Typical walmart stuff. Nothing surprising. Fairly clean. Dont shop online prices here. They dont honor online pricing even if the location selected is correct. Response to not being able to honor online pricing is shipping cost even when Im staring at the product in the store.

My mom and I found all the wonderful items we needed we got the cutest clothing we got something with children her grandkids and I like a seizure not very expensive there we had a really good time customer service was great

Visiting from out of town. Not bad. Prices higher than I am used to elsewhere. It was very clean, employees knew how to assist you, and it was not over crowded. In fact, it was quiet, and calm. Thank you.

Walmart is always a decent place to shop regardless of where youre located. Its hard not to like em and shop there versus the local mom and pop and various other stores. I believe in equality for all and that includes all businesses regardless of any adverse affects they might construct. Keep all businesses alive and thriving!!

It was walmart. Packed as always. Everyone trying to check out at the same time. Only two cashiers and a line waiting for the self checkout. However, when you need to go shopping you deal with the crowds and stand in line for 30 minutes before being able to check out.

Its okay. Always clean. Seem to be a few nice people there. But its never stocked enough. Always low stock. Obviously thats a sign of the times, but if one goes to another Walmart in Anchorage or other places, they seem to have plenty of stock.

This Walmart doesnt sell alcohol but there is a liquor store right next door.Also, they sell a lot of Alaska swag such as beanies, neck pillows, shirts, sweaters, socks, etc. If you are looking for souvenirs, I would definitely check this Walmart. I was honestly surprised at their selection since it was so good.

Lack of matenance and good house cleaning leave a lot to be desired! The lace of helpfulness just steels all your hope and to add insult to injury is the bill they stick you with.Oh, no heat, one set of towels and only half a roll of toilet paper!

Staff wearing masks even tho it isnt required, which is good. When I asked for a mobility scooter they didnt have any. Im recovering from covid and need to stop and sit I also have a oxygen machine. The staff were super helpful, clearing a place for me to sit and asking if I need help.

Everything is pretty easy too find there

I do almost all my shopping here except for when I get at Fred Meyer or Target. Pretty good deals pretty good people.

I am 71 yrs. Old and I dont get help back in pet depth. I used to buy about 500 lbs. Of feed but I get it all at another feed company. I went to the service and asked the lady at the counter and she would not even look at me let alone answer me. I do not shop at Walmart anymore unless I have to, too bad because I got everything there for the last 17 years. The wasilla store is a mess and there is nobody working there to help. No more for me.

They still need more live checkers and not self checkers, and speaking of self check out why no cash, thats just dumb.

Extra helpful staff this trip! Good selection of the boxes I needed. Ready help even in the self-checkout. Need better parking lot signage at entrances and highway sign seemed a little obscure. Store itself was standard, as expected.

We had a fun visit. There was a fire drill, this is the first Walmart Ive seen with a nail salon and a Claires inside, our toddler broke a glass and it wasnt a huge deal. Really good souvenir section as well, some items were even made in Alaska.

I always enjoy shopping at the Walmart in Wasilla Alaska. Their customer service employees are amazing. There is never a line and when there are they get employees to come and help immediately following. Their store is very clean and very organized and their employees are just very wonderful and helpful there.

Its ok I wish they had more disabled carts for my husband he is a disabled veteran that has difficulty walking and more disabled carts would be helpful for him and other people with disabilities Walmart should be more supportive of people with disabilities taking the carts away is not supportive Walmart

Its a standard Walmart that has to compete with Target and Fred Meyer in the area. Some things of good value here but Ive found better pricings at Target and Fred Meyers also. So make sure to shop around.

Did my regular yearly visit to the vision center. Always a good helpful and bunch there. Highly recommend Wasilla Vision Center.

No one will ever answer the call when u need things out of there locked cases for light bulbs or for there battery chargers waited 30 minutes for some one to show up and no one ever did we literally waisted an hour driving there to wait to not be helped by a single person let alone no one asked as we walked out the door. Please people Walmart needs help badly in all departments.

It was pretty good. We just went there for a new battery to start this truck we found at a yard sale! The guy just let us have it and it drove all the way to big lake from caramel. Epic!!

Besides empty shelfs,, waited over 20 min. To get assistantces for perfume. When there was a person staitioned in cosmetics ring any thing bought in that area. They had now key and told me to buzz for help. 20 min. Later and 3 employees later did someone come with key. 0 size A bras.

Found everything I needed and had a delightful experience.

Most things in stock. Nice produce and fresh fruit. Expensive but again this is Alaska and everything is expensive

We had a young lady in the womens section that helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She walked with me talking till we found it. Great service compared to the Walmart in my area.

Was here 30 minutes and some one tried to steal my truck! They had pulled my window outwards but Im guessing they were interrupted so after fixing my window im investing in a better alarm

Definitely stop here on your way up to Denali. This is the last stop and I believe there are no more Walmarts in that area. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Did not have acouple things I wanted but I know other places are struggling

Pretty good size Walmart and has a good size selection. This walmart also has friendly customer service and people eho actually do their jobs. All in all pretty good :)

The pick up people did what they were trained to do,and very helpful and polite 👍.

Really nice Walmart. Would go back again for sure.

It was good with the exception of the amount of personal shoppers and their big ol carts full of peoples groceries being out & about.I had a friend in an WM electric wheelchair for customers use, between my cart being a little hinky in its driving, full of some heavy items, the personal shoppers, my friend... It took us almost two hours to get through just the grocery section!

I had to cycle through 4 cashiers to find one that could speak and understand English

I found what I needed, but when I checked out, the clerk rang up 2 items, twice. Took one off, then I checked my receipt and found that he hadnt taken the other one off. Then I had to go wait in line at costumer service to get the money refunded. There was no problem getting the refund, just took extra time. Always check your receipt, is the lesson learned.

Garden center entrance is open but no cashiers are assigned over there to ring out customers. Makes no sense.

I used the money service, it was super quick customer service was on point. The guy who helped me had super awesome pins on his vest. Dont remember his name tho. But even though it was kinda busy everything went smoothly.

As any Walmart. Good for the convince. Bad for the local businesses and what the company supports with the money you give them.

What can you say, every Walmart that Ive been in are all basically the same.

Deserves zero! I spend a bunch of money in there as most do but they dont have people who check you out you do it yourself. I asked for help trying to carry out big bags of feed and the lady said well I think you need to ask another customer as we dont have anyone to do it? I call to find out if they get their shipments in and no one from any of the departments answer. I think Walmart sucks so Id rather shop at target or fred Meyer, they have people that are able and willing to help you. Corporate do something soon to change this problem!

Walmart still asks that you wear a mask if your not vaccinated. In Walmart theres a pharmacy, bakery, Clairs & a Vision Center Theyre one stop shopping. Also Included is a sporting goods section and you can get your hunting and or fishing license & have keys made. I love their arts and crafts isles and electronics too. Large parking lot so parking is a breeze. P/S They allow campers and motor homes temporarily parking for a few. Check them out, their helpful and smile a lot. I love shopping at Walmart. The employees are pretty helpful and prices on most stuff is reasonable. Pay attention to the produce though, because it tends to be lower quality than Fred Meyers

Always stick well for the most part and fruits and vegetables and meats are fresh. Place is clean. Bathrooms could be better, but that customers, they can so their part.

I hate the wait when the have open check outs and no one there to help you, so then you have to have to wait 20 minutes in line when it doesnt have to be that way,

Its pretty screwed up!! My total was $ 103.03 was supposed to get back $ 6.97 and they dont have change so I only get back $6.00. Walmart has probably close to 10000 people a day come through there and the customer suffers because they dont have change? Do the math if every customer is supposed to get back 50 cents to 97 cents theyre making thousands of dollars off of us ..

Really nice Walmart. An easy drive to it, and around it, even in a 37 foot 5th wheel RV. Beautiful surroundings sings and nice staff at checkout.

Its a good store considering that there is not much option in Wasilla. Fred Meyer its the only one thats compares to it.

Walmart needs to get its act together. More than once I have ordered an item online only to have it cancelled by Walmart, which then keeps my funds tied up until a refund is issued. This is inexcusable and reflects very poorly on the company. Management can easily remedy this by staying on top of their in-store inventory.

Ridiculous long lines because they don’t take cash at self checkout so I waited 40 minutes in line to be checked out while self were empty .... this needs to change it is not helping coin shortages whatsoever lol what a ridiculous thing to do

Dont stay to late or the weirdos come out.

Great customer service, if you need assistance with finding items and actually want to know where items are the selfcheck out associates they will walk you to the aisle and or look up the aisle number and will point you into the right direction. Plus outside has a great view of the mountains.
