Good customer service
Just nowdo NOT choose this company for a long term lease agreement. from terrible service to straight out lies this company has held my business hostage for almost 5 months. they promised a two month delivery on my truck and signed the paperwork and took my $3,500 deposit on may 21st. they said once the check went through the order was in.. I checked back in seeing how things were going and they said everything is fine your truck will be ready in August.. after the deadline and no update I started calling every day and sending out multiple emails. finally someone other than my sales rep told me they never ordered the truck.. I couldnt believe it!!! as a business that depends on truck signage for advertising Penske has been delaying delivery on my truck for months its October 5 and they are 3 months late. my patience is wearing thin and I still dont have my truck.. dont use them!!!! this is a warning ..
