Excellent service. Got the tires I wanted quick

If you want your wheels destroyed, Dobbs is the place for you. They’ll do a fantastic job of destroying 800 dollar wheels and not take blame for the damage. Want you to come back so “they can prove they didn’t cause the damage” to the wheels. Not only that, they’re pretty great at ignoring you as well so they don’t have to pay for their mistake.Service manager is not the brightest with keeping his lies straight. Corporate is a joke and rather side with rhe lies their store managers tell them instead of fixing the issue.It’s cool, I’ll take care of it. Might want to be smart next time. Hope you lose lots of business due to your shady actions.Have a blessed day 😘

Very clean reception area and guest area. Professional, nice employees. They tell you everything that needs to be done BEFORE they do anything to your vehicle. And kept my car clean! It drives so much better!!

Had a 4p appt. for an oil change & tire rotation. They pulled the car in at 4:20p. They told me it would take 90 min. All was done at 5:15p. Mgr explained a couple things he noticed with the tires and gave me quotes for repair.

No complaints about the tires that were installed. However on the “test drive” they took there were many rapid accelerations and the engine was pushed over 4700RPM’s. If you don’t want your vehicle to be raced I wouldn’t take it to Dobbs as there techs are unprofessional when it comes to a test drive in someone else’s vehicle.

Everyone do not goto the store in Waterloo the new store manger is terrible. Had quote for some repair a month ago before he got there. He told that he had to look up the quote but did not have time to look at up when I dropped it off. He will call. I called him at 9:30 next morning when still had not hard about him just looking the quote up in the computer and still says he still had not had the time to look up a quote in a computer. Very bad customer service. Then when I asked for the corporate number he gave me the wrong number. PLease go some where else until they get a new manger. Been customer for years and had good experience until this manager I will never go back here again.

I was mainly assisted by Shane. He was an excellent representstive of the company. I was quite oleased with the service. The only bad thing I would say is pricing. They always tend to be a little higher than most other mechanics locally.

I pulled up at 830 a.m for an oil change here it’s been 3 hours I’ve asked 3 times to ask how much longer and “ it’s almost done” an hour later still done come guys for an oil change. If you ain’t got time don’t take it to dobbs in Waterloo Illinois

They say no appointment necessary for an oil change but be prepared to wait 3 hours. Arrived at 1245 pm and I am still waiting as of 330pm. I will not be back.

Dobbs in Waterloo IL.I have always found Dobbs to be priced on the high side. Overall- I thought of them as the fast food of auto mechanics. I believe the added cost is a tax for convenience of same day service.On my recent visit to Dobbs in Waterloo IL was helped by a gentleman by the name of Craig. Craig created an amazing customer experience. He is pleasant, well spoken and listened to understand the needs of my car. I was there for warranty work from past service.Hats off to Craig.

This Dobbs location is my favorite out of the several that I have visited. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they dont push sales on you; they only recommend things you actually need, but dont badger you into in. Their work for me has always been done correctly and quickly. Most services I can wait for them to finish while I wait. Dobbs as a whole is well priced and offers different discounts monthly. Highly recommended.

Dobbs Tire in Waterloo was immensely helpful and went above and beyond in helping me out. I had to take my car in due to a leak in a tire that the over-the-counter slime made worse. I took my car to Dobbs first thing in the morning before work and they started working on it immediately. They chiseled out the hardened slime, put a patch in the tire and it was good to go! They were fast and extremely helpful!

Doug was very helpful in explaining the handling characteristics of run flat tires and why I should replace my tires with another set of run flat tires. He was able to have them delivered to his store and installed the same day. Very good customer service.

I live in Columbia but there was not one place in my town that was open to change my oil at 5pm. I waited until the last minute to get it changed and was down to 5%!! My daughter had the flu this past weekend and I couldnt make it out at all. I called Dobbs in Waterloo to see if I could come in, this was a Tuesday night. I was told they could get me in within the hour, so I headed there. They were busy and there was a wait mix up when I got there and was told I would have to be seen tomorrow. Dustin totally came through for me. He is who I spoke with on the phone. He said he would stay to make sure it got done and they worked it out to where my car was done quickly and not pushed to the last of the night. I appreciate that so much!!!! I thank you!! My anxiety was full blast with 5%, thinking I would have to make it until the weekend!!! Thank you!!

Made an online appointment to get two tires for my Ram 1500. Was greeted warmly when I arrived and updated several times during my wait. Everything was completed faster than I expected and the tech made sure that all tires had the right pressure in them before I left. This was my first time using the Waterloo location (used the Shiloh location when we lived in Ofallon) and we will use them again. Thank you!

Dobbs is a very family friendly establishment. My family has been taking our vehicles there for over 5 years. Each time my wife or I walk in, they remember who we are and our vehicle history automatically pops into their brain. They can remember previous work performed on the vehicles. They are very helpful and honest when they evaluate any issues going on with the vehicle. I never feel like I have to second guess taking in my vehicle to be serviced at Dobbs in Waterloo.

Dobbs Tire and Auto of Waterloo, IL is a well run and efficient facility with a maximum emphasis on customer service. I have have visited this Dobbs several times for both tires and auto service even though I live in MO. It is well worth the 30 minute drive. My most recent visit was for tires for my 30 travel trailer. Since the trailer is too big to bring into a service bay, the tech had to work outside the shop. As luck would have it, it began to rain but he continued to work, delaying completion of the job. Congratulations to Service Manager Dustin Butler and his top notch staff for delivering quality products and outstanding service!

I brought a tire rim in and the guy said $20. When I get the bill it was $30. There was a rock that I seen when I gave it too him that was letting air out. I showed it to him he said we will check it out. Guess it’s my fault for not trying it myself. Will not be going back.

My 2006 Dodge Charger was idling a little rough, and the check engine light came on, so I took it into Dobbs, Waterloo. Eric, Tony and Doug really took care of me, answered all of my questions. In the end, the car had a severe engine problem, and needed a new engine, but with 230,000 miles thats not unexpected. Fast, friendly service

I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. I received a call from them saying I will need tires soon. This to me isnt an issue but the fact that they then stated they would not rotate them because I would need them soon anyway. They said my fronts were more worn than the back which isnt a surprise since I have a front wheel drive car. My question is why would you not rotate the backs, which are in better shape, to the front in order to increase the longevity of the tire. They made it even worse by trying to sell me new tires over the phone. I will never go back and I am going to be sure to check my car three times over before I even start it in their parking lot.

This service call was treated with urgency as my van is my office, so when the check engine light came on they took me straight in and found the problem fixed me up and got me back out. This store has always treated me fair and with respect for my time.

Always great for an oil change quickly. Although when I asked them to look at my breaks they said they were okay and when I took them somewhere else the next day the pads were almost completely worn.

I was on my way to Detroit when one of my run flat tires gave up and as it turns out not many places carry run flat tires in that area. This location of Dobbs really was a life saver. They also accommodated my dog. As for the tire and the service, I was on my way to Detroit in about 40 mins from the time I entered their door. Thank you guys!

They sold me tires that are still good today.I trust them with my oil changes too.They got my air conditional working is a small amount of time.When my tranmission was going out, they made sure I made it all the wayto Waterloo.

Had to have tires replaced because of a recall. Explained the situation to the store manager and was cursed and insulted by him. Told him forget it. Ill take my business elsewhere and walk out. Contacted the corporate office through the website but never heard back. Will never set foot in a Dobbs again and have told and will continue to tell people about the rash treatment I got.
