While they do have high-quality furniture and an ok selection, good if you want custom. The prices are outrageous, even for the high-quality. They make Ashley look like the dollar store.

This place was amazing. After we felt not so welcome at Penny M, we wanted to try here. They welcomed us and our toddler. They enjoy having little ones around. (Not saying it’s easy because it’s a very full store). Very easy to work with and incredibly nice staff. We bought a new living room set from them. If we need more in the future, we absolutely will return to Keck!

Our experience at Kecks was absolutely marvelous! Tom Beyer spent a lot of time helping us select furniture and fabrics and his advice was spot on. Our furniture arrived in early March. It was exactly what we wanted and looks lovely in our home. The quality of the furniture is top-notch. We are really fortunate to have found Kecks Furniture! We highly recommend them!

Wonderful family run business. Joan held my hand patiently through the process of picking out carpet, curtains, furniture, and cushion covers for a sunroom. She spent a considerable amount of time putting together color combinations that would work best in my home along with helping me find modern furniture that fit with room sizes. Delivery was great. I enjoyed working with Joan, her husband, Tom, and her sons. They really do put the customer first.

Despite the inventory shortage due to covid-19, got the lift chair I needed for my Mom.

Outstanding service from both the team that helped us pick out the furniture and carpet as well as the installers. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. You never have to worry about purchasing something that is not quality from Kecks. Family owned and my family has shopped here for generations. Even after moving out of town I continue to count on Kecks for all furniture and flooring purchases. Prices very fair for the quality you are getting. I refer them to everyone!

High end furniture and helpful staff.

We love Keck furniture! In October we purchased a sofa and chair. I was in the store today shopping for a mattress. The staff is consistently friendly and VERY helpful. Beautiful/quality furniture at reasonable prices!

Excellent customer service! Great variety of domestic made and amish products. Its always nice working with the small-town family shop but in a very big nice store! I would recommend this place over any big box furniture store any day! Great customer service and stuff that will last! They have been around over 160 years in the same town! Thats a business you can trust!

My husband and I worked with Tom to pick out our first bedroom set as a married couple. Our set was delivered this week and it is beautiful! We could not be more pleased with the level of customer service we received! Toms answer to every request was; Sure! We could do that. Not to mention his wealth of knowledge about the products he sells is beyond compare. What a refreshing change it was shopping at Keck Furniture compared to the chain furniture stores! They offer high quality furniture and even deliver to Wauwatosa. I would recommend the place to anyone. I know well be back!

This companies practices with trying to stay relevant in todays consumer world is blatantly pathetic as soon as you walk in the door.That is, if your savy at all with furniture companies, options and of course, price.No information is on any piece and your salesperson has to run wherever to find the answer to every question.What I was looking for was referred to as a niche piece and I mentally scoffed at that after hours of looking at these modern sofas on-line.Ill be using the locate a store feature with the site that had the ones I liked, at a reasonable, down to earth price.

Overpriced, not in contact when arriving late, instalation had noticeable seams all around edges and in middle of the floor. Would not recommend.

The service at Keck Was good but one glaring problem. We bought our mattress 4 years ago and it was quite expensive and on the higher end for us. It is already a complete wreck and has been for about a year we just dont have the money to replace it. Its such a wreck its actually a pillowtop and we were forced to turn it over and put a pad on the other side and now that side is going to hell. Wont go again, sorry.

They have served our families needs for the last two decades and I can’t rave enough about their customer service. Their accessories are unique and the furniture is of high craftmanship.
