Madaline was super amazing and will have me shopping here again!I called to ask if they would be getting a hat in a certain color back in stock and Madaline was super helpful letting me know when to expect it back around fair time.The really amazing part though is they called me the next day (as in went through the call log calling folks to find me again) to let me know they were stocking a store and found one lone hat in that color, remembered I was looking for it, put it aside, and offered to let me purchase it. We purchased face masks with difficult to find head straps (opposed to ear loops) that dont interfere with glasses, earrings, hearing aids, or hats. This is by far the highest quality product on the market and the customer service is excellent. We look forward to doing business again with this first rate company.

I love Alaska chicks! I come up from Washington state to visit my family as Im originally from here, and love to visit each time. Im sad to see their prices have gone up, especially in this time where people are struggling to help small businesses. The new store is beautiful, and has all their classic options. A bit crowded and so high priced.

Although I do think the quality, style and fashion of this line is incredibly cute. We received a size smaller than needed, as a gift, and our excited 15 year old could not exchange, due to tags being removed, which I feel is a prohibitive exchange policy. Clothing can easily be retagged. Your only as good as your customer service.

Was visiting my daughter and this was the place that saved Christmas 2019 for me. Traveled from North Carolina and was limited of what I could being. So I have three ladies in my life that are very special. This store saved me trips as it had everything I needed to make them a special Christmas. Thank you all and the customer service was to the point. Now you have three customers in the lower 48 that will tell anyone who goes to Wasilla Alaska about you. And of course we will be back in the spring as well. Thank you so much for being open at this time.

Only 4 stars, just because they could reduce their prices some. Very proud to be an Alaskan chick, but the income in the Valley on average makes it hard for all girls to enjoy these products. They are great and cute, but still too pricey.

Took my wife and her friend that was visiting AK. My wife already loves the brand. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The store also has home goods for that unique farmhouse country look.

Super cute clothing! The prices seem a little high for the quality and fit of items but everything was cute.
