My coworkers RAVE about this place and forced me you have to try it blah blah blah. I ordered the falafel wrap which is a hot sandwich the falafel was absolutely disgusting I think they just took it out of the freezer and put it in the wrap all that crumbly stuff you see at the side is suppose to be the falafel I am so disappointed I will never eat here again ever and there was no pickled eggplant

The coffee is really good. Everything looks fresh, clean and great customer service, I LOVE IT!!

I don’t know when they did it, but the changed out the free automated tire calibration station with a pay to use one, they still have free is but it’s just a normal pole station so you will need a hand held tire gauge. This decision will force me to drive down the road to Cumberland farms who still has that. I always get cash when doing this so it’s not like they aren’t losing money on it.

We have ordered from them twice and it has been great. Everything is nice and fresh. Some of the cleanest bathrooms in a gas station I have ever seen. Cynthia is really great at customer service.

I really hope to see an Alltown Fresh open in Watertown..cheap Shell gasoline, clean and accessible bathrooms and all kinds of fresh food options. You cant beat the price and quality of the coffee and lattes and I had a breakfast burrito today that was delicious. Salads, sandwiches, wraps, snack and grocery items as well as fresh bakery choices.

I love this place. They have the best muffins Ive ever had. Ive bought a couple of things from the kitchen that have been great.Today I went in for a muffin and the cashier Ricardo said he sees I come in often and askes for my name. He understood the value of a regulregular and he was just the NICEST!! Things like that make me want to continue coming to Alltown. Dont ever get rid of him please!!!

The manager told me to leave because I was in the bathroom for 15 minutes. Incredibly rude and threatened to open the door and walk in on me using the bathroom. I dont know who runs a business like this but its terrible and the cumbys down the street is cleaner.

I usually dont rate gas stations but wow! Fresh produce, extremely clean, friendly... Thought I was in a whole foods. They should open more of these places!

I like what they are trying to do, but I just had the chicken bowl made fresh and the quinoa was basically raw...

Plenty of healthy options i will be coming here alot. Update from last post this place has a surprisingly good variety of breakfast options made fresh i i highly recommend trying it out takes about 10 to 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich

Rude people early in the morning 3:30 you going there they ignore you when you need gas you standing there for 5 minutes they dont even look your way I guess sodas is more important to them Ill never go here again

I would like to rate this place higher because it is very clean uncrowded and the staff is very friendly and I do say Ill go for gas and cigarettes and maybe a sandwich but the prices on everything else in there are ridiculous. the other stores in the area Cumberland farms the ultra I could buy bananas two for a dollar three for a dollar theyre $0.99 each at your store and Gatorade and Powerade are offered at buy one get one free or two for $3.50 and every other store at alltown they are almost $3 each

If i could put more than 5 starts i would.Staff is really nice I was also offered lunch samples while being there.

I am very impressed with this gas station in Waterbury I am from New York Tarrytown this is what we need in Waterbury people like you guys they see the future I stop here every day to get juices coffee sandwiches this place I am in love great job guys keep up the good work The only thing missing was Tesla charger because I have a Tesla and I would love to charge there you have enough space in the back thank you for making this investment......

No respect for masks. Employees don’t say nothing to customer with no masks. Go to cumbys down the road.
