Excellent prices lifetime warranty on everything. Helpful staff surprisingly quality tools. The tool boxes are actually built with thicker gauge steel than my Snap-on 54 inch roll cab. The flex head ratchets are pretty tough. Even the universal impact sockets are more than worth buying

Always find great deals on basics at Harbor Freight! All the tools Ive purchased from here perform just as well as some of the big name brand models, but for half the cost! I always enjoy the coupons they send and the freebies they include every now and again. Definitely a good place for budget tools.

I went to Harbor freight in Waterbury to buy some Atlas cordless lawn care equipment. They had everything I was looking for. It was already on sale, but I had extra coupons that I wanted to use. The manager (I think his name was Mike) came over and made sure all my coupons went through correctly and then he helped me load everything into the car. I also received 10% off my entire purchase for opening a Harbor Freight credit card. I got an amazing deal thanks to mike! Great store!

Got a generator here and they were very helpful. The cashier at the front saved it for and was a great guy to talk to. They helped me load it into the car as well. Will be back

Very clean and organized store, Ive been to a few throughout the state and by fare this was the nicest, service representative are courteous and pleasant to talk to and knew where items were and knowledgeable about them. Very nice store indeed

This place is like what family dollar is to Wal-Mart . You can find good cheap deals here, issue is most of there products doesnt last long like home-depot or Lowes home improvement . But they have good quality in some items. Its a convenient and alot of locations need more of harbor freight tools .

H.f. utilizes coupon scam to lure customers into their store. My Mar 1 2020 30% was not honored. I adhered closely to the fine print limitations and exclusions of 5 items max @ $10 or under but no discount granted for driver bits. The fine print is unreasonably small & not clearly visible to the human eye.I am making a complaint to a Better Business Bureau and I consider other Shoppers who find it problematic to do so as well

Bought a Chicago electric battery operated rotary tool. Charger not working after a couple of charges. Exchanged it for another and did the same thing. Couldn’t get money back or store credit because I had no receipt. So I guess I’m eating this one. Next time I’ll listen to my husband who said don’t buy there

Not a bad place. Pretty clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are good on a lot of items. Some of the stuff seems of good quality. I have heard mixed reviews of their power tools but I usually get hand tools here.

In and out in under fifteen minutes!Let me explain. I got to the store at 7:40 and were looking for two tools. Like most guys, i despise asking for help (or directions when driving and lost) but because they announced that the store was closing soon I reluctantly asked one of the employees for assistance. Mind you, i had already wasted close to 10 minutes walking around and only managed to find one of the two tools i was there to purchase. So, all i did was ask and the store associate directed me to and almost put in my hand EXACTLY what i was looking for.No guessing or wondering around aimlessly.This store, its products or its staff has not once disappointed me.

Drove there to pickup a generator. I take the price tag off it, bring it along with the battery, wheels and gas can to the register. The employee looked at the tag and said oh no we dont have that in stock. I tell him theres one on the shelf and he tells me they arent allowed to sell it. So instead of selling a item you have, you rather advertise a item you dont have. Ill never waste my time shopping with them again and i advise everyone do the same. Remember this is the same company that replaced my re called jack stands, with another set that got re called.

I went there with my father to pick up a water transfer pump and some other little things we needed. They had what we were looking for and a couple other things that came up as we were walking around. The only thing they were out of on 6/3/20 that we were looking for was the 3 pack of circular saw blades. One item that was partially an impulse buy was the 25 ft tape measure. It was on sale for .98¢. Normally I wait until they are free but it had been a long time since I saw then for free and less than a dollar is a deal to me! In and out quickly. Our cashier Kenny was great and very helpful. I enjoy shopping here.

I like this store. Its like a DIYer heaven with tools that are affordable. Okay well lets keep it real. Some of the tools arent the best quality but my gosh for that price and just enough quality for the normal rate of fix it that youll do theyre amazing. Been filling out my garage and wood work station because of them.

Excellent experience. Was looking for a standard garden torch. They had none left but they gave me the super twenty percent off discount on the more pricey model with a push button ignighter. The price was just a bit higher than the one I wanted but worth every penny.

Good Prices Especially with Mailed Coupons that offer 20% off on one item. Decent quality tools but not of the highest available. Frequently have a limited number of items with a free item coupon with any purchase. These vary a lot from LED flashlights to screwdrivers to tarps.

Harbor Freight is okay dont always go there

If you work with tools of any kind this is a great store. Though some people may criticize them for selling cheap tools Ive had mixed results with my purchases. Ive bought product which may not have met my expectations but Ive also gotten products which have exceeded my expectations for the price paid. For the most part the products have either met or exceeded my expectations of them. If you have a problem with something theyre willing to replace it or refund your money without hassle as long as its within the terms of their return policy.

Its a cheap tool retailer dont expect miracles from employees. The good knowledgeable ones are running the store now and everyone else is just help. Ive had excellent help calling to check stock on stuff before making the trip. Great tools for when i didnt want to pay crazy tool mark up.

Whats not to love about Harbor Freight Tools!?!?! There are some who knock Harbor Freight. They have good tools that dont break the wallet! I shop there frequent and I love every visit. Not too many places, you come out with all kinds of goodies from one store!!

Went there to buy one of the few good things in the store because they were offering 20% off. But as it turns out the five good things they sell are never eligible for the 20% off. So if you want to go there and buy junk and get 20% off junk you can do that. But the good things that they have are pretty good
