Preferred store in neighborhood, has two entrances, so ample close by parking, a fireplace, no drive thru, helpful baristas. I have found the place very busy on rare occasions, they do have background music at a low volume, during off peak hours. Across on other side of McDonalds on road.

The baristas here are incredible! I was having a horrible day today but not trying to show it; the barista (I didn’t catch her name!) must have sensed it, though. She and the other gal working were so incredibly kind and helped turn my day around. Thank you! 💞

Place looked good. Clean. Everyone was very friendly. Seemed to make decent strides toward safety concerning covid-19. Had to wait a bit for my drink, but nothing unreasonable. Only downside...NO DRIVE THRU! but I didnt know ahead of time. My bad!

First visit to a Starbucks since Covid assaulted us. Decor and environment totally different. No tables. No chairs. CDC requirements definitely me which is great. But, somewhat a shock to the system. Even the ingredients in my drink were different from my very last visit. But, stayed. Ordered. Left.

Its easy and often correct to bash a Starbucks. That said, they do some things extremely well and should also be given credit for that.They make a flat white with a ristretto and properly adjust the amount of the shot to milk based on the size drink you order. ( you can customize)They were friendly and answered all my questions.Finally the finished product was great.

Not a huge fan of Starbucks. But, sometimes I need a coffee and a pastry to hold me over while Im out and about. And, generally Starbucks is not something to write about. Which brings me to the reason I am reviewing this location. 1. Service is EXCELLENT!! I forgot my debit card in the car. When I came back in, they had my order ready and I my transaction was saved on a separate register so that I didnt need to wait in line. 2. The coffee tasted better than normal. Why? Because, IMHO, the barristas cleaned the espresso machines before the shift. So often the esspresso at Starbucks tadtes burnt or has a bitterness to it that tastes like the bottom of an old coffee pot. This locations esspresso tasted fresh and there was no hint of poorly cleaned appliances.3. Clean and appropriately staffed. Too often, starbucks is overwhelmed so much so that they cant keep up with the chores of running a high traffic store. The barristas were appropriately busy but not overwhelmed. Definitely one of the reasons why their machines were maintained properly.The only downside to the store is that it looks closed.I wasnt sure they were open until I walked up and saw someone inside. Im glad I did.Thanks.

The girl was very nice but my drink was terrible.... espresso tasted burnt. She offered to remake it but the store was busy and I didnt want to cause her troubles so we just added more vanilla... it didnt help. The stars are solely for the barista would be 5 based on her alone, but I just paid $8.00 for an undrinkable iced Carmel macchiato so that sucks!

Nice staff and they remember their customers. Always pleasant and I feel like the quality is good. I wish they had a drive up but that is because Im always in a giant hurry. That isnt their fault, though. They are very speedy.

Im a historian, which is simply a device for transforming caffeine into scholarship. Ive traveled the world, and everywhere I go Starbucks is a quiet haven, a place to sit ahs write, or just have a cup of coffee and watch the world go by. The folks who work here are nice, its clean and comfortable, and the coffee is good.

Firstly, I am not rating Starbucks in general, only this branch. The service here is a mixed bunch. Some days my drink is spot on, but other days its served tepid, and on one memorable occasion, room temp, and these are supposed to be hot mind you. Theres no excuse for lukewarm drinks except spite. If I had five more minutes on my lunch break, I would go to the shop on Main and Les Paul instead.

This is what you would expect from a Starbucks it is clean and has plenty of space to set up and get some work done. It has a friendly staff and a cozy environment. I often do other coffee shop but there in nothing wrong with this one.

Classic Starbs.... the employees never seem like they are enjoying their lives and are always grumpy (at least when I’m there). You don’t have to be overly cheery (I get it, I’ve worked in a coffee shop- it’s early) but you could at least act like you like your job.

Very great Starbucks to go to. The wifi works outside so you can sit out there and work while you enjoy your beverages/food. The baristas were very nice to me and helped me with the questions I had. They also made me feel welcomed because they talked to me about my day. :) We need more people like that! Thanks for the smiles!

Rude staff. The barista making my drink forgot the whip cream. Instead of dumping some out she adds it to a full cup making it spill over. She hands it to me without a lid and says you might want to sip some... doesnt even wipe up the cup. I said no thanks, please just put it in another cup. She gets all salty about it... fixes the issue and hands the cup back still dripping and sets it right back in the spill on the counter. I had to call her back to ask for napkins. I think Ill skip this location. Also, this location smells like urinal cake. Seriously.

Great coffee...but not enough espresso shots as I would like....great WiFi connection. Got to play with my gadgets...while hanging out with my friends. Staff not very friendly...a little stuck up...with some attitude...making me feel a little uncomfortable to ask them to add 2 more shot on my espresso to give it the muh I needed at midday...when my energy is depleting

This is a good location for folks looking to grab something and go. The location is not very large, so there is not an overabundance of seating. Just be careful merging back onto Moreland in the mornings - traffic can be very busy.

Worst starbucks ever. Especially the cashier lady that works on the Saturday evening shift, how do you mishear americano for mocha?And then charged more than twice and when I pointed out the mistake she made a smug face and walked away inside and did not come out again for the refund of difference in cost. If you know who you are, learn to hear properly esp if you’re a cashier. You’re a terrible cashier.Thankfully the barista was kind enough to replace the drink atleast.
