Excellent customer service and overall a great experience. Franklin was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and patient and he worked very hard to assist me and help me to make the decision to move to T-Mobile. Franklin is a true professional and because of him I moved from Verizon to T-Mobile after being with Verizon for over 10 years.

The experience here was amazing especially with Franklin, he was very helpful and informative about the whole transaction. Would definitely recommend him for anybody in need of any services.

Worst experience ever. I rarely rate places and this is the first time giving 1 star for a place. I was there on a Saturday night and they told me to wait for 10-15 mins. I said ok and started waiting. It took them 40 MINUTES to help me. Will never get back here, so somewhere else.

I loathe human interaction at phone stores. Generally, nobody is on the same page as corporate or nobody has the rules/incentives/policies correct. Its maddening. So I was so apprehensive to walk inside and get a simple phone switch but Im glad I did. Im sorry I didnt get the name of the young woman who helped me out but she was definitely a manager. She was thorough, clear and patient. I even took note that she handled the new phone gently as to not scratch it on their counters. She printed everything out from my transaction and even wrote the monthly bill credits for my statement out. I appreciate that service and I hope other phone stores take into consideration customer service is sooooo important. Thanks tmobile of wayne.

Some of their workers are deceiving people by using their policies as an excuse.

The least knowledgeable Employees you will EVER SEE, no one knows anything about they’re job and they all seem to not care to be honest . They’re favorite lines are “ go see that store” or “ call customer service” very in helpful and will not visit them again

If I could give them no stars, I would. They were very unprofessional and unhelpful. They had 6 employees standing around and i was the only customer. Suggested I call customer service or go to another store because of a mistake another T-Mobile associate made. Instead of helping me with my issue as I was trying to trade in my phone for another T-Mobile one, they were more preoccupied about ordering pizza for dinner and the overcharge that would affect their store. I will never come back to this store. Ps they’re not a corporate store so they can’t do much for T-Mobile customers
