Website was easy to manuver through,but didnt have hunting boots for women in many styles.they are helpful though.

I went to buy a pair of boots multiple times and they never had the boots in stock. Said they could get them from another store but would be at least two days. Not bad if you live close, but I live two hours away. They also would not order any other different makes of boots.

Awesome!!!Finally a store i can walk in to and not have to deal with rude lazy and people that their jobs environment.The staff are very helpful but at the same time they are not trying to push me to buy a certain product. They know their stuff. And great prices. I felt like a human being once my shopping experience was completed with this store!!

Good quality products, owned a pair of boots from here for 2 years that held up great. First thing that gave was the laces. Pricey though, a good pair will set you back ~$150.

Go there quite often fair prices, and big inventory of good things to pick from.

I wouldnt recommend lone star western wear/ boot barn. At all. Customer service is terrible, they dont even have any new boots yet, just the scratched up ones that have been there forever and extremely over priced. I ordered a pair of Ariat, payed for them with the promise of 5-7 working days. Its going on two weeks now and still no boots. I called the manager yesterday and he assured me to come to the store and we could work something out, a blatant lie...took five minutes to get there and he left quickly leaving me with some lady who obviously has no people skills, said she couldnt help me. And it was going to be the end of the month before they shipped. She was loud and rude in front of my 12 year old daughter. I told her it wasnt right and will be taking action. I told her I wanted my money back or some boots today. I also advised her and corporate that they dont even have a permanent sign yet and are well on their way to being exposed and black balled. I found the entire thing totally disrespectful and advised them and corporate I dont have a problem taking out a full page news article about my experience if they didnt want to make it right and while corporate was more understanding the lady at the store told me to do what I thought I needed to do. And i seriously doubt she will be working there any longer. I would recommend tractor supply, they actually have stock and arent all scratched n chewed up and most of all, apparently they love their job, great people. So. If this isnt resolved very,very soon it will be in the waxahahachie daily light. Ive been here my entire life,know just about everybody and they dont want it to come to this.

I love Lone Star. I thought they would be more expansive than some of the bigger chain but Lone Star is not, in fact they even had a bigger selection of sizes.

Everything is overpriced and its a nightmare to rent a suit from this place. The staff seem to have no consideration for the customers. They dont care if the rental fits properly OR if they get it on time. I almost missed my friends wedding waiting around for them to get my suit rental re-fittes. Then it sat in their store for over an hour while we waited on their call to come pick it up. The only reason I got it when I did was because I went in ready to cancel and go underdressed as a guest opposed to a groomsman.

I am from out of town stopped in to perhaps purchhase some boots. I roamed around the store for half an hour never once did a employee offer to help. There were 4 employees standing around the cash register looking at there phones. never will go again. They acted like they could care less about customers.

The pricing seems a little steep and sometimes the people who work there seem a little clueless like they just got thrown out there.. could use some work on a few things and maybe a little different variety also
