Fantastic customer service and product! We worked with Bostonwood to tweak one of their standard dressers to our liking. From beginning to end, everyone there made life easy and pleasant. Even delivery was wonderful! 10 stars!

In the past I bought 2 bookcases here and I was happy with them. But today, when I went in to look at futon frames, the fellow behind the counter seemed too interested in talking on the phone to even look up and try to help me. Probably the worst customer service possible today.

These store is a real find. Seven years ago I discovered them and I have bought 5 different items from them. All have lasted well as they are made of genuine wood. A real treasure as furniture in real wood is usually very expensive and if new very poorly made. Bostonwood gets 5 stars.
