After reading some of these reviews I was worried about coming to this store to upgrade my phone, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were professional and very helpful when upgrading my phone. I would definitely recommend that people give this store a second chance.

So today I met with Calvin and I literally couldn’t believe it. I called another AT&T store before his to see if they had the gold 12 pro max in 256 and they said no. I asked if there was anyway that they could see if other stores had the phone available and they said no.So then I went ahead and called Calvin store. He didn’t have the gold one in stock but personally drove an hour away to get it. So what the order store said was impossible Calvin not only proved wrong, but drove himself to pick it up so I could have it same day.I spoke to him at 12. We met at 3. And he drove 2 hours to get me the phone same day.He was SO kind, patient and smart. He brought customer service to a new level.When I got home I couldn’t get my iCloud loaded. I spoke to him and he walked me through it. He said if it didn’t work, I could either come back, or he could come in tomorrow on his day off. Or just come to me tonight. I mean seriously. How impressive.I seriously cannot believe how above and beyond he went.After working with him, my loyalty to AT&T has grown exponentially and after working with him personally, I will never go to another location or representative again.I have never had anyone in any facet of customer service go so above and beyond.His ability to close a sale, fight for the best price for customer, and go not the “extra” mile but literally an EXTRA 60 miles.I have no idea why he is in the store. His approach to customer service is something that should literally be turned into a manual and used for every employee Onboarding.You would be INSANE to not have him pioneer employee sales education and protocol.I used to be bitter sweet about AT&T. But he changed that. And if every store was filled with Calvin clones in blue shirts, I can assure you, people would be buying stuff like crazy.I’ve owned my business for 20 years and have NEVER seen that level of dedication.I’m not one to write reviews, but this was so above and beyond.Corporate, you better scoop him up while you have him, because I can assure you, someone else will do everything in their power to scoop him up and bring that energy and charisma to another business.SOOOOO IMPRESSED.

I was a bit concerned about coming to this store with my family after reading the reviews but the team here was so personable and made us feel comfortable from the start. I was helped by Calvin and the manager Erik. They told us that there is new team here at the store. We will be coming back when my upgrades are ready next month.

Do not go to this store. I accidentally did as I mistakenly thought they were a company store further up Route 23. I was trying to buy an iPhone for my grandpa, we had been discussing it for 2 years, and decided he would benefit.The store said it would open at 11 am, so I made an online order, and my grandpa and I waited a few hours then arrived at the store 11:02 am, found the store closed, so we explored the Red Wing shop next door until they decided to open.As soon as I walk in the store when they finally decide to open, some you-know-what immediately tries to brush us off although I had received the Your online order is ready for pickup email hours earlier. Literally within 30 seconds of entering the store when they finally decided to open, it was blatantly obvious that these two employees are just trying to avoid work. I instantly knew I had made a mistake and shouldve gone elsewhere, but I also knew my grandfather didnt have the tolerance for it.The one staff member [who sort of] actually doing his job, Calvin proceeds to lie to us. Ah, we cant process your online order because we dont know how to use AT&Ts OPUS, or do our jobs, so were just going to pretend to cancel your order, tell you we cancelled it, and then promise the terms of your online order but not deliver while committing wire fraud.
This store made me realize Im better off with T-mobile, at least their employees at their store try to be helpful. Not these guys.Dont risk it, do not visit them.

Went in for an additional line - was curious about new phone promotions or a simple Sim for my unlocked phone. Was told I could get the newest Galaxy Note free. Waited 2 hrs to get it even activated. Come to find out, I wasnt eligible for a free phone without a deposit. So, I return the phone. I was told the $80 I paid for tax would be credited. It wasnt, and they charged ME a $55 restocking fee. Then, to make matters worse, they cut off the paper trail - somehow - and even the rep on the phone was baffled at the sh*t the pulled. AT&T themselves gave me the 55 credit. These guys are scam artists and will steal from you and then ask for a great review.
Went into this store back in January 2020 to help my phone get a replacement phone. The sales rep Andrew lied to us, said that if we just add a new line, we can get a new phone and after 90 days, we can cancel the new line and keep the phone. I asked him if he was sure and he said yes. Should have known better. I really hope he lost his job during the pandemic and never finds work again. Now we are stuck with a new line. When we called AT&T, they told us that the rep Andrew basically lied. When we went into the AT&T store in the willowbrook mall, the rep Carmen also confirmed that Andrew lies. Basically Andrew is a low life.
Nightmare !!! this store has been a nightmare. I bought a phone at this AT&T store on Feb,7 and had to return it Feb,8 because it didnt work. the employee at the store never put in the computer that I returned the phone now I have AT&T harassing me to pay for a phone I dont have because the employee didnt do its job correctly . its been a nightmare. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE . they dont know what there doing.Im reporting them to Better Business Bureau.
