WARNING, WARNING... These people (owners) are crooks and liars! They sold me a $250 (cash) used dishwasher that leaked (flooded) water all over my kitchen floor. I took it out, found another on line (free) hooked it up, it works fine. Then took it back 2 days later to this Christian business asking for a refund. NO, we will fix it. We dont refund But, I got another one and it works fine. Just refund my $$. NO refund, its on your receipt. Store credit? NO! Liars, Con men, Beware, Run.They say they warranty their appliances. They are LIARS. Now I am out $250. So, Refund my money, fix the Dwasher and sell to someone else.It is a simple solution. Will the owners do that?

Do not shop here. When we first went to get the washer and dryer set we were told one delivery day and then that delivery day was changed after we had already taken off work to accommodate. THEN after receiving the set the washer had issues less than a week later. Called the shop and was told someone would be out that day no follow up. I called them and am told now someone will be out next week. Horrible customer service....UPDATE: A repair man comes out and does “tests” says everything working as normal he puts a load of laundry in and the same load of laundry that was put in at 5pm is having the SAME issues we said it was having in the first place and now the machine won’t even respond this is infuriating to spend this amount of money and be disregarded.

I have a Maytag that finally made me decide to say goodbye. My dryer was rebuilt through warranty 3 times. The manager said bring it in, maybe they can part it out. I hope it helps them because it certainly helps me. I thank you Waxahachie Appliance.

Has been a pleasant experience until my washing machine started making a loud sound on Friday. Phoned the shop and they said to bring it in Saturday and someone would look at it as well as informing me they only charge for parts. After rearranging my schedule, upon taking my washer up there Saturday morning I was then informed their technician is gone till Tuesday. Reluctantly I said ok, but its been raining and my washer is still sitting outside like a junk car. Its now Monday afternoon and still dont have pricing for parts or an ETA. It seems they only care about getting you under contract for financing and Im about ready to cut my losses.
