Apparently the same rules don’t apply at all the other stores and the lady working was rude ..

I am giving this location a 1 star because every time i go their is never anything in stock. I can honestly say Within the past 5 visits they did not have in stock what I needed. The newer staff is also not helpful i feel like 2 years ago was when this location had an amazing team that worked together as a whole. As of right now i cannot say the same unfortunately.

Years ago I had a really great experience here but since then every time I go (maybe 5 or 6 times over the last couple years) staff consistently ignores me or acts like Im annoying them . No one wants to be bothered to answer a question let alone approach me and ask if I need help or even greet me. Im actually relieved to hear that others had this experience, I was taking it personally because its been so consistent no matter what new staff was there. The products are very expensive which is to be expected but you also expect service to match. Ill try Ulta based on the suggestions here.

Very unprofessional bunch! The last time I received great customer service at this particular location was about a year or so ago, when Katora (unsure of the spelling) worked there. Unfortunately shes no longer working there, she probably hated her ignorant and rude co-workers (I cant say I blame her).The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I love makeup and I cant post without it.

With reading the negative reviews I have to say I love this location and the staff. I believe its unfair to just go on here and leave negative reviews. How many of those people do you think have a good experience in a store and then leave a review. It seems when something bad occurs it has to be broadcasted. I have been here before and gotten so much help and advice that has changed my skin and makeup for life !

I walked into the store 2 months away from my wedding to setup an appointment for me and my bridesmaids, the girl working there said they could set it up but because it was so far away I needed to talk to the supervisor so she gave me there store number so I could call back when her supervisor was in. I called the day after talked to the supervisor and she was extremely rude very short answered and said that she couldn’t set it up I had to call two weeks before the wedding. I called exactly two weeks before and talked to the supervisor and again with the same attitude she said it was to far it needed to be two weeks before and I told her that it was two weeks before then she said she couldn’t set it up because they had an event that didn’t involve getting make up done .. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

When I went here on Saturday, the lines were so long and I waited in line just to have a rude employee lie to my face and say that the date I wanted to make an appointment was all booked. She didnt even search the date up and she didnt even let me finish my question. Save your time and go to Ulta instead. Theyre way nicer over there and the lines are short.

Like the store and great stuff. However some of the employees lack proper etiquette. Rude staff is a turn off. They need to hire some staff in their 40s and 50s and not always young know it alls

I walked in with the mind to spend since it was the holidays & they might have what I want. 2 employees were gossiping while I stood there waiting, a girl walked from behind and offered to help, I told her I want my foundation matched but then she called the girl from “gossiping” and told her to help me. The girl made a funny face then spoke in her language (Spanish) to the girl that approached me. She didn’t even offered for me to sit in a chair, she made me stand their & wiped the foundation on my face without even using the device they use to find a shade. My feelings were hurt, especially because I’m a woman of color, I’d just appreciate if they took the time to help me out. I just walk out when she said she had no shades in my skin color anymore. THEY REALLY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR STAFF, AS THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I’VE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS LOCATION!

Went into the store to help myself to foundation matching. Was rudely spoken to by an employee who apparently didnt like the way i was applying my own makeup. she then proceeded for me to walk to the station she was at and i didnt like thr tone she used or her judgemental attitude. will not be shopping here. i beleive the employee had a blonde buzzcut.

Just save yourself the time and money and go ANYWHERE else. Still had rude, ghetto a** staff since my last visit and they gave the impression that I was a bother to even had asked for help. Won’t be returning here again, hopefully they’ll work out whatever mess of a store they’re running.

Employees were rude answered my questions with a quick nope and then left even though i had more just an awful experience
