I am a retailer, I order a screen protector for galaxy 7 when I received it .it was defective .So I sent it back for a refund, but never was reimbursed I was told today tomorrow I then spoke with a manger named Jessie which assured me I would be taken care of. Until now I have not received my refund. Now they want to give me store credit, but if there in the business of defective products and poor customer service I do not want to have any type of business transaction with shady company as Rieko wireless.
