I walked into this store on Sunday shortly after opening time and the first thing I noticed was that the store was extremely dirty and a complete mess. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all week. Not good during this Covid pandemic. When we picked out our game we go to the counter and the guy tells me that they don’t have the game despite the fact that there were 2 cases in the shelf for that game. Then his co worker told him that he just took in the the same game on a trade but was missing the case. So I said PERFECT. He has the game and you have the case. I’ll take it. He then told me he couldn’t sell me the game with the case even having an extra case on the shelf. Never going back. New games are less expensive online as well.

The employee who was working was incredibly helpful and polite! I was looking for some DS games and he was patient as he looked for them. I was impressed that he took the time even though I wasnt looking for a newer game and am obviously not a gamer! My family will be back! Great Customer Service.

Hands down the best GameStop in the area. The employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable, and its not an uncommon occurrence to have longer discussions with them about new & upcoming games.

Trade prices are not great but other than that this is hands down one of the best GameStop’s I have ever been to

Recently, I was looking for a specific Skylanders character. The young lady working at this store was so helpful. She looked high and low for it, and found it. She held it for me until I got there. Thanks a bunch. My son was so happy!!

At GameStop you can get PlayStation and Xbox. Also you can get old or new games. Used or not used. GameStop is the best video game and you can also return want you bout any wear. GameStop is the best store for games

Just got off the phone with a know it all that wouldn’t let me speak by cutting me off over and over and proceeded to say he knew what I was going to say. The worst way to speak to a customer.

Bought 3 Wii games and when i got home 2 were so bad i didnt want to even see id they played(i collect games, i dont want bad disks). That being said i went back the next day and returned them and the girl helping me said they had a different copy of the game for one of the two, so she handed it to me and i looked at it and it was spotless! Why would the other employe sell me a bad quality disk to begin with?! Ticked me off but this girl was really kind and helpfull, also had a great sale going on with t-shirts and got 2 shirts for basically $5. Only reason its not a 5 is because the one employe sold me bad disks first. If i was you id check any of your games before you buy it or just go to the one in preakness, great staff!

This gamestop has alot of helpful people around when im looking for a specific game but whenever im on line waiting for five minutes to buy a game the phone rings and the store clerks takes too long on the call when they have a custormer right in front of them. So they are helpful when it comes to games but when ever there is a call they would rather stay on the call then help the customer in the store.
