Staff was fast an efficient. EFFICIENT! The girl who did the eye puff exam... you know the one... really fast and good at it! Seemed to look out for my best interest and made me feel like a person and not just a dollar sign. I was really impressed and would highly recommend!

Every aspect of service was great. I was greeted right away and clearly shown what I needed to do by the staff. The doctor was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable about eye care and worked with me to decide what I needed. All costs were discussed openly so nothing hidden and I got a great deal on two pairs of glasses.

Its not my first Shopko Opt visit but my first time to Watertown Wisconsin one. Ive had a fantastic experience. Both my son and I had our eyes checked and both eye Doctors were great. Very caring and took care of concerns, explained any issues and took the time to develop a good repor with us both.Getting glasses was easy, found a pair right away, great selection and all the techs were very helpful and knowledgeable.Will definitely be back. I have 3 other children in glasses and will be absolutely bringing them in.Thank you for making our experience great.

The staff are incredibly professional and helpful, especially Jamie at the Watertown location. The exam is thorough and well done. The staff will help well beyond your initial appointment and assist with any issues or questions well after your visit. Price was very fair as well. Waited a half hour after my appointment that I made for 11 was 11:45 and my husband got tired of waiting waiting out time!!! We both had appointments the only thing they did was give us the paperwork and that was it a guy came off the street said he had an 11:30 appointment and he had to get in they took him right in as we waited past my appointment and his we should have been paid for our time. My husband was steaming when we left!!?!

We always have good luck at this store. However, lately, the boy section seems to be picked over and not many items in stock. The store is usually clean, but also very HOT. They usually have items we are looking for and sometimes you can get a really good deal in the clearance section. Employees are friendly and love going later at nigh when it is not super busy. Im impressed with how the parking lot is light up at night, that makes me feel comfortable walking out to my car in the dark.

The one thing this place has going for it is that if you are hunting for a high-demand item, then Shopko will probably have it since nobody ever thinks to visit Shopko. One cool thing about this store is that its store layout is integrated into Google Maps!

The service by Marianne is exceptional !! Coming in her day off to help out my son who has DX with a disability of epilepsy. Her patience, kindness and knowledge of her job is huge to us. And most importantly she treats my son with so much respect and kindness. He likes going in just to see her. We dont live in town anymore. More challenging to get there. Challenging with my sons health issues as well . So to go above her job description to help us out on her day off is so meaningful to us. More than one can describe .Shopko you are blessed with an amazing employee . I hope you dont take that for granted. She represents her company and herself well. She deserves a raise!! She is an amazing lady/employee.

This place is overpriced but hey they are currently closing the store and nearly everything is discounted, up to 30-60% off. So if you need clothing or any other miscellaneous items make sure to stop by in the next few days to get a good deal.

For a store that is closing. Very upsetting to me that are taking advantage of people with there Prices. What I purchased in store was actually cheaper on there own website and cheaper in the Fort Atkinson store. Whats wrong with this picture. I have been a loyal customer for years. It saddens me to be ripped off. Would have returned the product and ordered online however all sales are finnal!

I feel bad for this place. They have nice flowers during the spring and summer. They even have vegetable and herb plants. Its a decent place, but I think they have trouble demonstrating value over Walmart.

This place is always so quiet, not very busy. If you like to shop at a leisurely pace, this is the place for you. They could use a remodel of the store, especially the dressing room.

Finally closing. Selling stuff at 40%-60% off of stuff marked up 20% above msrp. Good riddance

Came to pickup online order. Helper was great. Guy in green shirt (employee) walking around the store aimlessly with hands in pockets. Almost a bit scary until I realized he was an employee.

I truly prefer this Shopko to impersonal monstrosity of a Wal-Mart located further down the road. The staff here is polite and friendly, helpful when they can be and willing to find someone who is when they cant. There are always great deals going on all over the store, and truly a unique range of brands and products that other big box retailers dont get. If youve never been its definitely worth the stop, Ive never gone in and not found something worth purchasing.

Ive been coming here for 40 years. PROS: Prices similar to Wal-Mart. Dont have to drive out of town and walk 10 miles just to buy one item.CONS: Usually have only one or two items in my size. Would buy more but they dont keep much in stock. If an item is always out, wouldnt you stock more? If checkout people dont want to work there, they should go somewhere else. Never say thank you. Usually its Here you go. Youre right. Here I go to someplace else that appreciates my business and says thank you. If they would get there act together they could eat Wal-Marts lunch. We couldnt find a nice bathrobe for a young girl. I did find the game I was looking for. Their area that has the clearance clothes, I thought looked really junky. Sorry about that but thats what it looks like, terrible. Maybe theres nothing that can be done about that otherwise very nice checkout lady named I think it was Donna. thank you.

We had been searching for 2 weeks at 6 other big name stores unsuccessfully. We were able to find abundant supply of tee shirts in color and sizes needed at Shopko.

I like the store, it has better products than Wal-Mart. It has a pharmacy and optical as well.

Enjoy shopping here compared to Wal-Mart, Tuesdays seniors get a discount.

Im going to give 4 stars because my family has been going to this location for exams and glasses for 10+ years without an issue. With that said I had a recent not great experience due to 1 employee. Theresa the Optician needs to get her attitude in check. The last thing I want to hear are your sighs and continual complaints about how others are not doing their job etc and so on the entire time. We had an insurance issue to straighten out and it really put her out to do her job! May need some customer service 101 training. Not ok. At all.

Worst location ever, harassed and accused an innocent man of stealing when it never occured, did this Black Friday in front of hundreds of shoppers at doors. Need to retrain security people or terminate! What is suspicious behavior defined as? What is protocol if suspected, publicly humiliate but have no facts, evidence, or reason to? KNOW that it happened before accusing in such a public way! UNACCEPTABLE, will never give business to Shopko and will make sure all others know.

Sharon is training Sara and sharon is very condescending and rude to Sara all while customers are present. Sara made a call to a customer and Sara was explaining the warranty to the customer and Sara was doing just fine with the customer from what I could hear on her end. Sara was clear and stated the warranty as I am also informed of their policies. Sharon then took the phone and apologized to the customer stating that Sara is new and apologized again and then proceeded to tell the customer the same thing that Sara had said to the customer. Upon hanging up sharon stated that she interrupted because the patient is in a group home and she didnt have another reason as to why she intervened in the call between sara and the customer. Sharon has also walked past myself and my daughter several times and gave both of us a dirty look each time.
