The manager on right now Tuesday 8:38 pm is one horrible manager and the lady that has the short frizzy hair in the pharmacy area gives the worst customer service possible. I feel like because Im White they felt superior over me and I never seen a wig flip over someones shoulders so fast when walking away being very rude. Not to mention the amout of homeless people begging for money. If you like respect and cleanilness this isnt the place for you.

I come to this Walgreens almost everyday for my prescriptions and I can honestly I love this place. Abner is a great help because I can’t carry heavy items, so he helps me bring them to the car. Great place to shop and staff is very friendly!

When you order online it give you 2 options for pick up (curbside or drive-thru) I choose drive-thru, Then when I went to pick up through the drive-thru the person there says that’s because was not a prescription it needs to be pick up at the front, which is curbside. I mentioned to her the 2 options that it lets you choose online she said the same thing. Then I went inside the store since I waited for 15 minutes outside and no one came. I asked to speak to the manager and she was there. I told her the situation and her answer was that she was looking and didn’t see no one outside, which it wasn’t true because i was at curbside. And another thing she said was that she forgot to look at the label which specified where it is being picked up. I took the medication and left. I will not recommend this place.

Pharmacist Dean is amazing. Im terrified of needles and when he gave me my 1st covid vaccine i didnt feel a thing. Hes the best i wish i could get all my shots from him.Yesterday i got my 2nd shot from pharmacist Alex and hes amazing too. They are both fantastic. He spoke to me and distracted me. By time i was ready to go in scared mode it was over. Didnt even get a chance to act a fool. Lol they are both very experienced with excellent hands.

Walgreens must have the most incompetent pharmacy around. And how theyve hollowed out the staff to skeleton crews that can barely serve the customers is going to be there downfall.

I have to say this pharmacy is the worst Ive ever been to. I would switch to somewhere else if it wasnt such a hassle. They are unorganized. I go up to get my prescription and theyre searching for it. The drive thru is a NIGHTMARE. I have no clue what takes so long but Ive waited in that line for ages on multiple occasions. Ive been out of a prescriptions for my mental health for days. First they said it was too soon to refill and now its out of stock. My mental health is getting worse and worse because they cant keep important meds in stock......... They were no help when I called on the phone either. In fact the woman on the line was rude and hung up.

Walgreens refused to give my daughter her second COVID vaccine, because I forgot to bring her COVID vaccination card at home. I had to drive back to get her card.I asked if they had a process in place, for people that lost their card, and I was told they can check their system and replace the card.This total non sense, If we want the public to be immunized, we can’t add unnecessary road blocks, this could have been handled in a different way

This has got to my one of the most incompetent group of people ever ! Every time I come here to print something, I’m waiting almost an hour just for them to tell me that the machine is down or not working.I print days, some times weeks ahead and still the same thing, complaining to corporate does nothing so it’s useless . Honestly just go elsewhere for anything because this is super frustrating especially when your waiting on that particular items

Rude!! I’m not sure if it was the manager but she started taking people due to the cashier being busy with a customer and I needed cigarettes and she rudely said next then proceeded to ignore me when I said I’m getting cigarettes and took the person behind me! Nice.

19 mins waiting on hold for a Pharmacist rep to answer the phone only to be hung up on. Worst pharmacy around & when I called for a corporate number, I once again was hung up on. Maybe this pharmacy should be looked into!

I wish it was possible to give zero stars. I have wasted my time driving out there twice now for a photo order. I spoke to the same girl (Wish I knew her name) who told me two separate reasons why my order from three weeks ago still was not fulfilled. Both of which were ridiculous. The first time, I was told they had computer issues. OK fine, but I was told the order would be resubmitted. Fast forward to today, the same girl told me she needed verification to resend the order. I was told they called me. Checked my call logs, and of course, no phone calls. So this place lies to their customers and hires people incapable of doing their jobs. Wont be stepping foot in this location again. Ill spend my money at CVS.

I enjoy shopping at this store. Pharmacy is very helpful, friendly and goes over, above and beyond to help you with your needs. After going there only a few time they started remembering who I was an greater me by name as well as knowledge of my spouse and his scripts. I truly enjoy shopping here. This store is well organized, clean, and customer friendly. They almost always have medication needed on hand and if not they help you find who does or if it can be filled with a lower dose then they substitute it for you.Their selection of items is great, from holiday items to everyday items. A great selection of gifts and gift cards as well as cards. And the price is perfect. You feel important when you walk into this Walgreens. And items are where you expect them to be. They even have ethnic or alternative medicine or items.Cost effective here. I can always count that this store have a great selection from everything like makeup, Hair care, baby needs, gift ideas, travel size items, drug tests, female products, hair dye, African Americans hair needs, toys and even clothing.I can’t say enough about the trendy clothes and foot ware. I can say I definitely rock Walgreens! I have found the cutest clothes and shoes for myself, kids and husband.Makeup here is so great. The selection here is freakin great! I love the Elf line. Great makeup selection, great products, and great application tools.If you need something you can bet that this Walgreens will do you right and if they don’t have it then they’ll order it for you.I’ve used their bill pay from western union and I’m not thrilled. This service is very expensive and not worth the payment. I guess if a house payment or something Absorbent was needed to be paid then I guess so... and they don’t cash other western union money orders.Their photo lab is really good too. Prices can a little much but overall not bad. Quality of pics are great. Using the machine to print your pictures and make cards or thank you notes. I love it.I would of given 5 stars except for an incident That my husband had, where a store worker, who he thinks was a manager, say my husband who was shopping and went to put his keys in his pocket, he put a slim Jim in his pocket with it sticking out so he wouldn’t forget it and continue doing his shopping. He literally put his keys in his pocket and went to walk over to a different item when this older man who works there stopped him and told him that he was steeling and that he was no longer allowed in the store. Even though my husband and I shop there almost every other day. We hadn’t taken the opportunity to steel before and wouldn’t do it any other day let alone this day. After being accused my husband then went to the register and paid for that slim Jim and several other items as well as picked up scripts. I’m a little unsettled about this. We have been customers for 20 years. I’m not pleased with this but maybe he was having a bad day. Still don’t abuse the customer.

I usually left more then 40 package at this place just today they give me problem with 1 package without tape and the lady totally rude about it and wasnt able to give me just a bit of tape. But my problem wasnt the tape it self but the way she spoke.

Great pharmacy. They are very fast when it comes to filling prescriptions and thats a great bottom-line kind of positive for any pharmacy. The head pharmacist Alex is very personable as are the other staff. I recommend you go here - do note the pharmacy on most days is open until 10 PM and closes earlier on weekends. Compared with the CVS, which is 24 hours on 1249 W Main St (up the hill on the left through the light/intersection first to get there), the staff are more personable. Id recommend of course you go to the 24 hour CVS if you need that flexibility in picking up prescriptions or shopping otherwise.

At any time when I come to drive through . I have to wait at least for 5 minutes or more but they have to be really fast ...

I switched here from the 24 hour CVS which is up the street. I made the decision because they were the first pharmacy have a medication for me and place the order just or my script. They also generally get their orders into the pharmacy 2 days after you present the script. CVS told me this vague itll be here the week after next and didnt even offer to hold onto my script and specially fill it with their order. Also, the staff are generally very nice, and at the very least professional. But, they are not professional to the point where they have no personality. Alex, the head pharmacist and pharmacy manager is very helpful and unlike other pharmacists, is not stuck-up or come across as acting superior. I highly recommend at least trying them out. Yes, the wait can be a bit long.. but Ive had them fill a script in 4 minutes when they arent busy. Other pharmacies seem to have a mandatory wait time.

Seriously wish i could give not one star....never was treated this bad at a pharmacy! My daughter and i just got over the flu, now she has a horrible stomach bug, sharp pains in her stomach, vomitting, nausea...and so on...shes waiting in the car with a friend, as i walk in....the girl at the desk (Alika) took my daughters prescription, said if i wanted to wait or? I said yes, as i had to get a few things in store id be right back...she said well we will still page you by phone when its done. Im like ok, how long is this really going to take...(because no ones inside, 3 cars were at the window before i came in....and about 6 to 7 employees...she replied 15 to 20 mins...i said ok. Walked off...found the few items i needed, walked back to the pharmacy, shes still standing to the left at a computer paying no mind to me... looks like she was into some inventory of some sort. Who knows..... another customer walks up beside me lookong for some help, hes not acknowledged for a few minutes and then she looks up, he asked for help for an item...seems like she didnt know where it was or maybe she didnt understand him as his english wasnt very fluent. He seemed taken back by how she was being. I knew it wasnt me as i was trying to be as nice as possible waiting patiently for ONE prescription! So after talking with him, he walks away....and then she then says you can take a seat its still not done... so i look at my stuff full in my hands and i said how much longer.? about 10 to 15 so i said is it really that busy bcs it doesnt look like it... because while standing there, she was doing her thing at the computer paying no mind. Another lady at the window by herself doing her thing...and the other 3 or 4 were running back and forth, fixing mats on the floor, straighting up basically and another possibly working on a computer further away..... she replys! It may not look like were busy but we are! And i kind of just had it there...you know my childs seriously sick, its been way over 20 mins. Like come on! So when i thought it was bad it got worst, one of the guys, looks like a head person....comes around the outside of the counter as hes walking past says what do you think this is? A resturant? Chuckled!!! How rude and inconsiderate can you be?! I then replied No, actually i have a very sick child waiting in the car for her medicine!!!! What a douche bag seriously. Oh and the girl im sure thought that was funny, she was rude from the jump, bothered anyway! Then he tells her, go ahead and start ringing her up, she ignores it and continues doing her thing...he asked for her name i gave it, then says oh your child was on tamiflu? She had the flu huh ? Really i should of said its none of your business!! But again trying to be polite i said yea, hes like did it work...i just said yea....he goes whats going on with her now? Umm again none of your business! But i answered she has a stomach bug now. He goes oh gosh, hope she feels better sounds like you beeb through the ringer....he made some kind of remark along those lines, i cant remember bcs how pissed he got me....he almost was like he knew he messed up by opening his mouth so hed try ti make conversation to take away from what ge said!!.... so shes ringing me out finally! Her body language, her words, her face was just rude. I didnt do nothing to her to be treated so discusting! As if this wasnt already bad!!!! She then bags my items leaves them on the counter and goes back to her comp. No thank you, have a good night...nothing!!! So i grabbed my things was about to let a thank you out and i stopped myself. And walked out. Luckily i didnt really raise hell because it would of really been ugly. You know i strongly believe if you do good, it will always come bacm....same with bad....lets just say i hooe they dont do this to the wrong one bcs i know this was so out of line and yes i did take my time to write this horrible review i will not be going back. If you cant treat people with respect how do you think youll get it ?!! Idk if this bunch is there always but be aware!!!
