The customer service was super bad when I was trying to make an appointment. I called and the made me an appointment, then called back the day before and said they wont take my insurance (which they do). And that was a whole mess. I had to call Martins Point, then them, then have them call Martins Point. They finally agreed it was covered. This whole drawn out ordeal would have been enough for me to find a new place, but I wanted an appointment ASAP because my glasses are scratched. Its been almost 3 weeks now, and my glasses, which they said would take a week, are still not ready. Just really frustrated with this whole process and wouldnt recommended subjecting yourself to it. Go anywhere else.

Im handicapped and they were very thoughtful in making sure I was comfortable. They helped me pick my frames. Because I walk with a walker they got me a chair to sit in and a hand held mirror so I wasnt trying to walk around.

Very efficient. Got a contacts exam and will try those out. If they dont work Ill definitely just get new eyeglasses. Great selection of name brand lenses and the dr. was right to the point with the exam! They worked with my insurance as well and explained everything to me prior to service.

Dr. Bresler gives a very thorough exam. He is always available to address any problems or questions you may have. Kim and staff are always wonderful. I have gone there for years and wouldn’t go any else. They always have a wide range of frames to select from and their stock is very up to date and stylish. Absolutely worthless! Very unprofessional, overpriced, all about there up sale. Receptionist is a joke, you would think I’m the age of COVID they should be a little more helpful. No wonder small business is dying! Keep up people

Dr. Bresler and his staff were very polite and professional. They took the time to give me very detailed answers to all of my questions. They had to order my glasses, but they came in very quickly and I found I was very satisfied with them. I will definitely be going back there when I need to.

I lost my glasses in the lake. I frantically went to Pearle Vision. Their staff was very helpful and friendly. I was able to get an exam and new glasses in just a few hours. THANK YOU Pearle Vision!!!!

On a long road trip stopped in for an emergency repair on my daughters eyeglasses - super friendly staff got us fixed up and back on the road in minutes!

I had the worst experience here when I got contacts. When I got glasses it was okay staff was nice but the older Dr when I got contacts was rude! I have never had glasses nor contacts in my life glasses I like contacts I cant even wear. I wasted over 100$ on them. Both exams he rushed me said look here and here ok your good I wasnt able to ask questions about anything made me feel really uncomfortable during the contact process. I went back the next day because they felt weird in my eyes I was told that was normal that i would get use to them and my vision seemed off the Dr said thats normals you just need to get use to them. I was adived to come back in a week for my check up to make sure they were good. I went about a week and a half later the Drs first words to me when I got in the room werent you just here for this check up in a ride tone (my friend was in the chair right next to the door and heard it) I couldnt believe he said that I was embaressed I said no. As we go on with the check up he said everything looked good I advised I can feel then and the irritate my eyes he goes on to say contacts arent for everyone . Then says Ill put a order in for two boxes. After my friend left I was amazed how that went I called and asked if I had to order my contacts through then I was told because I took the trial pair the day I came in for the exam that I had to order it through them. I was just amazed at this. I honestly will never go back and i have a couple friends whom have gone there and they didnt have a good experience and are not going back either. They care about making as much money they can off you then you and your concerns. I would give the Dr -10 rating.

Dr. Bresler is funny and genuine, the staff is amazingly helpful and kind. Couldnt have had a better experience!

Overpriced, rushed service. There prices for contacts are extremely high and dont even price your glasses lenses here! Would never go back, staff was not friendly either or helpful at all.
