Super friendly, great customer service, patient, willing to show me a storage and choose the one I liked. Sat down and explained very thoroughly the whole process. Super clean easy to access and affordable.

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an easy transition from my POD to their storage unit who also provided a box truck at no charge so I avoided avoided having to rent a Uhaul truck for the day.

The worst self storage Smells so bad humidity is the worst to storage stuff and people at the office they will charge you and cheat on the payments after you close the agreement with them worst self storage ever. The staff at the office are mean rudest i ever experienced, I will never recommended to anybody this horrible place and I mean it.

Cant believe I am actually writing a review on a storage unit, but Regan OBrien made the process SO easy, quick, and explained everything thoroughly. He was professional and extremely personable! An all around good guy, and he made me feel good about choosing Access Self Storage to store my belongings.

This storage facility is by far, the best I have ever used. I have used others in the past, and was not impressed at all. I am so glad I found them.The Staff is Excellent, friendly and I could not ask for more. It is clean and I feel safe having my belonging in such a secure facility. The 24 hour access to my drive up unit, truly helps a lot. A major PLUS!! Thank you so much. 5 Stars

Love this place, Always Friendly and Helpful.

I was running late moving, and wasnt going to make it to access before they closed. I had a full truck that needed to be turned in the following morning and 3 helpers that all had work the following day. I called them to let them know, and Scott was nice enough to stay late so I wasnt in a really tough and costly spot. Really nice guy! The elevators are easy to access, they give you a lock, and definitely have the best rates around. Overall great experience!

They have terrible management. Very rude, unprofessional and manipulative. My problems with a very insecure manager at the Wayne location has not been resolved. They are very aggressive in collecting payments using illegal tactics and means.They will set you up just so they can collect extra money. Keep away from there: as I am finally forced to file numerous complaints with the state and plan to take them to court to resolve my issues with the manager and unfair policies. I give them an F.

Clean, easy to get to. Hours are great and staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are affordable for the storage units.

I highly suggest touring facility with laura before you book a space. Also visit their website for renting specials starting at just $1 for the first month. The hidden fees are the insurance and one time application fee. But overall i am pleased with this location due to the cleanliness interiorly and exteriorly. The security here is impeccable. It is cheaper than other locations since it is not a climate controlled storage facility.

Elevator blows!! doesnt stop when it sees something blocking and will close ON you and not stop until you forcefully push it back. Hurt my daughter pretty bad. Elevator also only gives you TWO seconds (Ive timed it) before it closes. You can totally get dollies full of furniture in there within two seconds, right? Well you better or it will hit whatevers in the way and break your things.Hallways are also tight. Better not be trying to store anything of size like couches or big furniture. You wont be able to get it in the door.The doorways into the building are not conducive for getting dollies in/out. And it would be nice if it was possible to prop them open when you are moving in/out.The lights are on a timer so you better not plan to be there for very long otherwise theyll shut off. I think motion sensing would be a better idea but that probably costs more money. Also, the lights are only for the hallway. Make sure you store a lamp and have an extension cord to reach the nearest plug, which there are few and far between, otherwise youll be doing everything in the dark.Staff ehhh some are super friendly and nice while others are useless and rude. Didnt even check my unit before I moved out but signed off on the fact that I left it clean and empty. Next person better hope I didnt leave a rotten body in there. Im kidding but the next person would have no clue of that.Theres always missing dollies that they supply and 2/3 of the dollies are broken anyway so theyre no help when they are there.Their website says price lock guarantee but about two months in my price went up about $50/monthAlso, dont store anything that cant withstand the summer heat. As they say, it is not temperature controlled so during the summer it gets over 100 degrees in there.The only easy part was moving out. I thought for sure they were going to take another months rent because I didnt give a months notice but they didnt! Gasp! I just told one of the employees like 2 weeks prior that I would be moving out before the end of my billing month and that was it. Like, say I moved in on the 12th, then Id be billed on the 12th every month. If I moved out on the 14th then Id pay for the rest of the month but if I moved out on the 10th then Im good to go.Free use of their moving truck only applies to moving in, not moving out, and was broke down when I was moving in. Surprise surprise!Website makes it easy to pay but doesnt have much information. Of course they make it easy for you to give them your money ha!So all in all, I wouldnt use this place again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
