The staff there is amazing. They really go to bat to get me the best deal. Great customer service! I have had 4 Sonatas and on my third Tucson. Everyone from the service dept to the sales staff to the business manager. All great people who treat you like family.

Gave me car 4 days ago and it will not start up. scam.

Bought a used car from them. Theusaid theu inspected this car before putting it up for sale. Thing wrong as soon as i got to my shop and inspected myself. Intake pipe from turbo to mass aor ripped and now i understand the under boost issie. 3 strits are shot, said they changed tue oil.... Nope. Intercooler and a/c condensor severely damaged from an accident or road hazard,passenger window will not work properly will go up and automatically go right back down. Will not stay up.. Thos is appalling. I also am a licensed dealer in iowa and wpuld never allow a car to roll off tje lot lime this. Plus i put half down on this car . stay far away.

Not happy at all. 2 mechanics said a wheel bearing going out. Yours said it was just my tires. Go figure

I went in there yesterday and I tried to test drive a car and one of the guys there when I asked to test drive the car he asked right away if we had cash to pay for it and we told him no we was just wanting to test drive it then we tried to text drive it the one door handle was broke and the gear was broke (was a stick shift) then after we went in side the guy was asking to much personal questions he asked right off the bat he asked what my ssn was and then ask if I pay rent and how much I make from my job then tried to ask for my insurance card so my girlfriend walked away to make a excuse so we can leave and I told him I had to go Cuz I have and family emergency then he asked me what my emergency was and I told him thats not his business and I walked away I definitely dont recomend then the guy was very pushy
