I went for a smog check and they gave me an oil change instead.then told me in the arrogant voice I had to pay for the oil change. First I was dealing with the young man who took my order wrong then when I told him I did not order an oil change I ordered a SMOG he brought back another guy with him telling me I have to pay for the oil change. It was like I was being intimidated into paying.the average person would have probably been intimidated. But doing boxing and martial arts have my life I just learned to stay calm and overlook the situation it was a joke. You should always treat your community well and not try to trick them into paying more. The manager told me everything was on audio and video so if I was lying about what Im saying he can listen to the tape so I told him Im going to sit in the lobby go listen to the tape and youll see I ordered a smog he acted like he was going to check the tape and he said he wasnt going to check the tape after all. enough said. Avoid this place.

I went in for a smog check they accidentally did a oil change and said I had to pay for the oil change. They accused me of lying and that they have cameras and audio that recorded what I ordered. so I told them to rewind the camera and audio and theyll see I asked for a SMOG not oil change. The manager pretended to go do that and then came back and said hes not going to check out the audio after all.it was 100 unprofessional and a scam to get me to have to get an oil change and a smog. They didnt want to give me my car back until I paid for the oil change I didnt order. One of the old people there in the waiting room told me they didnt even put his gas cap back on when they were done with his car. Wont be going there no more either will my family.

If I could rate it 0 stars I woud they overcharge you for everything even the simplest things I got my front brakes done there because I really needed them done they charged me $600 anywhere else I could have gotten it for 350 at most I wouldnt recommend going there unless you have no other optionAnd still just know youre gonna get robbed

Be careful of this place. I went for a A.C. check up and they said they need to to inspection first, Misael estimated the compresor need to be replace and tge price was almost$1000. I took it to my dealership and the just feel up the A.C. with the cost of $150. My A.C. was fine. Misael insists that my car was broken. They just want to make maney out of people dont know car stuff. Dont recommended this place.

Be aware of the the air cabin filter ripoff.They check your air cabin filter and offer to replace it at 40$ for a new filter.This filter is sold at amazon for 9 dollars or 13$ for a pack of 2!

Went for a smog check that took 50 minutes to complete. The smog check didnt work because the battery had died earlier in the week. Was told to drive my car for a while and bring it back but they would charge us again with a 10% discount. Was told they could not ask any questions about the car beforehand (not even about things that could hinder them from helping us). Ridiculous. Do not recommend.

My serpentine belt broke and they fixed my car right up. They were very friendly and helpful they let me know what else I might need on my car. Very happy with the quick service and friendly mechanics

Wanted to put 10w40 in my honda because it had a lot of miles for being 99. The tech advised me not to do it because it would mess up my car. Very honest and respectful service. They could have said nothing and let me do it but they didnt cant remember specific techs but you guys ROCK. I WAS CHARGED 40 DOLLARS TOTAL FOR AN OIL CHANGE THATS AWESOME THANKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID.

Let me start by saying I started here with great customer service from the guys in the shop. Then when I was billed they totally helped me out with the budget I had and did a great job to my 96 jimmy. Just be patient and let them do there thing. Ive gone here for an oil change about 5 times, the last experience was the worst. First: They lie about wait times ( always take longer ) I went once and they said it would be ready in 30-45 minutes, so went shopping for 1.5 hours thinking SURELY it would be done but they hadnt even started! So I have them one last shot last week and they completely blew it. Took way longer than they said as usual, and Im suspicious that they didnt even change my oil and just dumped more in... I drove home and checked it to see my truck was OVERFILLED WITH DIRTY BLACK OIL! I had to drain and fill it up myself. DONT GO HERE!

My son took my car in and they told him that i needed a new motor (it was new and only they took care of it). I called and told them to get me a letter of all their findings so i could seek legal cousel, at that time they recanted and told me nothing was wrong.

Today I signed for a quoted price on service and was told a different end price when service was rendered. Give your customer a written copy of the services and price before any work is done on a vehicle. The manager only chose to argue with me over the price. I will not return for work again while management behaves this way, thanks for the employee that did a good job on my service to my vehicle. I could easily have had a better experience but was disappointed.

I was there early in the and got right in. Quick quality service with plenty of staff. The counter people had me paying someone elses bill and detained me as long as serve took but the manager made it right with a 20% discount.

Used online appointment system by Midas to come here. But these people never returned call when the email confirmation said 30 minutes return. They also did not honor the appointment or the discount. Their excuse was that it was the co-branded location and they were not authorized or have the system to give the discount.

Came in for a smog check because Im selling my truck. My truck failed the OBD sensor test because the battery was recently disconnected (125 miles prior). This is the first task performed in a smog check where they hook up their computer to the vehicles computer, and the technicians will know of the smog test will automatically fail or not because of it. Most places will tell you when this happens and will avoid performing the other tests because it will be pointless. SpeeDee-Midas in Watsonville does not do this. Instead, they performed all of the other tests knowing the OBD sensor wasnt yet ready, and then demanded $50 for a failed test that shouldnt have been performed to begin with. These people are thieves. The technician laughed in my face when I pointed out their dishonest, unethical practice. Avoid this place like the plague! They deserve to be shut down.

I use my car alot for work meaning I commute daily ..I use to be a regular customer for oil change and basics.. I got coupon via email I wanted to reedem it. I was ask in a rude way by owner where did you get this?. I replied online she threw a fit because I wanted to use a coupon for services over $100dls I was told I couldnt use the full 10$dls because it was only for services over 100$with out taxes..Im a business owner my self and believe me Id rather loose $10dls not a customer. I was very dissapointed, not to mention just by being a women they try to take advantage$$ I was told my car needed many things when I had done tune up @t my dealership 😀lol i just put a smile on my face politely said no thank you walked away and never going back... work on customer service people !!! overall they are quick on oil change (but kept on rising prices higher Everytime)when I brought this to owners attention she said weve always charge same amount. Take a long time to do a simple service and they always try to up sell you air filters or state that they did a diagnostic or they saw something wrong with you car to sell you unnecessary services if i go in for an oil change thats what i want done on my car even if its falling apart i dont like them trying to sell me service i didnt go in for they need to be more transparent with there customers and honest instead of focusing on making that extra sale or ripping off customers and also train the people they have at the front desk i called for a price check on a service and the guy told me 3 different prices and i had to re-explain the exact service i needed so if the person in the front cant give me a straight answer for a basic service like an oil change or a smog check for example than it doesnt make me have confidence in them and makes it feel like they are over charging me or just making up numbers more training and knowledge needs to be applying to there front office people

I just came to tell everyone not to trust this workshop because I take my car to turn off the check light and I never turn it off and I get $ 1224 and first I digest and I was going to turn off $ 1028 and when I went to pick up my car page of more than $ 1224 and I will never turn off the light they are crafty I only pay a lot of money and they did nothing and I went with another mechanic it I digest that this workshop stole from me because they did not give me code paper that my car has either and then they got angry and then So I just left the money and they did nothing with my car. I just lie. I dont recommend this workshop to anyone.

Good presentation, regular labor prices. Personally, I did not maintain my car in this place. Two years later I was paid for a service to pass the smog of a Nissan Altima and once again it was smog to take it to another place and it turned out For two years he did not change the spark plugs of the Intermediate part between the engine and attached to the metal where it refers to the board.I already investigate and to change those spark plugs there is to dismantle the spider and the manifold and they did not realize it. And the other mechanic showed it to me. I simply do not trust this workshop.

They fixed a thing for me in the car and they damaged another one so that I could go back and get paid again they do not give a guarantee for their work. Already a month after this comment and I responded that I sent an email but I do not know if they have not responded. Since the top brass are unprofessional and liars.
