Will never go there again. I called in to get my screen repaired and they checked with their tech to see if it was possible. He said yeas, but it will take a week for the part to come in. i brought the phone in that same day and they again confirmed it would take a week. 8 days later, i get the call that the phone is ready for pickup and it hasnt been repaired. turns out the part is not available but no one bothered to check before i brought the phone in. was of a week when i could have found someone during that time to get it fixed. completely un professional. i left before i got angry enough to do something i would regret.

Call to ask for information on the phone lines, the person who answers the phone (I suppose they do not have any preparation or education) responds in a non-professional way, I understand if you are an ignorant person and without education you should have the minimum ability to speak and express themselves on the phone, how sad that in the XXI century people are so ignorant :( study online or take education courses.
