I must say, I am so very please with the MANY services that have been performed, for me! Let me start off my saying, cars do not & will not sit. The team of people working, are hands on immediately, and they work extremely fast to get you back on the road. Twice within the last 3 months I faced 2 big issues with my car, and I have had my car sit in parking lots, just waiting it’s turn to be looked at. I’m a single Mom and not only do they work in a timely manner, but they also but they work with your budget!If you have had bad luck in the past or don’t have the money to run out and get a new car, please check this place out! Amazing maintenance and fair pricing! You cannot go wrong!I’ve sent many friends here and we all have great things to say!With this pandemic, going on I must say I wish we had more great companies and people around like this! They are passionate about you and your car and their only goal is to help! I’m so thankful and I’ll keep going back time and time again!

DONT TRUST THEM. My family went to take our Honda Odyssey to get new brakes. First it was overcharged for the work and then they had taken out the Catalytic Converter without permission saying they would exchange it with something else for free. We never gave permission for them to do that nor was it explained why they would touch it in the first place. We told them to put it back in place, but now when we drive the car we notice it’s having difficulty driving as if it’s not catching gears as well as the smell of fumes leaking.

Foriegn parts put on my car, too expensive for me.

Before I brought my car here to this place, my would never die over night and it would turn on quick. Since I brought it here my car has being dying over night. Replaced the battery, alternator, starter you name it I replaced it to see if it would work. I got Nothing, they had touched something under the hood that keeps making my car die.

Quick same day appointment. Price is way too high. Didn’t fix 1 of the 2 problem of my car. Will not go again.

(03-09-2020) My second visit to Auto Service International to have two o2 sensors as well as a wheel bearing replacement done, again, quick service as well as reasonable pricing.

Great, quick service for a great price. Went to Pep Boys and tried overcharging me and telling me I needed this expensive pump that didn’t even need to be replaced. Auto Service International was honest and only did the work that actually needed to be done and charged half of what PepBoys wanted to charge for the same service.I drove there before a snow storm next week and had me out the door within 90 minutes right before the storm hit.Def recommend if you are looking for an honest mechanic.

But when I get exceptional service from a place that I walk in with doubts I need to give credit where credit is due.I brought my Bmw 530 to get the Front struts replaced as well as the stabilizer bar also repaired. Wow. Broke down and they did a full diagnostic and even stored my unique van in their garage for a long weekend until I could get back to it. When they couldnt fix it themselves due to a specialty-need, they charged me ZERO dollars. For everything. Good Samaritan stuff.

The first time I went to Kevin Ninh was for a oil change! I was sitting in the lobby playing my game! Before I could finish, they were!Today I went to get my muffler fixed!
