Looks and smells like an auto parts store because thats about all it is.

Had what I needed, little more expensive than other parts stores, but usually has what I need when in a hurry to get a part for what ever vehicle Im working on.

5 stars for the very helpful staff, but 1 star for the prices. I should have done my research, but I try to shop in my neighborhood to keep our local stores in business. $19 for a generic air filter. I looked up the price for the OEM filter and it was only $16 shipped right to my house. As much as I want to contribute to hyper-local stores, I cant justify spending more on inferior products.

Love going here for my wipers. Go back every year I need them. And they put them on for me. Dont really care about the price.

They are great here. Went out and helped me get windshield wipers I bought unto car.

Old counterparts worker are very good and helpful. They could sell ice cubes to a Eskimo.

Went in looking for a tool cart they dont have any instock they wont even order one in so I can at least see it in person. After that I wanted to look at one of their impacts and they just shoved me out the door because they were going to close in a few minutes....poor service in Waterloo napa off of university.

Helpful staff, but they didnt have what I needed in stock yet the car part place just down the street did. but very much appreciated staffs help, advice, and knowledge.

Loved the fact that the staff were patient enough to deal with my sad lack of knowledge automotive-wise. Really helped me make the right decision on which parts to get.

Tried to order a part on line to take advantage of 10% off on line orders, but was told by NAPA {via NAPA chat} that the Waterloo store does not participate in the discount and I could not order the part on line.....not very customer friendly!!!!!!
