Great service, as usual. Love HEB but their prices are climbing faster than others. There are certain things that I will continue to purchase there because of quality. I have used their on-line shopping for years & have never been disappointed. Shoppers & those who deliver to my car are first class. I appreciate them all. Due to some health issues, they all make my life do much easier. Thank you!

Love the convenience. Seems some of the items I purchased get switched to HEB brand. Maybe they were out of what I requested not sure. Will still use them in the future because it keeps me safe.

I order curbside on average of 3 time a month and my last order had the meals to go and bags of chopped salad and everything had the same day expiration date or within 2 days, I always leave a comment in my order to please look at the date if it is to close to being out of date please dont add to my order. I just get irritated that I spend so much money on food Im going to have to throw out 3 days after I buy it.

She was courteous and did her job well without complaints

Very convenient and we never have to wait very long.Life saver with a baby or kids.Its not always accurate and sometimes is missing an item or has questionable substitutions - just remember to pick no subs on items you want specifically.The HEB help/customer service will refund items missing usually within a week.

Solid experience. A little busy but not nearly as going in the store.

40min wait for groceries. I paid extra to wait 😐really??! They are short staffed, Then they have to stop running for customers to run driver orders out. This feature is great but there are so many kinks that need to worked out. We have done the delivery twice and both times they forgot all meats & frozens on top of being over an hour late. If your delivering several orders, carry a cooler, meat shouldnt be sitting in a backseat for an hr!!!I might as well shop myself in store.
