The cashier we had that day was amazing. He was a young gentleman and you could tell he enjoyed his job. He spoke to everyone like they were all his best friends. I will go back because of him.

Most of the things I picked up to possibly purchase didnt have a price on it or on the shelf (lotion, bed pillows, silverware set, etc). If I have to find someone to ask Im not purchasing it. They also dont have an app which would be helpful to scan items in the store if a price cant be found. Thr employees are friendly while checking out which is a plus.

Wow! I havent been in a Big Lots in forever (due to their selling Chinese made junk that they wouldnt stand behind & refund your money when it stopped working after one use...i.e. gas fire pit).Today we visited the Waxahachie location. It had very organized & appealing merchandise placement/display. We didnt make a purchase, but we will visit in the future.

I went to the Waxahachie location. The people were super friendly and helpful. The store was relatively clean and to some degree organized. As far as the selection,its the usual fare.lf youve ever been there,you know what I mean. They even helped me out with the desk I bought.

I’ve been here a few times and the man that works the register, I believe his name is Wes, is always always so nice and friendly! He is the true definition of great customer service. It makes our experience 100 times better. His excellent job performance should not go unnoticed. I wish there was more customer service employees like him.

My husband and I was in this store tonight. Ready to buy a mattress and a loveseat recliner set....no one in the furniture area... Asked for help... A lady walked into the area looked at us and just walked away. So disappointed we just left after that. The workers were all just hanging out by the check stand front. How will you guys stay open if you avoid customers?

The store has lots of last years items at bargain prices and I shop there regularly. The employees are helpful and fast but sometimes they are out of stock of many items. But that makes sense since they are a bargain store selling last years items. I recommend this store.

Great place for bargain shopping. I love shopping at any Big Lots store. This store does have a problem with not marking merchandise. Im always having to ask Les or one of the other employees ( yes I even know some of their names) for price check. Les is my favorite employee at this Big Lots because he is very friendly and always ready to help in any way he can. Im naming him because I think a job done well should be recognized.

Overall a good store, but very outdated. Dont expect customer service in the furniture department. I have been there twice on separate days looking at furniture and no one ever comes up to help. Its a good thing I am only looking around. Also needs renovation updates.

They usually have a good selection of items to choose from at a decent price. Some of the nicest employees that I have run across in all of Waxahachie, so I definitely give them compliments on that. Otherwise not too much else can be said about Big Lots. Definitely a good store.

Just came away from attempting to buy a couch. After sitting in the furniture area for 15 mins or so waiting for someone to even talk to, we finally got someone to look for the couch we decided on buying. Of course they had to “go to the warehouse” to see did they had any in stock. A different person came to tell us that they didn’t have any...and walked away. There was no offer to try and order one. No offer to get one from another store. So we just walked away as well. Horrid customer service, and they just let money walk right out the door.

Staff and store are kept clean. I was genuinely suprised with the updates

WORST I REPEAT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! We ordered couches well over a month ago & was told it would only take 2 weeks to be delivered, I have called numerous times and either they can’t find us in the system or they don’t know why we haven’t received them yet. This is ridiculous & the lady I called who wouldn’t tell me her name just yelled and cussed & then hung up in my face. Would not recommend to anybody!

Not professional when it comes to doing business with a customer. Get your facts straight before taking us on a rabbit trail. Found what we were looking for at another location that was more professional and didnt give us the run around.

Usually dirty and prices are not that great. It is good for a quick run in if in dire need to grab items quick, because its never busy.

Was very sad. I look on line for a item an it said it was on sale, the store said NO its not, an we are closed. I said Okay an left. Then 4 more customers went in, whats the deal. I just spent $400.00 on a chair a couple weeks before. Now my moneys no good.

I noticed that most of the stuff that I was looking for, I was able to get it cheaper at Walmart. For example--a gallon of milk was $2.99. at Walmart, it was $1.20. yes, thats correct, it was $1.20. I think that Big Lots should be renamed to Big Prices. Dont think that I will be going back there any time soon.

We are from a small town in Oklahoma. We have a big lots store which we shop at regularly. This big lots store rivals an surpasses the big lot stores (walmart, cosco, and all the other stores. We were very impressed with both the selection, price,and the store personnel, especially John.

TERRIBLE customer service. My son ordered a couch. Waited 2 weeks, only to drive 25 miles one way to pick it up, and they had SOLD it. No apology, no compensation. Now sitting with an empty living room and waiting another 2 weeks. Unacceptable...

Big Lots have great deals on seasonal items, and thats a must for me.
