Went there for gas and a snack. Great place

I would say “ great gas station” but gas is gas. Good size parking area so easy in, easy out. The inside is clean and has a restroom (unlike some others). The coffee is always fresh and hot and the people that work there are always very friendly. I have another gas station that’s closer to my house, but I go out of my way to visit this one instead.

Amazing customer service, ample amount of items to choose from. Clean restrooms, right off the highway. BEST COLD FOOD FOR TAKE OUT. Do try their hot spinach pie, it’ll hit the spot. 👍👍👍👍👍

[Update in response to owner: yes, the incident happened today (9/10/19). Apologies accepted!] Good selection of items, but were very rude regarding their restrooms. Someone was taking an inexplicably long time in the womens room, so I asked to use the clearly unoccupied mens room, and was repeatedly told that I needed to keep knocking on the (occupied!) womens restroom door. Didnt realize CT was as weird about their bathrooms as NC!

Great location for gas and whatnot.

Convenient location but Ive only once received a receipt from the pump in the 2 years Ive been in the area. Theyre always out of paper which is frustrating because I dont have time to go wait in line for a receipt. Commercials on the pumps are also annoying

Things are priced wrong and the staff is belligerent about it. There was a soda with a tag hanging from the exact spot I got the sofa from that said 2 for 4. It rang up 2.75. They said the tag was for Monster but there wasnt a single Monster in that row and there was no way the tag could be construed as being for Monster. Nor was there a tag in the vicinity that said any other price. When I told the clerk this, he said it was in was a Monster cooler. It wasnt a case of the soda being in the wrong spot, there were about a dozen or more of them there. So either the tag is in the wrong place or it was stocked wrong. Either way, the clerk just blew me off when asked about it and refused to admit to any mistake on the stores part.

Solid place for coffee. Pretty much have everything you might need. One stop in the morning here, should keep you going for the rest of the day. The staff is always helpful, to eleviate any problems or concerns you might. Give this place a go if you drive by.

The restroom was clean, there is a baby changing table and the coffee is hot. The cashier was friendly and courteous.

This is a GORGEOUS place. You never find this kind of architecture or elegant variety of products in Connecticut. It looks like LL BEAN designed it. Stunning. The sandwiches are not from the typical out of town service - they are made onsite, and are the best and biggest variety convenience store sandwiches ive ever had. You know how tuna sometimes is ruined with too much mayo, or too much celery?- you gotta try their tuna on wheat - friggin amazing. (and this food poisoning bs is obviously a competitor or someone with a personal gripe; Ive eaten their food many, many times and have only gotten healthier because of it!). Glenn and staff are gifted with an truly exceptional sense of design and product mix. From a customer perspective, Glenn is a fun person with a witty edge - if you understand what made David Letterman and Norm MacDonald so famous, youll get him. Ive always been treated well there and never witnessed anything negative in my many stops. But they are a newer business and there are always growing pains and early issues to iron out. No ones perfect from the start. All I can say is that if the few negative posts are from employee or customer-treatment frustration, then just like any business - it should be corrected...because a store this nice demands the best in employee and customer standards.

Zero paper in men’s and women’s restrooms. Dirty restrooms, grungy store. Understaffed.

Bought gas, charge that came through on Visa was higher than on the receipt that I kept. Not enough on one transaction to do anything about it, but it reflects faulty systems or unethical practices.

JUST STOPPED HERE. MY BANDS IS LITERALLY ON TOUR AND THEY GOT A REAL NICEEEE TOILET AND THEY SELL THE 20 Oz POLAR SELTZER.

I am there daily. The entire staff could not be more accommodating. I actually look forward to getting my morning coffee

Stay away from this place!!!! Unprofessional under paying staff and rude. I think even gas has water in it.
