to ask for a cup of ice water. They literally told me they couldnt give me a cup of water but I could buy bottled water. Wow. I cant...**And as a response to yours, I do NOT have an understanding and will not return.

Wont be ordering again, I got a latte with an extra shot. Almost $6, which would be fine if the quality was decent but I taste no coffee. Its like flavored milk. Couldnt be more disappointed.

I always get hit chocolate and a cinnamon bun, they are always super delicious. My girlfriend gets a ......hmmm....coffee something. I dont know but her and her daughter always love their drinks.And the service is really fast and they are super friendly and fun.

I go to a coffee shop for just plain coffee and I want my coffee to taste like coffee not hot water. The people were nice. The atmosphere was fine. But the coffee was very weak. It’s all about the ratio of grounds to water. Even dark roast can be watered down.

Hands down the best coffee place around! Giddy-up offers premium coffee drinks at a very reasonable rate. Never a poor experience. I have tried places all over NC and lucky to have the best right here at home. I just got coffee from the giddy up for the first time I dont know who voted that number ones choice but thats the most disgusting coffee I have ever Drank In My Life I said no foam and it was way foamy bubbly it tasted like creamer hot water and the pina colada smoothie was bland my moms caramel macchiato was bland just not impressed at all a total waste of $19 bucks nasty disgusting gross yuck

Unfortunately the taste of the coffee is not very good! Have tried going here twice and both times it was not good. Got stuck in a line waited for around 10 mins which wasn’t that big a deal I ordered 6 drinks. However everyone who got it didn’t like it.

I to agree with others that this is the best coffee in the Washington NC area, but I had one truly bad customer service experience here. I had recently moved from So. CA with my wife. Shes not a coffee drinker but always went inside with me. TIme and time again I ordered my same cappucino and it was usually nade by a blonde younger girl (whose name I never got). ALways great service and great coffee drinks. I went in about 3 weeks ago to finally cash in my frequent customer card. The young lady at the front counter (never seen her before was a weekend this time) proceeded to tell me that they had recently learned that their punch for the cards was stolen and that they werent honoring the cards any longer. I am a 50+ year old man and I have better things to do in my life than search for a punch to try and get free coffee beverages. THe person behind the counter proceeded to take the card from me and tear it in two and throw it in the garbage. There were no questions asked or any further comments. After this happened, I am sure I had a look of astonishment on my face. I turned around and left and vowed never to return. I just dont see the need for such rude customer service. NEVER AGAIN!
