A little expensive but overall good parts selection. Each store is different but this one could use a little more knowledgeable employees!

We went in & were immediately greeted. We told them what we needed & he went & showed us exactly what we needed. Clean & well organized, if they dont have what you need they will tell you other places to check for it. Great employees.

Went there to get drive shaft for wifes van and was told I would have to get it from dealership. They could not order. Guy just stood there for five minutes staring at computerWent to one advance on San Maran drive and had it next day.

The staff at Advance was very professional and knowledgeable.

The lady is a very rude that works there and says Prejudice remarks and its kind of ghetto in the store but they have your part half the time.

I would have given the store zero stars if it was an option. I was given the wrong bulb according to there system but they would return it because I had opened it. Told me I should have pulled the old one to compare before I purchased. Taking no ownership at all that there system is wrong. I will never do business again with this store. Dave the manager was rude!! Acitng as if I was trying to defraud him out of a 7.99 bulb.

The lady who was working when I qeny in this morning to buy wipers was awesome and super nice. She showed me how to put my wipers on and then made me do one myself so I actually knew how to do it from now on. Im glad I stopped at yhat store this morning.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Shelly was extremely annoying and weird. Very rude too, even making comments about retardation ****ALL RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BOSS****. My boyfriend and I were obviously uncomfortable but she just kept on going. The boss did and said nothing at all to stop her behavior. Right after leaving my boyfriend and I both said to each other ***WE ARE NEVER COMING BACK EVER AGAIN***, which is very unfortunate because it was so close to our home.
