Theses guys are wonderful. Last Oct I needed help installing my anti-virus software. Wash pc did this and told me my computer might be on its last leg. They suggested that I store everything on an external hard drive. I am soon glad he did that! Today..my computer died. I would have lost everything if not for wash pc

Claimed they couldnt fix our business laptop and wanted us to recycle it. We took it to Reboot Computers for a second opinion and they fixed the hard drive for $150 parts and labor, no questions asked.

Thomas is the man! Fixed my blue screen of death on Windows 10 for my HP laptop. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and was very thorough. If I have any more issues I will be returning and I suggest you use Wash PC for any of your computer needs.

I took a used PC I had bought from another retailer about a year ago to them once the computer started having issues with drives not showing up and an eventual crash where the computer wouldnt come up.Thomas greeted me when I entered. I explained the issues, he was very receptive, and he said he would call later that day once he found out what needed to be done. When he called, he stated the hard drives failed and needed to be replaced but he would be able to restore everything the way it was previously. He also suggested some better HD replacements at a cheaper price point than the original drives. I okd the work order.He gave me a good estimated timeframe for the drives to come in and called me once the computer was done. Pick up was very simple. Thomas was nice as always from my interactions and was even willing to discuss with me some other computer related needs/wants. He was knowledgeable enough to understand what I was looking for and even suggested solutions they didnt sell but I could find online.There was no pressure and the interactions were extremely pleasant. Timeframes were very good and the computer works better than it did before.

Called for some advice on a pc build. No other pc shop would give me advice, one even gave me incorrect info, but these guys right here helped me out! Great service for my needs!

They did not really fix our computer. Maybe it is not fixable, but they implied over the phone it was fixed. I paid the fee anyway even though they did not fix it since it seemed to be partially fixed, but once we brought it back home it did not really work at all. The computer has WIndows 10 and is not the oldest of the oldest computers. Its well used, but has not been dropped or anything major and/or moderate. If I was not charged then this review would not have been posted.

I took my computer in to get worked on because I got hacked. I got my computer back and I didn’t use it right away and then a couple months later I turned it on and I kept getting pop ups. When we picked the computer up we asked if there was anything else we needed to buy for our protection and they told us no. Well now I can’t download things on my computer that I use for my cricut and I have pop ups all the time. We called them and told them about it and they told us that we used a gift certificate so they can’t tell if they were the ones that fixed my computer or not. Not very happy
