Did an amazing job replacing my complete suspension system! 1500$ spent amazing saved me about $800-$1000 dollars. My truck drives amazing. I will DEFINITELY be bringing my car also to get the entire front end done. Trustworthy, super fast, respectful, very communicable. No bad review here. You guys are awesome thank you. Only thing is say is wipe the grease/oil off the door and steering wheel after finishing. ;)

Very polite and courteous but If your looking for affordable this is not the place. Quoted 380 for front breaks. Found a place in a neighboring country town that charged 200. I’m sure this place is good for everything else though.

Not sure how many honest mechanics and automotive places are left but this is one of them. I usually do my own work but during a recent trip I discovered some suspension noise on my wifes Nitro. Since we had another trip upcoming soon we decided to drop it of at Boubin for an inspection. The front end staff was courteous and professional, booking an appointment was a breeze. My wife it took it in to be serviced and it turned out it was just a few loose bolts. Even though we took an appointment slot and they performed inspection they did not charge us a penny. Shane was very knowledgeable and forward with his explanation along with offer to come back if anything is not right. Very honest and professional place would recommend to anyone in the Cedar Valley.

I was in town to pick up a generator (no power due to Deracho) a few days after the storm. I had to change my hitch. Unfortunately, the lock was frozen. I was in a hurry and had stopped at several places to get help in cutting it off. A 2 to 5 minute activity.. All said they were to busy or that they could help me in an hour or two. When I got to Boubin Automotive ... the manager said that all his guys were busy or had left for lunch (it was ~12:40). I said Thanks and started to walk out the door. He then said ... wait, let me see if I can help you out. 3 minutes later I had my lock removed. I asked to pay and even through a $20 at him. He refused kindly, smiled and said ... really ... its on us. I was floored! What kindness and generosity. Very impressive in this day of age. From my small little interaction... I know this place is a place you can trust. I go by the motto If someone can be trusted in the little things, they can be trusted in the big things. Good old Iowa Nice! Thanks Boubin Automotive!

Was told normal 134 A/C charge would be 125 & if Y1334 was used it would be double . When Got the final bill I was told it was just under 400 dollars was more than 250

After going here to get my car fixed, I have made the easy decision to not go anywhere else when I need anything automotive related! The staff here is beyond helpful and all easy to talk to. I know little to none about cars, but the mechanics made it easy for me to understand what exactly was going on with my vehicle. Came in twice for two different problems, and was able to be fit in the schedule soon after the first visit, both times receiving ideal service. Has a very nice and open waiting area where I was able to sit at a table and study while sipping on complimentary coffee/hot chocolate. Would recommend this place to family, friends, and anyone/everyone in search of automotive services!!

Great service, experienced mechanics.

Easy to work with staff and skilled mechanics. I have taken my vehicles here multiple times through the years and have never been disappointed.What I was particularly impressed with was when I had a new exhaust manifold put on my f150 because it was cracked (couple yrs ago). Well 6 months later it cracked again so I brought it back. The mechanic said it is probably something else causing it and I should check it out but they stood behind their work/parts and agreed to replace for no charge (keep in mind this is a 6-8 hr job plus parts). After it was repaired I took it to an engine repair shop and the Boubin mechanic was right. Turns out the coil was going out and miss firing causing the extra heat/pressure in the manifold. I was very impressed they stood behind their work even though they knew it was unlikely an issue with their parts or service.

Amazing and quick work! Pressed in wheel bearings in literally hours when the local Subaru dealership would have taken days...and did it for half the price! Very friendly staff!

If you are looking for a repair shop for your car. I would recommend you to boubin Automotive service they perform really good and they dont take long as other repair shops would.

With no time to do repairs I had my wife take her car in. From the beginning the pushing for un-needed parts started, needs tune up, needs muffler, problem is it was all done a year ago. I was told first a leak at the flange of the resonator was bad, then a second phone call I was told it was bad. Tripple the original price, so I asked to have the old one back an to my surprise is was not bad at all, not perfect but it did not need replaced. When I confronted them I was told they considered it bad which they had to other wise they would have to admit they lied, scammed and sold me something I didnt need.

Everytime I go to boubins, just for a oil change. They try and tell me something else is wrong with my car. When I go get another estimate from another place, nothing is wrong. Such a dishonorable company.
