Best oil company around been dealing with them for about 12 years great service and great prices for oil and service work. Awesome group of guys working for them the driver are unbelievably respectful and very professional would definitely recommend them!!!

Friendly and the gentlemen who deliver are kind and respectful its so nice to hear a friendly kind people right from the start of placing your order to having the gentlemen that show up with a smile and making sure they close the gate so they know that your pets dont escape plus take the time to ask how you are and talking with the dogs. prices are great however the unbelievable service is the best and always return calls within mins. I refer them to everyone. I notice my neighbors are now on-board and tell me thank you for referring them ... Hands down the best company and will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Ordered oil Saturday for Sunday. Couldn’t do Sunday could only do Monday. Told them I could only do Monday before 10 and they said they’d have to call me back. Never called me back. Called them 4 times Monday because I had to have someone sit at my house to wait for them. They finally call back to tell me the driver showed up at 830 and there was no check so he left. I told them multiple times I was paying cash. Received no call or knock at the door. They told me to reorder online but I can’t order again because they haven’t cancelled my order out on their end. Terrible customer service.

Called on Wednesday for a delivery on Friday - received call on Friday saying that delivery was cancelled because of an accident but that deliveries would be made on Saturday. Called Saturday at 1pm - was assured that all deliveries from Friday would be made on Saturday. Called again at 5:00pm and again was told that I would have my oil on Saturday and they were out delivering until 8pm. No delivery Saturday or Sunday. Called today late morning (Monday) to make sure my delivery would be there today and was told that they only go to my town on Mon, Wed, and Fri. So I said - its Monday so it should be there correct? Told me they already left the area and REFUSED per supervisor Gabriella to go back to delivery my oil. I repeatedly explained to them that I needed the delivery but the best they could do was Wednesday. Never again - thats just really poor practices! Would rather pay the extra few cents for someone else. I have been using them for years and the girls in the offices between Bristol and Waterbury thought it was funny when I called each time for assurance and laughed me off! Too many companies supplying the same product - I go where I get the best service.

Great and very reliable service and there prices are excellent! I was having some problems with my furnace and called I T energy. They sent someone out to fix it in only a few hours!! Thank you so much! :)

Great service, great prices highly recommended! I was scheduled when they had that accident where someone smashed into them, which I saw in Unionville. Very bad. They came the very next day early in the morning! If they missed you, maybe you forgot to leave your payment and werent home. Thats the only reason theyve ever missed my delivery because it was my own fault! Other than that theyre always here!

Waited all day for an oil delivery and no show. I even called late afternoon to confirm they were still coming. Don’t bother with these clowns.

Melissa at I T energy was very rude and unaccomadating. I ask for a weekend delivery and they could not accommodate, I asked for an after 5 delivery, they could not accommodate, I asked for a delivery the following Saturday she said she cant book me that far ahead. They have nothing for the next four days yet 7 days is too far out too book. I explained that I work and am not going to leave cash or a blank check outside my house. Melissa did not care. She had very bad attitude and truly was unaccomadating. I have used this company for 11 years. They are no longer the cheapest nor do they care about customer service. There website states worry free delivery. Not so. I will call someone else.

Terrible service. Appointment for furnace cleaning was done 3 weeks ahead. I took the day off as a vacation day. No show!!! When I called to discuss the no show I was told I was not on the schedule. Terrible service for oil delivery as well. The rudeness and aggravation we are subject to should put them on the Customer Service HALL OF SHAME. They do a truly abismal job of keeping their customers. This BUSINESS IS NOT BBA ACCREDITED
