Very interesting visit....I went in to see if perhaps they had a car I was seeking out. I was certain they would not, but I figured why not check them out. I went to purchase a brand new ZL1. I am aware of the shortage, so I was not hopeful. When entering the showroom, I was directed to a gentleman that was rather unfriendly and somewhat bothered by my presence. I decided to proceed with my inquiry. He informed me they were of no help and he would be very surprised to hear of anyone who could help me within a 500 mile radius. I did let him know I have found 5 in other regions but would shop local if it were feasible. I was interested to know if they had a line on anything coming in or hopes of something in the hopper. He declined to say if they would be of assistance. At this point I was frustrated by his demeanor and knew I would not purchase from them even if they had something I was in love with. The nail in the coffin was when he informed me they do not offer the test drives of those particular vehicles if they did have them in stock. Pardon me? I have over $60k in cash to buy my dream car and I cannot drive it prior to purchase??? Absolutely unacceptable. That is when I needed to remove myself from their establishment before I lost my professionalism. So, a word to management: you better vet your staff much better than you are and instruct your sales staff to treat everyone as they are your #1 customer. You will continue to lose business in the way you will regret. Side note: I found my dream car. I had a very pleasant buying experience. I was treated as a valued customer. Please do some work on your model.
Great sales absolutely horrible service department. I just bought my wife a car from there and they did an amazing job. Mary fults especially did amazing. However, I took my truck to get a recall fixed there today and I got a call halfway through the day saying that my front axle boots were torn and grease was pouring everywhere. They said both CV axles on my front end needed replacement. They quoted me $1000. I declined and had them continue my recall work. When I got the truck back I checked both my front axles and neither was torn or leaking.
This was the most frustratingly inconvenient experience I have ever been through. I was trying to buy my first car with the help of my parents. Though my family lives here in NY, my parents and I live in Michigan. Ethan talked us out of using temporary transport plates to get to Michigan, where we wanted to register the vehicle. Even though his colleague Larry (who was great) told us this was possible, Ethan told us it would be too difficult. So he told us we had to register the vehicle in New York, but now Im certain he only told us that because its easier for him and the dealership. Nevertheless, we jumped through SO MANY HOOPS to make this work, all so that he could come back and say he couldnt get me the plates in time for me to go back to school in Michigan. He was clearly not invested at all and did not show any willingness to go out of his way to help us. I am very disappointed at how much time and energy we put into this, all to be left with nothing because of how little Ethan cared about our sale. My dad bought a car in New Jersey, New Hampshire, and my sister bought a car in Pennsylvania, all of which were driven to Michigan to be registered with zero issues. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be treated like your sale doesnt matter.
I want to thank Mike Liberatos for making my car shopping experience a positive one! He is friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard to get me the best deal. Thank you Mike for making my day!
Just turned in my leased vehicle early that was over on miles and well worn by my family of 6! I was expecting to pay thousands of dollars and instead they wanted to buy the car for their inventory and I didn’t spend a penny. There was no pressure whatsoever to lease again on the spot. The base of my infant car seat was basically cemented to the anchors and it didn’t take long for Davidson’s to get it out for me. I was in and out in 15 minutes!! I’ve never had a more pleasant experience returning a lease. We will be back!
I have a lease, I pay almost a 1000.00 a month, I had a few things that are wrong with the car and they are telling me its not covered over 36,000 miles. I have lease Fords for years, tried to change to you guys, NEVER again, I have NEVER paid for anything to be on my lease cars. But to be honest never had problems. This car has been in the garage I cant tell you how many. BAD BAD BAD
I was skeptical when I made the call as with the world we are living in and not a lot of contact I figured this would be a complicated experience! Well it was quite the opposite I don’t think I have ever in my lifetime purchased a vehicle with such ease. Darrell truly had our best interest at heart right from the initial call....who calls you at the end of the financing and says “I have great news” they were even able to reduce our cost even more. I have purchased from Davidson’s in the past but since moved to Syracuse I can definitely say I WILL go back for my Vehicles! Great job Davidson will be well worth the hour drive to pick up our new truck!
I purchased a vehicle in June that allegedly had a 120 point inspection. Shortly after getting the car home the built in navigation and intelligence system began failing intermittently. I made an appointment to have it looked at and was told that there was no fix. So the car went through a 120 point inspection prior to my purchase and they failed to disclose this glitch as they called it prior to the sale of the car and are now telling me there is nothing that they can do. GM is working on it....Terrible business. Terrible response. Clearly not disclosing the true condition of the vehicle prior to purchase.
Appt was made easily, car dropped off - met with a very personable gentleman. Service completed timely, was called when ready, car picked up based on my timing! Great experience all around.
Ethan Gallagher is an outstanding sales person. I wasn’t looking to trade in my lease early, but he asked my needs and found something that was a great fit for me! I love my new lease. My experience was excellent. Thank you Ethan.
Larry Craft was our salesman. He is the best of the best. Always friendly, does whatever he can to help his customers. We always request him when we trade. Give that man a raise.
Had a bad experience at dealership about 6 years ago .. thought I would give them another shot. So glad I did !! Our salesman Mike Lucidi was awesome !! Joanna in finance is an absolute doll . Buying a vehicle was actually fun!!
Ed was amazing made buying my truck super relaxing and enjoyable will recommend people just cause of him.
Kept me well informed. Replaced the tires, alignment, repaired the A/C and changed the oil. Only downside is I wished they were closer to me.
Larry Craft was an awesome, laid-back dealer and got me exactly what I wanted in a timely manner, especially with how crazy the car market is these days!
I purchased my vehicle from an amazing salesman on the Ford side of Davidson’s but unfortunately it was a Chevy so to get work done on the car, I have to contact (or attempt to) the Chevy service department. I spent 3 hrs attempting to contact them with no luck and when I finally did get someone to answer, I ended up with people who were rude, short with me, kept cutting me off, and just all around poor customer service. They tried to tell me that even though I had just bought the car last wk, they wouldn’t be able to even look at it til July. By the time I got off the phone with them, I called Davidson Ford and told them if I have to continue to deal with that service department then I don’t want my Chevy Equinox anymore (and I love my new car). Thank goodness for Frank Donato or Davidson would have lost a repeat customer
Ed Gallant is an excellent salesman who shows compassion and knows how to make his clientele feel welcomed. It made the whole car searching experience so much easier and worth the time. The environment is comforting and warm.
First off let me just say that this was the best experience at a dealership I have ever had. Ed and his team were nothing but fantastic and friendly. They made me feel at home and that they actually cared about me. They looked at me as a human being not just a person with money. I would definitely recommend going to them if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Very wonderful people!
My wait was for 2 hours without giving me any update. They didn’t explain very much to me. Added 45 miles on my vehicle without my knowledge or to ride with the mechanic to explain to him of my problem that I brought it in for in addition to the recall that I was there to have taken care of
I recently purchased a new Tahoe high country from another dealership. When I was on my way home an alert came on that the rear tire was low, fortunately I wasn’t far from Watertown. I made it to Davidson Chevy just before tire went flat. I explained my situation to the gentleman in service dept.. he got my vehicle in and fixed the problem which ended up being a bad stem on the tire.. the service department was amazing!!! I can’t thank them enough for helping me out..
Worse experience ever gave me a rental car that had expired registration. The police threaten to write me a ticket getting into fort drum and almost refused me getting to where I lived and worked. Also while my truck was in the shop for a service covered under warranty I was not provided with an estimated of when my truck would be done. After they fixed my truck which didnt even completely do saying theres a good possibility of another failure and my warranty is now void because they didnt correctly fix it. So if you want to void your warrentys and have a bad experience this is the place for you.
Kevin went out of his way, above and beyond, to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase! I bought a car and 6 days later decided that it wasn’t what I wanted.. he brought me back in and spent the entire day driving me around trying to decide what I wanted and made sure it was everything to me! It was a long process but he never made me feel like I was being a pain or asking for too much! His biggest and only concern was that I was happy with my purchase! He even left his baby yoda (a piece of his own personal collection, you’d have to go through him to understand) figurine in my new car and when I mentioned that it was in there he told me that it was for me and it was my guardian Angel for my long trip to Florida! He truly cares about his customers!! Hands down, the best salesman anyone could ever ask for! So if your thinking about going to Davidson’s, go see KEVIN VISCOTHA! You won’t regret it!!! So thank you Kevin for making me feel comfortable and caring about my wants and needs, because the car I have now will hopefully be a part of my forever! I love it!! Thank you Thank you 🙏🏼 THANK YOU !!! I seriously appreciate you beyond words!
Salesman and staff were very friendly and helpful. I had been to 3 other dealerships and Davidson’s was by far the most professional and helpful!!
I am SO HAPPY with my purchase at Davidsons. Everyone was so accommodating and went out of their way to take care of me and all it took for me to get my new Dodge Journey on the road! I will definitely refer others there for a new or used car.See Darrell Sweitzer...he will make it happen! Thanks EVERYONE!
The service desk was more than great. The issue I had was when I got in my car leaving the dealership there was oil stains all over inside my driver’s door, steering wheel, and other places. It was honestly disappointing to look at it and I do hope it is not happening to other people’s cars.
Drop off my vehicle for trailer lights not working, they had my vehicle for almost a week didnt fix the problem. I picked it up with many more problems, key fobs not working, the vehicle not wanted to start or turn off, radio not turning off after the vehicle is turned off. I need to bring it back to try to get all the problems. So more time and money for me.Update:Scheduled another appointment, all problems where resolved within a day. Very happy with the service.
Purchased my first brand new vehicle threw Edward last week. Awesome dude and even better service! Highly recommend Davidson’s if your in the market for a new rig!
They left a dent in the door and all windows were left down in the rain in the parking lot after an oil change (twice). All seats and carpet were wet. Customer service except from Erica was just wrong. This is my first review of anything, be it electronics...etc. Won’t be back. This is the worst Chevrolet dealership that I’ve had to deal with bar none. Lucky they’re getting 1 star.
Great selection of vehicles. Ed Gallant was very helpful and professional. Ed also went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied with the Chevy Traverse we purchased. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy a new GM product.
My experience here was nothing short of fantastic! Transparent and fair with their pricing and negotiations. They genuinely care about the customer and the veteran. Thank you guys!
Came here a few weeks ago and they supposedly replaced something but that has only led to more issues that they refuse to fix and tell me I’m wrong. I’ve had so many issues here and nothing gets done ever
Ed Gallant was a lot of help. My wife and I greatly appreciate what he did to get us this car. He made sure we didn’t get screwed over and left happy.
My truck wasn’t starting and I made a appointment online for the next day. I was able to turn on my truck and drive it to the dealership. My experience at Davidson Chevy went very well. Bryan my service advisor was helpful and very informative. Definitely will go back with any other issues with my truck!
It took them a day and a half to fix a check engine light that never went off and they didn’t give me a car
From start to finish my purchase experience went smoothly and effortlessly. Ethan was knowledgeable and professional in handling every aspect of our purchase! Special thanks also to Steve for getting us the best buy possible.
Start off.. Thank You Edward GallantYou were very friendly, polite and courtesy. Not pushy, explained every detail about our new car.Being patient with our needs and questions are very personal for us. Just because Im a woman he treated me as family . 👪The process may be lenthy
Well where to start, Larry Craft is by far the most outstanding sales person I have ever had the pleasure dealing with. I had a lot of uncertainties and he was there to make the whole adventure of looking at new vehicles that much easier! I will be back to Davidson just because of Larry Craft. Thank you Larry for the excellent service.
This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! Will definitely recommend Davidsons to anyone looking to buy or trade. Thank you Davidsons Auto!!
I had Mike Liberatos for a sales person. He was the best car sales person we ever had. He was not pushy and worked well to make the deal work out . I appreciate all he did. The truck is just what I was looking for.The finance dept. made the purchase easy. Thanks also to them.
Very communicative friendly and reasonable price
Ed Gallant was great. He took his time with us to make sure we saw all options. It did take a long time to get paperwork finalized though which was out of Eds hands.
I have always had a great experience at Davidsons.
Husband found exact truck he wanted. Thank you Darrell for making this an enjoyable experience.
Jared was so helpful during the process of getting my warranty work done and covered. The service department has been great when dealing with me and my truck! THANK YOU JARED!
I initially contacted Davidson to investigate 2 used vehicles I saw online. My first point of contact was Danielle, the receptionist. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. After reviewing which vehicles I was interested in, I booked time for a test drive with my family a few days later as the first appointment of the morning. This experience was not great due to some lack of preparation on the part of the dealership and not jibing with the first sales rep. However, this experience was productive in that we narrowed our interests to a brand new, custom-order truck as a result of discovering the specs we wanted. Danielle followed up on our appointment and when I presented my honest and specific feedback to her she once again responded promptly and appropriately. Within a few minutes a different rep, Darrell Sweitzer was in contact with me and immediately demonstrated he understood the requirements I had outlined to Danielle. Per my text to Danielle, I was looking for: a partner in the sales process which was all but guaranteed. What we needed was a person to guide us through that process with patience, knowledge and no nonsense. Darrell answered that calling to the T. His old-school professionalism immediately won all 3 generations of our family over. My mother, sister, niece and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Darrell. He was prepared to answer all questions both on the spot and via numerous follow-up emails. He was patient and appropriately familiar only after showing us he knew his stuff. I believe we built a rapport on trust - he knew I meant business and was committed to seeing the deal through so long as he dealt truthfully with us - and thats exactly how it went. More sales people should be so upfront when their customers are explicitly telling them what they need. We cannot offer more high regards for Darrell than to say we respect him and felt he respected us.And finally, on pickup/purchase day, Joanna was lovely and capable, executing her business manager responsibilities with comfortable ease. There is one critique I would offer. In this hi-tech era where customers are encouraged to do their own research online and enabled with buyers tools, I would contend that sales be as equally savvy on the customer-facing tools as they are on dealer-facing tools. There is dissonance when as a customer you can see particular configurations offered on the official GMC or Chevy website but sales cant be 100% sure they can replicate it on their end. In one particular case, the dealer was given a different answer about a trim-level feature than what I was given via chat on the website. The web-chat consultant was correct and I passed this information along to the dealership but this confusion could be avoided through a more cohesive communication/process between brand, dealer and sales rep.I am sharing the full gamut of my experience because the story it tells about Davidson as a dealership is noteworthy: there is room for improvement, as there always is, but when they are confronted with a customer willing to kindly share their honest feedback, they act with integrity to fulfill that customers needs. So to Darrell, Danielle and Joanna, the whole Dean family says: Bravo!
Horrible place, cruel staff. We broke down 300 miles from home and drove 10 miles to this location in an unsafe vehicle in hopes that they would help fix our vehicle. They blatantly refused to service our vehicle even though they admitted having a technician that could help us on location. Please dont support this business.** I would also add that they admitted to having such a backup in service appointments that they were unable to provide any service until June. I would look elsewhere if efficiency is important to you.
Excellent. Larry and Joanna were outstanding. One of the many reasons we are repeat customers!
In the age of instant gratification people expect oil changes to take a matter of minutes, quality service takes time. My service advisor gave me great options for additions to my service based off the mileage of my vehicle and did not push any options on me.
Please do not take your vehicle here. I brought my brand new Buick here because the AC control appeared to be sunken in. After waiting 3 hours they told me the clips had broken off of it and had to order a new part, no big deal. After 2 weeks passed without hearing from them I called and they said they had just gotten the part in that day, sure. In the meantime I had noticed that when they took the panels off to inspect the part they had left very obvious scratches on the dash. I brought this up with the associate and after being accused of putting the scratches there myself, which I obviously had not since I hadn’t touched it, they agreed to even look at it. When I took it in the second time to get the new part put on they agreed to fix the damage they had done to the dash and replaced the wrong panel. They also “installed the new part”. I could see that it was still not fixed. It was at this point that I decided to investigate further and realized that THEY ZIP TIED THE BROKEN PART IN PLACE. After returning to them several times and each time leaving more frustrated than before I realized I had made a mistake in coming here. They never fixed the scratches they added to my vehicle, but I have so little faith in their capability to do so that driving away now seems like the better deal. Zip tied? Really? Come on now.
Absolutely awesome customer service! Edward was freaking wonderful! The service team are the best! The kept me posted and were friendly and helpful. Love these people!!
Found the vehicle we wanted in the color we wanted! Financing arranged to benefit our bottom line the most. Overall excellent experience! Salesman Larry Craft is A+
Great experience buying my new Trail Boss, Darrell was a big help getting what I wanted! Will come back when im looking for our next vehicle.
The service was friendly and accommodating.
It’s always a pleasure working with Mike Liberatos. I’ve been at Davidson Chevy 4 times to buy truck/ vehicles and he is a very professional sales man. Thank you Mike.
The team was professional, timely and honest. This was easily my best experience buying a vehicle.
Mike L really helped me out and made the process simple. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a new vehicle!
It shouldnt take over 4 hours to change the oil in a vehicle. And if unforeseen circumstances arise, I should be notifies immediately about the estimated completion time frame. Also $24 per tire to swap out winter tires and put on summer tires is almost double the cost of the 3 other service stations I spoke with. Im not driving all the way to Davidsons again for any type of service again.
Service was excellent! Thank you for doing my tires for me and getting me home at the end of the day safely!!! Erica Behling is the nicest advisor and deserves six stars.
Ed Gallant did an amazing job helping my wife and I find the perfect car to fit her budget. Really enjoyed working with him!
Fast, efficient, low pressure. The decisions were ours to make.
Hi, would just like to record that we have received excellent service from this company . We were kept fully informed as to problem solving and believe the pricing to be both competitive and honest .Thanks to Jared for his excellent customer care and the offer of a courtesy car, much appreciated. Many thanks to the Davidson Chevy service team for taking care of me and my vehicle.
Darrel was very patient and helped get me into a brand new 2021 equinox and was very professional and helpful when it came to any questions i had!! Highly recommend!
After a few purchases from Davidsons I am definitely convinced they are the dealership to go to. my first purchase seemed to take longer than I hoped for but since then it has been much easier and the sales people are very accommodating and knowledgeable. I dont feel like I am given a line of bs just to sell me something which is a very good feeling.
The people are very friendly. I would definitely use them for anything thats needed for my vehicle. Make sure you ask for Jared.
My salesman was top notch as he always is. Management was great, fast service, smooth transition. Thank you Jerry Heath and Mike “Skinny” Lucidi!!!
Military Customer. In 2019, Purchased a brand new 2019 Buick Enclave. The service was OK but took much longer than probably necessary at the time. We did not know that NY is a title state, meaning the title was issued before we paid off the vehicle. The Dealership wrote down the incorrect address when submitting the paperwork to the DMV, so we never received the title in the mail(we were not expecting one as not all states do title work this way). When we moved to a new state, we needed the title to change the registration because NY issues titles and caught the problem (2021).We cant do anything about it. We live in a different state and so going to the DMV is not realistic. I was given the DMV number only after asking for it. Recall Notices? Didnt receive them because our address was incorrect. I understand these things happen, but the remedy was sorry nothing we can do.When purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, I expected a certain level of service after the sale, but once you drive the vehicle off the lot, expect nothing. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was sent to voice mail.I receive more customer service for my Garden Hose I bought from Amazon.
I went looking for a specific vehicle and got the chance to get out of there with a better one, thanks for Larry Craft for having patience and being a great Lender, definitely will recommend this if anyone needs a vehicle.
The purchasing process was easy and painless. Ethan was amazing to work with through the entire process.
These people are either incompetent or dishonest or both. Look you straight in the eye and lie. Went there for airbag recall and got total BS as soon as we walked in the door.
I went to get my inspection which is free since I bought the car from the them. Got there at 21020am, inspection was set for 1030am. They brought right back, so I was thinking cool I will be out by 1130. NO, STILL SITTING THERE AT NOON! my daughter had an appt at 1230, which she was late for. They found a plate bulb that had to replaced, cost me $42 that took them 10 minutes to either. Find or put it on, I dont know. But the time they were done and I was wrong up it 1215 and I had to haul but to go pick my kid up and get her to her appt, which like I said she was late for. RIDICULOUS!
Best place Ive ever been to purchase a Vehicle right when I losing all hope MR. ED came right on in an saved me from being turned around... Customer service is lovely !! Yall Dont sleep on Davison Chevrolet Im leaving this place with a whole lot of faith that I didnt have when I entered THANK YOU ❤️
Mike Liberatos at the Buick dealtership in Watertown NY is our go to guy when buying a car. We have bought several from him. I would also like to say Chris Simeon (sp?), Sales Manager is also great to deal with. Davidson does not pressure you. Mike is a straight shooter and we appreciate that. He also respects our time which is huge.
It was amazing. Friendly service, worked with us...we buy all out vehicles from there and will continue...thanks for the great experience yet again
Went in for an oil change. Was told it would take 30-40 minutes so decided to wait for it. It actually took 2hrs and 15 minutes. Bought the truck gm certified used with two oil changes but when leaving was told I had to pay for it. Service cashier waived the fee after I asked him to look it up to verify.
Davidson’s did an oil change on my Chevrolet. They were fast and efficient! Great job!
GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH .. IN AND OUT WITH NOTHING BUT SMILES!! THEY ARE THE BEST!! WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!
Had lost key fob so had them make 2. A lot more costly than when started driving and could get spare key at hardware store for couple bucks.
Got us out our lease early and put us in a new car for my wife. Love Mary she’s the best.
I give Davidson’s 5 stars, bc the service was Great! I had Mary Fults ! I’d advise anyone to ask for her bc she is amazing ! She went out of her way to get any style car that I wanted to look at, then she even went out of her way to find the best deal for me, she made sure the car had all the comforts and warranty’s I was looking for, I did end up going with a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase I made ! Talk about a dealership that treats you like family! Super amazing and I recommend to anyone ! Great service! Thank you so much Mary ! You are super amazing !
Ed was extremely helpful with everything and didn’t leave a question unanswered or a doubt in our mind that we made the right decision!
Highly recommend!! This was my second purchase here!! If you looking for a vehicle definitely contact Larry!! He is just great !!
I feel 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation is a bit much especially when I called in the morning to get in and there was at least 4 time slots available. That tells me you were not extremely busy. So why did it take so long?
I just bought a 2021 equinox from Davidson Chevy Buick Cadillac. I would like to thank Steve Vecchio and Ethan Gallagher for their professional and curtious service while looking for a new vehicle. Once we pick the equinox steve went to work to give us a great price on our trade in. I would also like to thank Joanna Strejlau for the patience getting through the paper work she is very professional. Thank you again Larry D. Bisig
Quality work on my GMC Sierra.
It was easy and convenient
It was really nice to see that this dealership had been so professional as to getting me in a new vehicle.
Mike Liberatos was very helpful with getting myself and my wife a new vehicle.
Dont know what happened to davidson. tell you price for a diagnostic then charge you twice as much as quoted and claim diagnostic charge for each diagnoses... the claim they never quoted 129 dollar diagnostic fee. my advice take a tape recorder with you so you have the lie on tape because they deny
Quick to help and buying process was simple.
Good experience, worked with my schedule.
I brought my car in for an inspection and it was running great plus I put new wiper blades on this summer and specifically checked for streaks on my way to appointment. It was clear. They said I needed almost 600 dollars worth of stuff done including new wipers and breaks flushed. I just got new breaks in October and were flushed then. Driving to town later my battery was losing charge and my car overheat. It is with a trusted mechanic now. Never going back or buying a car there again!
Short waiting time, got me right in at my appointment time.
Mike was wonderful. Made our experience easy and enjoyable.
They did an amazing job! Fast process will recommend them
Ethan was a really good sales rep to work with and went above and beyond to help me in the buying process.
“Skinny” was great. We had two small children and he was completely unfazed when they started getting fussy. He gave us a tour and demonstrated all of the features of the Buick Enclave we ultimately purchased, including the unique shift. One of the other salespeople gave my son a lollipop and the finance lady (I apologize her name escapes me) was a pleasure to work with. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed.
Friendly and professional sales staff. They went above amd beyond during the sale and followed up after the sale. Im impressed amd will be telling my family and friends.
Staff was friendly and work was completed on time and above my expectations.
It was a great experience with the saleman mike. No nonsense straight forward work. Didnt try to sell me on something i couldnt afford.
Sandy, at the service desk, was extremely professional and called to keep me informed at every step along the way, treating me like an important customer even though I was only there for a small recall and an oil change. The service was efficient and well done, and several dealership employees had friendly greetings and small conversations even though I was there for only a short time when dropping off and picking up my car.
