I moved from California and paid the same price in California for a smaller unit.Great Service and was even kind enough to show me around and very helpful as well with any questions I had. Very Convenient with the Huge Bay doors which made moving my stuff into storage a breeze. It fit the 30 foot truck I was driving.Not sure why all this hate is going around with these reviews. I think these folks had a bad day and decided to take it out on the folks who work here. In my case I have nothing but good things to say.👍👍

Heres the thing I want to give them more stars because the facility is clean and well run but they are extremely expensive for what they provide. Tiny little storage spaces are really expensive. That said, it is indoors and climate controlled.

Never have I ever had such a bad experience at U-Haul U-Haul. Wrong return location in my reservation, almost no gas at a quarter tank of gas in it, no air conditioning in 90 degree heat after filling and unloading this huge truck, no wiper fluid, and lots of undocumented damage to to body. This guzzled 80 in gas.... I will never rent from uhaul again. Even customer service on the phone kept forwarding me places and did not care....

The people at the physical location were helpful with my order, but when I was overcharged, U-Haul as a whole is pretty awful at giving me answers. After 2 hours of back-and-forth answers and being on hold, I think Im done using this company in the future.

The staff here has been absolutely exceptional! Crystal especially has been kind and patient with numerous questions and helped to make this experience amazing. Making an across country move while closing on a house and packing has been stressful and weve encountered several issues. Im so greatful that Crystal was willing to go above and beyond and help us in any way she could. Thanks so much to the wonderful staff here!

I rented a truck on 11/02/2019 and paid for it with a debit card. U-Haul debited payment for the mileage on 11/04/2019 and then again on 11/05/2019 along with the day rate for the vehicle. I have gotten nothing but a run around trying to get a refund. Today is 11/12/2019 and I still have not received a refund.

These guys were incredibly helpful in getting my hitch set up to tow my backhoe. Great people, great service. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful experience! I reserved the vehicle online the night before I needed it. In the morning Elizabeth Hertzler had the vehicle I wanted ready and processed me quickly. She was very friendly and helpful.I returned the vehicle in the afternoon and Elizabeth came out immediately to check the vehicle back in.I will definitely use this U-Haul location again when I need to rent a vehicle!

On July 1, I reserved a trailer and I made the mistake of getting a trailer that wouldnt work for me. They were cool about it and let me swap it out. Even though they were busy, treated me very respectfully and no hint of attitude. I have used this location numerous times over the last several years and they have always been great to deal with.

Bradley was an awesome guy to work with. I had a bit of a mixup on the location where my trailer was supposed to be picked up, but once I got there Bradley made the whole process very easy, did it all with a smile, and shook my hand and wished me safe travels. Definitely happy with the great customer service at this location.

Friendly staff. Nice, new vehicles and equipment. Always get me in and out quickly. Have always had my reservations ready to go upon my arrival.

Very expensive to rent a moving vehicle from. Boxes and packaging materials expensive as well. Trucks arent exactly the best maintained. Our truck had a malfunctioning tire pressure sensor, and when I brought it up to the agent, he shrugged it off

Calling them is disgusting! we record the call, press 1 for this 2 for that, press 1 for this 3 for that, press 1 for this 4 for that, please hold calls taken in order received then you have to listen to tons of psycho babble about everything can be done online. then you get someone on the phone after ten minutes of waiting, they say, this is the national call center, if you need to ask a question about the local uhaul store, you have to GO THERE PHYSICALLY, because theres no way to CALL THE LOCAL UHAUL STORE DIRECTLY OR AT ALL! omg are you serious, how do they stay in bussiness?!?

Horrible experience. Reserved a trailer (in person at the store) three days in advance to pick up a piece of equipment 3+ hours away. Arrive in the morning to find out my reservation was not put into the system properly and the trailer is rented out. I had to call the equipment seller and reschedule pick up which was very embarrassing. Total incompetence on Uhauls part. The manager even had the audacity to request my future business. That will not be happening, I will be taking any future business elsewhere.

Couldnt have been more rude over the phone. I had a simple question, and the guy who picked up was a total tool. My husband already had problems with these people in person. If they werent conveniently located, we would never have given them the business.

Good deals and discounts on renting for moving purposes. Offers help when moving if you need the extra muscle.
