This is the BEST rent to own company I have ever seen. They legitimately care about the customer and what they have going on and the strive to help you any way possible and make sure your experience is top notch and you get anything you want. Joe is hands down not only one of the best managers Ive ever met but one of the best people. He leaks out onto his team of Alexis, Lewis, and the rest of the team. And if they dont have it, they can get it. Youd be wasting your time and energy to go anywhere else in Ellis County other than here. As a taxi driver I see them all and talk to them all and this is the best.

I had to rent a fridge on two different occasions because my personal fridge was having issues and was going to take more than a week to repair. They were fast and courteous on both occasions. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Cant speak highly enough of the professionalism and amazing customer service exhibited by all the employees that I encountered.

I dont believe they are in business to make money. The first day I went in there was one guy by himself and 4 customers including me. He was very pleasant and apologized for the wait. I took the app home to gather my documents. The next day I go in with money in hand and there were 3 different workers none of which acknowledged me. Finally, after a few minutes of waiting, I was worthy of their time. I gave them the completed app just to be told I HAD to put my husband on the app. Why? His response was they need to know where the merchandise is located...what kind of foolery is that!? All I wanted was an item on 90 day same as cash and I was giving them 80% of the price that day and pay the rest in 2 weeks. Their loss, I went to their competitor and got same day delivery and as of today it is paid in full! You can fill in the expletive blanks on how I truly feel about this store...

This rental center is the best everyone goes above what they have to and is very accomadating. They have guantee their rentals always standing behind what they sell. The manager is super nice always cheerful and had never been rude.

So we had a horrible experience with rent a center in waxahachie. Our bedroom set was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday by 3. I call about 11 and I was told they could not deliver it until Thursday. The issue was I had taken the day off of work to be home and could not miss another day at work. I call back and talk to the manager and he said he would do I refund. Almost two weeks later that still hadnt happened. The only help I did get was from a guy named Adam! He kept me in the loop, kept me in the loop, and was more professional than the manager was! Thank goodness for Adam!!
