I went there today looking for girls tight. The set that I found was missing one, and Gabe in the self checkout near the grocery was determined to help me. Because of Gabe patience, I walked out happy with great satisfaction. Truly, this location need more Gabe. Thank you again and keep on delivering great customer service.

Ordered 1 item for a pick up order at 2pm said it would be ready at 6:04pm and wasn’t ready until 10:30 right before they were closing so I decided I’d wait til the next day to pick it up but when I checked the order it said it had already been picked up so someone stole my order and Walmart stole my money. Very disappointing and all over a 35$ order smh. Walmart won’t even get back to me about it after calling them 30 times and filing a report with the 1800 number. DONT ORDER PICK UP you can’t trust them obviously.

No open checkout. I prefer dealing with an actual person. I hate self checkout. I do not work for Walmart.

I went to Walmart to look for gloves since the temperatures have been dropping below zero & got frost bite the other morning delivering newspapers. I was informed that they took their gloves off the shelf 2 weeks ago and they had these kinds of things on display instead. And heres a picture of the current conditions outside.

Long lines. Maybe one or two actual cashiers open. The ability to get through and get what you want quickly is a benefit the checkout experience not so much. Let alone if you need something that is locked up and push the button for services. Youll be there forever.

I went just after they reorganized all their isles and so the staff was kind and friendly and pointed me in the right direction thank you stephen for helping me to find the chicken i was looking for.

This Walmart is bad even compared to other Walmart, unfortunately. The store looks like management doesnt really care about it with messy shelves, etc. They have a lot of merchandise locked up which makes shopping there a pain. I will say, however, that do have an excellent employee in the electronics section, hes helped me out a couple of times and hes always been knowledgeable and does the best he can with a bad situation (understaffed and locked up merchandise).

Went in to redeem tickets for our pop cans my husband took in and only got paid $12.00 out of the $88 dollars worth. Said tickets only good for 48 hrs, my husband unaware of this. So not only have they raised their prices to an extreme but also take pop can money, service is lousy, and self checkout lanes are usually closed except for a couple. Shame on you walmart I am joining many others and will no longer shop at Walmart.

I live in Waterloo, but my husband and I make the drive to Cedar Falls or Waverlys Walmart for our shopping. Every time I go in, the store is disorganized and dirty. Its impossible to find help from any employee so youre left to find things on your own. (and you might as well forget about items that are locked up, youll be waiting for at LEAST 30 minutes for someone with a key) It cant be a staffing issue, I see countless employees standing around on their phones or socializing amongst themselves. Self checkout lines are always a mile long with folks who have carts full of items because theres never more than one cashier on duty. I want to be able to come in, grab what i need, pay for my things, and leave.. you spend most of your time waiting in line to check out.

Was an excellent location. Easy in and out. The store could have been a little cleaner. Had great sales. Will go back.

So hard to get around the store. No help like most Walmarts to be found and quite dingy. We usually go to the Cedar Falls location even though we live in Waterloo and will continue to do so in the future.

What a disaster! The clothing section is not divided by size at all; looks like they are trying to reorganize the store but it has been a mess for months now and actually seems worse lately. Also, electric carts must have old batteries. I use one due to disability, but the fully charged cart I had lasted less than 20 minutes. There were two other dead carts in different spots in the store. I finally grabbed a few essentials and had to abandon my shopping. Hope someone was able to return the refrigerated items!

I really like Walmart and the stuff on it, but right know its not looking good. They changed the floor, walls, sections and aisle, and even cashier. I hope they make it better than before not worse than before.

Waterloo- 150 cans, 10 minute limit, 1 at a time.... didnt get much done in Waterloo. CF didnt seem to care how many or how long!!! Go to CF

Good old Walmart. We all complain about it but we all shop there. Prices are good, they usually have what Im looking for and most of the employees are friendly and helpful.

Placed an order for pickup, received confirmation but not an email saying they cancelled my order due to a system outage. Then, I tried calling countless times to see if these matters were true but not one department answered their line. It’s very unprofessional and inconsiderate to not at least warn someone ahead of time that you weren’t able to fulfill the request. This has to be the worst Walmart in the state of Iowa!

Somewhat frustrating today for checking out. Out of 14 checkout counters, only one open because of lack of employees available, I was told. Lots of self checkout counters available. Many, many merchants are in the same situation, though. Noticed some merchandise pretty sparse on shelves, probably do to the same issue in the shipping industry.....

Not the cleanest or most organized Walmart, but pretty decent overall, nothing spectacular here.

Absolutely slow experience for pick up, clearly taking too many orders that cant be filled in a timely manner. 10 car line tonight in addition to actually waiting in the designated parking location. I understand with CoVid people are trying new things, but their process needs serious reevaluation!

This store has horrible customer service. I was purchasing a small rubber pet food mat that locked cabinet (like why is this even in a locked case anyway?), rang the assistance bell several times. No one came. Found someone in health and beauty who said shed have to find someone with a key. Waited another 5-10 minutes. This store is always on the dirty side too. Ill drive a couple extra miles to go to the Cedar Falls store.

This Walmart was great. Produce section and selection was awesome. I’m a trucker and need to replenish my food stock on my truck. See you guys next time. Thx

Its just always fun to go when you need something quick.

I prefer this Walmart in the local area it always has a much better variety plus they have the eye doctor available but financial services to send and receive money has frequent issues with the computers being down so call ahead to see if they are having issues before making a trip into town if you need to receive money. No guarantees it is up and running.

I hadnt been there for several months and a lot has changed. But it was well staffed and everyone was so helpful finding, and even reachimg, things I was looking for. I checked out at the self serve register and a worker came to help me pick up heavy items without my even asking her. I was very impressed. Very good experience and I was able to find everything on my list plus a lot that wasnt.

Customer service is terrible. There is never anyone around to help in electronic section. And self checks are taking away jobs. If they are going to make us check our own stuff out they should be paying us I dont feel thats my job. Yet I still go there cause its affordable even though I truly hate it!

About my experience at Walmart, it was a very great and wonderful time. It was like one of them time when I was a child when my mom use to grab her keys and say Donta we,er Going to Walmart. She grabbed her keys and I will run to the car excited to get to Walmart nowadays its just the same every time I go just feel like that first time going to walk on when I was a kid

There was only 2 out 8 lights working in the mans bathroom. Then it took close to 10 minutes in the customer service line to let someone know, but once I got a hold of the guy working the counter, he seemed like he was going to address the problem. I dont know, not really the right place for mood lighting

I went to Walmart, going to get my rice dream rice milk and i find out that they have discontinued it! That was my one way to have food with milk in it. My girlfriend is allergic to nuts so the others are out of the question. Sad days.

The worst Walmart I have ever visited is in Waterloo, IA. Dirty everywhere! The floors the checkouts, even the employees look like they havent bathed in several days. Not to mention, the, loud,rude,disgusting, unhelpful attitude. I couldnt get out if there fast enough.

This store is awful, Maybe its the customers but I sure wouldnt be happy if I was a associate here. Store is often a mess and unorganized.

My experience at Walmart was grand. The parking lot needs some work. Nothing too major, just maybe a little resurfacing, restructuring, say another exit between Flamang Dr, and the south exit. Oh and better spaced repainted lines. Narrow alleys should be one way only, not two way.Inside was good, not too many unsavory characters. Couple of kids found their mommy. It was good. No one got in the way, except the elderly for their purpose. Im not too far off myself, but like my oddball conscience tells me youre only as old as you are!

Will not return to this walmart. Shelves were empty, basic items such as Pepsi, mayonnaise. Tombstone pizza, chip dip. Dog food and treats.. Deli closed at 6? Only two cash registers open. Poor management.

I have literally been trying for the past hour to get a hold of anyone who may be able to help me in electronics and not a single department has answered the phone. Only person I could get on the phone was a lady in pharmacy. This is ridiculous.

I mostly satisfied with the store however I had to shop at three different stores and even at the super Walmart I couldnt find a good selection of Venetian blinds I believe that Venetian blinds is probably a billion dollar a year industry people always buy and sell and trade new houses and they want to change their blinds and you cant get good selection at any of the Walmart stores

Not one associate said hi, even after theyd make direct eye contact, Id say hey to get out of the awkwardness and theyd just keep walking. If one or two associates didnt greet me thats fine but when Ive had time where I can walk past the store manager and they dont greet me.

I despise going to Wal-Mart. Only go when I have to. The experience is dreadful for me everytime I have to go. The workers are rude and act like they would rather be anyplace else. The prices are just really outrageous.

I ordered online for pick up. When it came time to check in for pick up my appointment had been cancelled. I called the customer service number and Gazzelle directed me to Leo. They told me to come in and pick up the order. Leo brought my order out immediately. This is such a very busy time for all, but I sincerely appreciate their customer service being so very helpful.

Theres always something new to see or find at Walmart all the employees that I talked to where very nice and even went out of their way to point me at another item similar to the one I was looking for that was better and cheaper than what I wanted there was one lady who went out of her way to show me where an item was although she was doing the online shoppers order list her name was Alicia
