Dont bother to try to get your vaccine here. In fact, dont bother to try to fill a prescription here either. No one EVER answers the phone. The hours posted on the site or scheduling tool are never correct, and they have canceled every appointment I have tried to schedule for my kids. When you call the hotline, you do NOT get anyone local, and they are unable to figure out why your appointment was canceled. This has happened to us three times now.

I enjoy doing the drive up option at target locations and how helpful the staff is. One thing I do not like about the Wasilla, Alaska target location is how gross the bathrooms are. I wish they had cleaner bathrooms considering that it is a nice store with quality products.

I just did it online order and did the contactless pick up and it was a really great experience it was fast and easy. Target is a great store for many things although I am disappointed about their electronics department. I bought some Sony Wh-1000XM4 headphones and they were used discovered upon unpacking the contents and there was no plastic wrapping on my box when purchased. There were fingerprints and scratches on mine Ill be returning the headphones.

Misleading web site and rude staff. I am immune system compromised and was placing an order for what I thought was an order to be delivered to my car. When I got there they told me when I called that because I didnt use the app they couldnt bring it to my car and I would have to go in. When I got angry they told me they would just put my order back which was not an option as I was buying stuff to help a young person I know go to college and it was needed that night. When I went in they initially refused to even bring it to my car like they would for any older person. When I asked if they do that to all customers they agreed but made me move my car about 20 feet as they couldnt put it in my car in the drive up space. I did not bring my cane as I thought I would not be leaving my car, but I went back out and moved my car. The young man who loaded my car was very nice and said this happens regularly because corporate has rules they have to follow even if they dont make sense.

The store is always clean and organized and the associates are very friendly. With the COVID-19 going on every associate I came in contact with while they were stocking shelves immediately left the area once they knew I didn’t need assistance and I found that to be really amazing. I am glad to see that they have been trained about the rules during the social distancing. Everyone was also wearing a face mask.

I could spend all day here if I wanted too. Everything about this place makes me happy.

I love all the product in the store, kids section is my favorite... so is home, household, bath, shoes..etc., great place to shop. Love the drive up, thats my target diaper run for the baby and toddler. LOVE this store!

I stopped by last night after I closed my business for the evening - it was just before the store was about to close - the Targart employees were very kind never made it seem that I was a bother and making them stay when they could be closing and getting ready to leave. Every employee I encountered was kind, polite and smiling and wished me a nice evening. I went to a competitor several days prior because Target was already closed and I was made to feel very unwelcome. I do hope that Target will stay open past 9pm in the very near future

I really love the option to shop online and pickup in store. Its such a quick and easy process. Furthermore, I was blown away by the service today. Everyone was prompt and polite. Plus, Daryl was a HUGE help when he loaded my vehicle with my purchases. They were a bit larger than I anticipated, and I had my dog taking up some of the backseat. Daryl was patient and creative to make sure my purchases made it home. Thank you!

Just a quick in and out as I was able to find everything I needed and get out without wasting to much of my day.

Theyre a bit over priced, have reduced their inventory selection in several departments; shoes, hosiery, sleep & work out wear, ladies clothing, housewares, & home decor. Very few staff were available on the floor for questions, and in electronics they literally only had 1 person who was qualified for setting up new phone service, or answer any video or electronic equipment questions. There were literally 4 people in-store waiting & 3 on the phone!Otherwise the staff was excellent, checkout was fast & easy!

Drive Up service is great.

Wasted my time when I tried to pick up an online order my sister in law ordered from out of town and asked me to pick it up. The staff was very courteous while telling me it was not their problem. Thanks for sending me away. I found everything else I was picking up for the birthday party cheaper at Carrs. I wont be returning here for any purchases.

Ive had some difficult transactions lately, mainly returns from an out of state store and the website. Darryl has been extremely helpful and patient, always working to find a solution that works. He always provides top notch customer service. Ill be letting their corporate office know as well.

Great weekly deals a wide variety of options to choose from in the store. Order online pick up inside or outside convenience is a nice option when needed. Starbucks & a Pizza Hut stand are also available within this store. Target Circle and the 5% discount with the Red Card are more ways to save!

The GM is awesome! I had an issue with a purchase and the employee at the service desk. I sent a message on the Target website. The GM contacted me the next day and took care of everything. Great deals, great products, the best prices around! They price match too, to tons of competitors, unlike Walmart. Its always clean. I highly recommend this store! Id work here if I lived closer.

I was never a huge fan of Target until I learned that they price match Amazon. Now I shop here often. Also, my wife and I had our first little boy last year and Target has, hands down, the best selection of baby stuff in comparison to the competition in the valley. The Red card is bomb as well and I recommend signing up for it as its free.

Love comin here. Clothes and shoes are cute. And I love their jewelry! 😍. I have never had a negative experience with any of their employees. Even if Im only window shopping, They are always super nice and informative. Theyve always got great deals and creative ways to save money. Love that area where they have knick-knacks and stuff for usually $1-$3. They also do price match. Find a product for cheaper at a different store or online and they will match it. Location is great, right in the middle of town & you can see the store from the highway.

I love target. Being Canadian and the fact they no longer have them in Canada I miss it. Server was good. Very nice. Downside is we bought some new underwear for my daughter. Wanted size 10 and mislabeled with size 8. Nothing we can do about it now not living anywhere near a target.

I truly enjoy shopping at this location the staff is always available to help when I need to find a product. They are always helpful, the store is clean, and usually has everything that I need in stock. I go when it first opens at 8 or around 9 and there is not a crowd which I enjoy. That makes shopping more pleasant for me and my son.If you do a pick up order the orders are ready quickly Ive done 4 so far and they have all been completed within a hour or less. Even when I order items from all over the store. The staff is always willing to help load the items in to your vehicle if you need which to me is a plus because I usually dont shop with my muscles (the husband).

I like the Target store in Wasilla. Everyone working there seems very friendly and the store is very clean and well organized. The prices are actually lower than Wal-Mart in some areas. The clothes are nicer and they have alot of really cute shoes. The baby clothes are great, even have some cool band shirts for babies/toddlers! Decent store, great selection of things could always have more grocery items but other than that, great!

This is a great Target. The closest one from Fairbanks, so maybe my standards are low. Its got everything you need with a mountain view. We prefer the one closer to JBER, but this one definitely works too!

I have been to the electronics department several times and the reason I keep going back is when I need a product or just information, the employees at Target Electronics are always more than friendly and helpful. Even if they cant get what I need or want they help point me in the right direction every time. I just called them again this morning and I was right! They didnt have what I needed this time, but they did point me in the direction. Since I live in the Valley, Ive decided if Target doesnt have it first, then they will tell me who does. Electronics Dept. gets a 5 star review and two thumbs up! Thanks.Yes, I am real reviewer and a mom of twin toddlers so I dont have time to run around shopping leisurely ...one phone call is all it takes!

For the first time target did me wrong... the cashier was very friendly but the customer service employee made me cry... so i walked out of the store in tears, no one apologized. I was told my issue was my fault completely even though the cashier apologized for her mistake and suggested going to customer service to fix the issue..

Target management needs to understand with every customer they are rude to and refuse to help people will tell their friends and boycott all Targets. Very unsatisfied by mgmt not helping me with a tree I waited for 6 weeks. Then they sold it out from under me.
