Best Boost Mobile store I went to! The customer service was excellent. Nurul did an excellent job explaining and answering our questions in detail. He is very knowledgeable about phones and technology. One downside was the Boost Mobile system. I bought a brand new iPhone 11 and the wait time to activate it was atrocious. Other than that everything was great. Nurul provided the best help and service. Definitely recommend going to him.

I really appreciated the service that I was given. Nurul was very helpful and let me know about everything that I was getting myself into. Nurul did an outstanding job of explaining every single detail, and line item cost, of what would be my new mobile plan, as I switched from another carrier. As this process can be lengthy, and a bit complicated. He did his best to simplify it, and was very patient when I asked him to repeat or confirm details. Great overall experience.

Nurul was extremely helpful even though the customer care was extremely rude and unprofessional. He tried every way possible to explain the circumstances to them yet they were disrespectful to him. He maintained the utmost professionalism I have ever seen. Boost needs more representatives as him. He should be a trainer, he could teach them how to set the accounts and the phones with ease. Visited this kiosk around February, 2019 and I must say it was such an wonderful experience and also such an ease to switch over from Verizon. At first I was a bit skeptical about boost mobile because I have never heard of the company and also never seen a kiosk, so I gave it a shot! 4 months later I am loving the service and enjoying such a great rate plan. Recently visited the kiosk again to do an upgrade and I must say customer service is amazing. Nurul and Lakira are such good sales rep and very helpful. Recommend this spot and also recommended to switch over to Boost Mobile!

I am beyond satisfied with Boost Mobile in Wayne,NJ, Nurul was tremendous! He is spirited, helpful and honest. Completely embodies genuine customer service. Bought a reboost card from Walgreens, I was unable to use the card because it was saying invalid, which was ridiculous because I purchased the card new in February 2020 but boost customer care kept on insisting it was purchased on December 2019 which was not! Had proof of purchase, customer care kept insisting on me going back to Walgreens where I purchased it but the manager from Walgreens said sorry no refund we cannot help you this is boost mobile problem. So I visited Nurul on March 1,2020 he was beyond helpful and very very patient. He was taking care of 3-4 customers at once and still made everyone a priority. Customer service like howNurul provides, stays longer in business and customers stay happy & at ease. I am looking forward to visiting Nurul from now on giving him more business because not only is he very helpful but also very honest & tech savvy. Shout out to Nuruls corporate representative as well I believe hes name was Wilfredo, we understand it is a Sunday and they are off. During my time at the Boost Mobile stand, Nurul eased every worry and answered every question i had. His knowledge on phones and phone plans was vast and he continually reassured me with facts and applied each and every concern to real-world situations. I cant let the year end without giving a shout out to Nurul Jay from Boost Mobile. We have been buying all our phones for our family of 4 for years now. Our sons actually still have their original phones and are happy with them. These phones last forever and the service is out of this world. The family four plan is very affordable. Whenever you need an upgrade just go see him and hell take care of you right away. My husband had to attend a funeral out of state earlier this month and I had surgery and couldnt get out of the house. It was my birthday and my husband called Nurul Jay and told him the situation that I needed a new phone to communicate. What a surprise when he personally hand delivered my phone with my contacts and everything all transferred. He also called my husband to check in that everything was working o.k. and if we were happy. This guy is the best. He knows the products and he is the only person we will ever go to for phones. He is very knowledgeable of troubleshooting issues with the phones or software, recommendations of best value for your buck and his customer service is above and beyond. Nurul you are family now!
