Stay away from cubesmart in Wayne. This place has poor customer service and one incident showed it all. A few months ago I was contacted by the office manager that they were going to pave the lot and asked for my trailer to be moved as I was paying for the parking spot. I was paying $224 a month. I was asked to take out the trailer for the day while they paved the lot and that I could take it 30 minutes away for the day. I asked if I would be credited for the day or two that I would have to arrange to take out the trailer and get it back there. I was stunned and couldn’t believe how they would not credit $7. The manager was arrogant and wouldn’t budge. Yesterday, I decided to take my trailer to another storage place. My bill was due on Sunday so I went by Monday to close it out. The manager wanted to charge $24 for a prorated insurance. The insurance is $24 a month. He stated that it was a prorated amount and when I explained that it was 1 day he said that was how the company does it.I was there for 30 minutes for them to figure out how to prorate the proper fee of $6. Again, it wasn’t the &6 or $7 because I’m blessed to be where I am today but I refuse to get ripped off for any amount, especially bad customer service.

Place was very well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was the high annual increase in cost every year.

Nenuchka Plaza is one of the nicest, helpful, most respectful Managers Ive ever met. I wish everyone in customer service was just like her. I actually enjoy seeing her when I go in the office, and she always asks how my wife is. She also waves to her and says hello if my wife is in the car. I can only give her 5 stars, but if I could I would give her 20 😉 Thank you for being so good to us for the past couple years since weve known you, youre the best!

Female Management their was super professional and timely. Her energy and knowledge of the prices and location was what made me want to come and look at the location. Storage facility was clean and well kept. Really enjoy doing business here.

Wonderful experience! The manager Rich and staff are absolutely terrific, caring and thoughtful. Super helpful and flexible in figuring out the best space for my needs. Best prices and service in the New Jersey area. So good I came out from Manhattan to store my things. One of my co-workers recommended them and I highly recommend!

Was fine, I never asked for anything after the day I moved in. One year later they raised my rates $50 without a warning except for the invoice. Packed up and left, not worth $300+ dollars a month for a 10x20 unit with no lights in it, and difficult to use a trailer.

After searching for pricing I came across this facility and the management there is superb lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful answered every question I had would definitely recommend this location for your needs .

WONDERFUL SERVICE!I stopped by after work today to open a new unit. I spoke to Maria on the phone to ask her to hold a unit I found on line at a great rate. She was fantastic, and guaranteed me the price! When I came to the office, she remembered me from our phone conversation, and set everything up for me. Maria and the staff were kind, caring, and totally focused on customer service! The pricing beats most competitors, and the facilities are modern and clean. HIGHLY Recommend-- THANK YOU MARIA! =)

What a great experience! This is my first time getting my own storage unit, and I went in questioning the size I would need. The courtesy call happened within minutes of my online reservation. Upon my arrival, Rich was kind enough to show me two units which ultimately showed me I would have chosen too small of a size. He was so friendly and ready to answer all of my questions. Had my vehicle get broken into and needed a safe and close location to have it stored, rich helped me out and was very nice and fun to chat with. I had a rough day and got my hand all blistered up on the day I brought my vehicle in and rich came to the rescue and patched me up not only was he helpful but he guided me every step of the way when I needed to put my vehicle back in storage after I made my runs. Since you get your first month discounted that really helps financially.

FULL OF MOLD MILDEW & WATER LEAKS- HAVE BEEN THERE OVER 13 YEARS. THEY HAD A LEAK & DIDNT TELL ANYONE. UPSTAIRS CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNITS DRIP CONDENSATION ON DOWN UNITS. PLACE STINKS OF MILDEW. HAD OVER 10k IN WATER DAMAGE & THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING. STAY AWAY RUN!!!!
