Not a reflection on this location but prices are just awful when compared to Amazon and RockAuto, If you dont need the parts ASAP look elsewhere.

They are very helpful. Being a woman not too knowledgeable about cars. Getting parts for Husbund and mechanic across street. They are willing to take the time to help me get what I need.Brian is my favorite he is always willing to answer my stupid questions and explain things to me. I really appreciate that.

Its a auto parts store i hate working on cars but im not gonna hold that against them the only reason i give it 4 stars is because when i whent to get some new break pads and rotors for my car and besides me there was only one other person there getting some things that they have in the isles it took 2 guys well over 20 minutes to find the parts i needed it was to my understanding from a friend of mine that use to work at a auto parts store that there parts are in specific areas and should be easy to find idk maybe there was a problem going on but still i feel like my wait time was a bit to much

I had a headlight bulb in my Dodge Grand Caravan go out so I thought Id better replace it before I get a ticket I didnt know it had exploded inside the housing I replaced the bulb Id rather a pro replace it next time.

I went there, wanted a Qt of motor oil there were 2 people working and including me 2 customers and no one talked to me for 15 minutes and when I asked about said item I was told to wait . There service sucks!

I drove 45 minutes to have Auto Zone help me find a repair part. They have a free check engine light sign on there door and website but we arrived and found it’s been down for three weeks. If you’re going to advertise you need to be able to do it so people don’t drive miles out of there way to give your company business. Ridiculous and the man could even offer us an alternative option or help. Auto Zone obviously can’t offer auto services to solve people’s car needs. I wouldn’t make a trip here or expect the employees to go of there way to help you. He just laughed in our faces and couldn’t apologize for the inconvenience of driving 45 minutes. I will make sure I tell my friends and family to go elsewhere. The rude employees and not being able to do what they offer makes it waste of time.
