I was assisted by a Jacob R. at the Waxahachie Best Buy. I approached him for help in the computer section on my quest for a gaming monitor. I thought they were out of the one I wanted but he found one for me and told me about another monitor with better features for slightly more money. Im planning on having this monitor for a while especially since it was a gift so I was sold. Im glad he knew what I needed better than I did. He went and got the new monitor, set me up at checkout, and helped me take the new monitor to my car! Wonderful service. Great place.

Fine experience, but NOTHING in stock for laptops. A store full of displays, but no computers to actually buy? I wanted to help keep 4-wall stores supported but when I can get better from online retailers, then I’m gonna have to do that.

Great experience buying a computer at this Best Buy. Jacob has helped me purchase my last few computers. Always been impressed with his knowledge and willingness to make sure I get a good fit (no up selling useless features). Bill Gates, Tim Cook and Michael Dell are doing their shareholders a disservices by not having this guy on the payroll. I’m a fan for life.
Just waiting 30 minutes trying to buy a laptop, was never approached. Only 8 people working the floor.Came back at the right time, was helped very throughly.
Worst Geek Squad support. After taking my laptop home, it only took 3 hours on the phone with Tech support to get it to completely boot.Also, you can no longer call your local store, it will always route to the International call center.

Went to this location for a phone upgrade the rep Lexi aka Cat first acted like she didn’t want to help was rude very unprofessional lied and told I couldnt upgrade my phone at the time. I will never go to this location again. Ended up going to another best buy to upgrade

Used the Geek squad for my grandsons computer. They were very helpful and professional. They upgraded it to run his favorite games and he was thrilled. They even loaned him a charging cord until he could buy another one. They deserve a 10 star rating!!
Walked in with the intention to purchase two iPhones, but no employees would help us. We stood by the phones for a few minutes, made eye contact with 4 different workers... but they did not acknowledge us. I walked up to a group of 3 workers, asked for help, and they said oh someone is coming for you. Then a guy showed up, and told us to write our name on a clip board and that it may be a while before someone could help us. Very odd, and it seemed like the workers were slacking and did not want to actually work. We were going to spend $2,000+ on phones, but will not be back to this location. Very poor customer service. I work in retail and this was a very frustrating experience.

Took a bit before I was helped, but once a rep was able to help me they knew right were the gaming headset was I was looking for. Was an Asus ROG headset so silly me thought it would be with the gaming headsets. I was wrong but the employee found them on the other side of the store for me.
Jacob was AMAZING!! Answered all my questions and was very informational on all the devices I was interested in. Definitely one of the most knowledgeable and friendliest associates in the store.
Camped since 1 am for a 5600g or graphics card but said they never get anything even tho calling day before they said they would have it. No sign saying otherwise and dont pick up phones. The only reason you would go here over online shopping they drop the ball in every way and should go the way of the dodo bird and toys r us..sorry not sorry

Never received merchandise. Store is unresponsive as well as the customer support team. Contacted the shipper who had to temporarily close the claim because best buy failed to cooperate. Contacted the better business bureau and again best buy failed to respond.

This store needs more sales personnel! I stood in this store for over an hour and no one assisted me. No one was available to even ask for help.... Please do better. I needed to buy a refrigerator and had to spend more money elsewhere....

Strange that I have to go to another Bestbuy location in order to get a valid price match on a item I purchased at the Waxahachie store. The other Bestbuy location I went to quickly verified the price match and refunded the difference. The Waxahachie Supervisor, Xavier evidently didnt want to verify the price match even though his employee had already done so prior to calling Xavier over to Customer service counter.
Jackie was soooo helpful today, Got a new Iphone 12 and was able to give me a Huge recommendation and I got a Pair of Airpods too Im sooooo excited and everything works perfectly. I wish more workers could have helped her when things got busy but either way she did a(n) amazing job.

Went here to upgrade my sons gaming PC. The young man Christian at Geek Squad was very helpful, polite and friendly. He was very informative on Memory cards and he made some great suggestions. We were very pleased with our visit here.
I needed a WiFi router for my new Rise Broadband internet account. My first purchase was the incorrect device as it was a combination cable modem and WiFi router and had the wrong input connection port. Oops. Grrr. I returned it without incident but then struggled to find the right device on the shelves by myself. Xavier came to my aid, did some background research, narrowed my search, and suggested a path forward. I appreciated his calming presence and technical knowledge. I was still uncertain I was buying the right item but Xavier reassured me it would work just fine. He was right. It worked just fine. Im very grateful for his help.

My dad and I made a visit to this particular location with the intent of replacing a television in our homes family room.Our sales associate was not so knowledgeable re: television makes and models. Understandabley, while making the purchase, we wanted to speak to someone with knowledge of brand features. The sales associate did exercise forethought with our consumer driven questions and concerns. We appreciate the young man for calling his manager to further assist my Dad when he could not answer our inquiries.

I generally dispise going to a big electronics store for parts, however I was very surprised. The young man that helped me actually knew the components and was more than just competent. This team in general is awesome. The manager saw me looking at the m.2 drives and pulled someone off the registers to help me. I will be shopping here more often despite my general dislike of big box stores.

We went in with the intent of buying a computer and had some questions of which one to choose. No one was working in or around the computer section, so after 15-20 minutes of looking at all of the different computer systems and no one acknowledging us. We asked for assistance from a Geek Squad person who said she would have someone come over to help us. 20 more minutes went by with no one checking on us. We walked out and went to Office Depot to buy our computer.
Needed a new washer. Lowes couldnt provide one. Best Buy had it and delivered promptly. However machine needs better leveling to correct vibration.
Good basic electronic needs/wants and great staff. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I was surprised and disappointed to hear an automated message stating that this store is not accepting telephone calls at this time but directing me to either a national line or online. So in order to speak with anyone who might actually know ANYTHING about my computer I would be forced to go to the store. Ridiculous.

Customer service could use an upgrade. I understand that Covid has things running differently at the moment, but it seems like they have no one answering the phones. Ive been calling daily and stay on hold for upwards of 10 minutes each time and I have yet to talk to anyone. Also for anyone with a Samsung phone that is paying for the monthly protection plan, they are currently only doing full unit replacements. Not necessarily Best Buys fault, but they could have at least notified contract holders that were not fully getting what we pay for.
My sister went there found a particular refrigerator she wanted told the sales person and applied for financing, get through all of that just to be told oh we dont have that one in stock we can get by October, then tried to sale her on a different refrigerator, if you ask me thats poor business!

Got a new screen protector put on while my little brothers girlfriend got a new phone. Have an amazing lifetime warranty that is it ever breaks I can bring it back and theyd replace it and put another one on for free!
Bad service, no one acknowledges you aside from the person at the door & over priced. 6ft. ethernet to USB cable $25. You can get them for about $5-$10 at Micro Center.

Ordered a TV and they didn’t knock on the door when they arrived as to let someone know they were out there. Then they called and told me to reschedule because no one was home, which was a lie. I tried to call the store concerning my purchase and they never answered the phone and so I went to the location and they wanted me to buy a different TV of their choice in size and preference . Still haven’t received a call updating me on the status of my tv.. I’m quite sure I’m going to have to cancel payment.

Have gone 3 times to purchase a computer. First two times there was lots of standing around from staff and not on the sales floor. So the 3rd visit someone was finally available. Purchased a $1,600 computer. Just the tower itself . Custom built. Parts arrived come to find out there is a 2 week turn around from geek squad to have it built.payed the $200 to get it done on my appointment but given a 2 week turn around. GEEK SQUAD GET IT TOGETHER!
